You use a stabilizer to “lock” the attribute you want to move over the one of the three in middle that it will randomly pick.
Without stabilizer it will first pick a random attribute from top right box. And apply that to random attitude in middle box. With a stabilizer you can “lock” the attribute you want to move to center box. But it will pick which slot it randomly chooses for you.
