All those reports had been reported to TopWar customer service but there is no use to stop those criminals players from keep doing their crimes using TopWar chat platform because TopWar customer service are useless, and they deal with double standards

I am going to share few screenshots of those violence posts on TopWar chat platform so you can see how much those customer service are hypocrites

In any respectful social platform administration which have standards, I am sure if they get such reports against such cyber crimes they will take a serious actions against such criminals and at least they will ban the user account forever before taking further legal actions against such criminals

Firstly, nothing you have posted here is a cyber crime.
Secondly, please next time if posting on official TopWar discord ping <@&667608292981211136> and lets us know which server(s) are affected and we can take a look.
Thirdly, when reporting in game you can report to CS as you have done so but it is often much more effective to use the mod chat feature and talk with a game moderator, as we can send people specifically to that server / channel and react in real time.

Order of heroes is important only if it hero's active skill activation affects other heroes.

We have 9 slots, from 1 to 9, and they act in this order, unless some slots have higher attack speed (which can be case with HT right now).

For each slot, after it activates regular attack, game checks if hero's active skill is activated, or not. And, it does that for all heroes with active skill in order in which heroes are placed in setup.

Thus, it's only important for heroes with active skills, and only if one's active skill can affect other's active skills. Plus, of course, if active skill is actually activated for multiple heroes on same slot.

Effect is usually very small due to heroes' low activation rate (usually about 35%), but to gain even this small benefit, you place first heroes that can boost others heroes.

In this case, Alvida's active skill can help Stoick's active skill (check descriptions). Valka doesn't have active skill, so, her position is irrelevant.

That is hard to test, as you test when something happens. And it's pretty random.

If you find Stoick first works better for you, okay, go for it. I personally don't bother too much with order. Yes, it can give slight advantage, but mostly it's relatively low.

Plus, check activation rate. This is what decides in your tests.

Does order affect activation? I'm not aware about this. If someone knows why order of heroes would affect heroes activation rate, that would be interesting to test it. For this, I suggest using sandtable, great tool to get a lot of chances to activate (450).

Then, just collect all activations, and see if there's significant difference in any case.

You can't test it with Shen, if we want to see if Alvida influences Stoick's activation or not. And, Shen does apply vulnerable to hit targets with certain undisclosed chance, but it's not nearly as often as it's the case with Alvida

Looking at your hero line-up it's clear that your main force is Army. Definitely check out the Rookie Handbook that Alan mentioned above. But here are a quick few tips based on the heroes you have here:

• Diana 5 star 100 - Each time when this hero attacks Dark Force Unit, the VIT cost is reduced by 2. Other than that use her for gathering/farming. I would not spend more to upgrade this hero.

• Tywin 2 star 82 - Mostly effective for gathering/farming - When this hero is at 5 stars he increases gathering speed on the World Map by 30%.

• Ben 4 stars lvl 104 - He is alright, nothing special, I would not spend more to upgrade this hero. There are better Free heroes in the Heroes Return event that happen every 4 week. Use gems to obtain 10 shards and get your free hero.

• Sam 3 star lvl 50 - Relatively weak hero for battles, I would not spend more to upgrade this hero.

• Gira 3 star 102 - Relatively weak hero for battles, I would not spend more to upgrade this hero.

• Ghost 2 star 70 - Ok hero for free-to-play players, I would invest time and gold shards on other heroes. There are better Free heroes in the Heroes Return event.

• Bellevue 2 star 40 - Navy hero... I would not spend more to upgrade this hero.

• Binary 1 star 19 - She is the best army hero in your lined-up. I would focus all my energy in getting hero to Level 120, 5 Stars, with Special Skills at least at Level 5.

You need at least 1 or 2 more battle heroes. Try to get Sara, Rohr, and/or Marvingt. They are currently the best heroes to have for Army march and likely remain with the new hero update coming soon!

Your heros are just old, lol. Po wins because you’re the one who’s attacking, therefore you got to shoot first. Which means po gets to shoot, and he hits way harder than shinji with his small cannons

To put in perspective you run two heroes with ATK enhancement while the other side using the right compositions for PvP line up » ATK enhancement (Nelle) + HP enhancement (Quilly) + Indestructible (Rohr)

Heroes are the cheapest and the strongest improvement on someone's strength.

That's why I potentially fear of new hero system. Of course, we have to see how it will work out, but if we won't get new heroes (after collab replacing ones), it means all strength will have to come from different (more expensive) sources.

Anyway, on my guide writing character, even with f2p character and 4* heroes I have a chance to win over someone who is using wrong heroes.

Lesson is: Sort your heroes first, then work on other things.

Well, it goes how the damage formula works.

Stats have high diminishing returns (or, maybe it's better to say: Low returns due to diminishing returns?). Heroes on the other side are direct multipliers.

For example, 100% hero ATK buff makes your damage double. 100% DMG inc very much depends what you already have. If you have 1000 DMG inc, it's about 9%

Plus of course hero synergic effects. Like, indestructible formula is direct reduction of damage by given percentage. 50% indestructible effect halves damage. Another ATK buff hero with 100% ATK buff gives just 50% more damage.

It's just simple math, but synergies and reactions can be very complicated. Hence I prefer to test things out. Not to mention that hero descriptions often are not actually 100% correct.

Plus, there are other synergies. If you only attack, and not defend, you lose units, thus you lose strength. Situation is dynamic, thus, it's not full strength all the time, but it drops with you losing units...

Anyway, in short, test things, whatch battles, you'll see that some things do work sometimes differently than expected

i'm not going to try to explain it to you if you don't understand. you choose to listen or not, but i am telling the truth. Your heroes are sub-par at best - no indestructible, 2 magnetic pulse trigger heroes with atk enhancement instead... you can wait for exchange event to change for better hero combos

Didn't tested, but I would go with Sara. It might be wrong though...

Generally speaking, if I need to choose just one es7, I wouldn't. It's too much resources for that person for something that is temporary boost. Although, new hero system, if it stops getting new heroes completely, it will open new avenues of spending money, thus es7 might be worth even less.

Hard to tell with so many unknowns at the current moment in time.

Click on the info button on Army DMG+ and DMG-, during the Seal Stone event, some good servers have a large buff to stats that isn’t calculated in the CP (or at least it’s not accurate 🤣) If i’m correct you’ll see wasteland buff in there
