The strengthen facility will buff the attributes specified in its information (like ATK and Crit) of Commanders in the same alliance as the owner of the tower as long as the battle takes place in the range of the tower.

Weaken facility works the same, but opposite. If the battle takes place in range of the tower, Commanders who are not in the same alliance as tower owner, will have HP and ATK speed debuff. However Weaken tower after the class upgrade only affects defending battles (meaning your units gets attacked in range of it)

If you want the effects for your base, your base needs to be in range of the towers yes

In simple terms, the battle needs to take place in range of the towers

So you wont have the tower buffs if your base is in range of the tower, but you send the march out to attack something that isn't in range of the tower

Exclusive, Rare March, March, Damage Increase and Damage Decrease. This assumes that your skills are all at decently high levels of 5 or higher

Decrease in damage provides better bang for your buck than attack increase once you are higher up with maxed heros and such. I’m assuming you are as you are asking about 6th skill. Don’t quote me on this next bit, I believe it comes down to how they each multiply with the other buffs you will have.

I cant share any treasury data tracking as the little I test early on didn't give a good gem to shard ratio. I have flippy data tracking but not in the high range numbers. Some believe cupid is good choice but I don't try my bad luck with that one.

Lucky discount is good to but again limited to how many you can get.

Treasury on a low end takes 3k gems for 10 shards that's still 300 gem per shard but I have spent close to 5k to get the same 10 shards and that is terrible value.

I tend to start my heroes in Lottery. Then wait for flippy, cupid and deep sea to push their levels. This also gives me the ability to wait and see if a hero is worthwhile.

The more universal shards you have the more choice you have of where to put them. Thats why I feel shard events are more effective than lottery

Just a question, don’t know if it’s a bug or not. It’s about the TopStar tournament rewards. So there are two different rewards, once should be Server wide and not only who participate in SvS. The other reward I call it special gift, can only send to players who participate in SvS and are I the ranking. For the first reward, there’s no info wich says YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE. So why not everybody get this reward? Some servers lost their first battle, not everyone had time at this day, so everyone who can’t participate in that first figth, got no rewards 🤷‍♂️. Can someone explain this to me. Did I forgot to read anything, because I don’t understand it.

3. you’re forced to use certain comps, which some might have used for mastery because TW never announced this move.

Is there any, just one, advantage to this, or do I yet again have to fill the “what to improve?” Survey with “fix what’s broken instead of breaking what isn’t”?

In short - both - Nimitz exclusive boosts his special attack (not regular attack) so its a distinct multiplier. Damage increase rare is pretty much an always use for any offense - pvp / wb / droid / sandtable etc. Use exclusive + march size (rare and non rare) + damage increase (rare) and if you have the additional skill slot you can see if damage decrease / attack (rare) / crit damage rare suits your specific need.

You highlighted both aspects in your question. For Ark, the people need to be in range of the buffer when it is activated. The ark buff then travels with the base itself.
Atlantis buff travels with the person who used the skill, in order to get that buff, a person always needs to be in his 'aura' (range)

650 Millions + 300% Atk = 2.5 Billions

On the other part, DMG Increase raises Damage Points that you get with each amount of attack, whose base is 1 attack = 1 damage point through adition, for example:

650 Millions Base Atk + 300% Atk would be 2.5 Billions

Without Damage Increase, you would be doing 2.5 Billions damage points, but with 100% Damage Increase, the damage points you get by each point of attack would raise to 2 - 1 (On this case, you would be doing 5 Billions Damage)

I would strongly advise using the universal skill shards on skills for paid heroes, like Akatora or Maximo for example. You can get Bradley skills through the island store, and when hero return comes around by spending a few gems.

But yes, you can use them to get skills for almost any hero. They'll eventually add in the skills for newer heroes as time goes by.

Yes only use universal skill shards for paid heroes. You can buy Bradley skills in the island store. It’s slow, but a better strategic use of these rarer shards. Why is very@right. New paid heroes will be added so having a store of them is definitely worth it for then. Top War is as much about timing and patience as it is about getting a hero stronger - unless your dad owns an oilfield!

Usually destroying first stacks make a snowball effect on the fight.

You can chose the server you want to go. But there are some things to check. Same Zone? (Conflict, support zone etc.) you can only switch from the same zone. It’s not possible to go into another zone. With time zu time the sever switch the zones. After you’ve checked that, than your targeted sever needs to be open. If it’s not, than you have to talk with the Seaver leader. Sometimes sever transfer is blocked because of events like SvS. If there’s no special event and the server is still blocked For you, ask the server leader to rise the CP limit, the most Server have this limit low to keep players outside and control the transfer.

You need to sign up in that alliance - you can then move somewhere, but you'll only be able to enter the battlefield if you rejoin that alliance. Need to be in the alliance before the alliance signs up or you'll be classified as "new member" and not be able to be picked.
