it happened to me fews time on my older server, used 8hours or 24hours shield, consumed, but still get hit during the time i should be protected. got indeed message that the shield have expired but only fews hours after i used it, it was 2 or 3 month ago ( in my case ) .
Also got 2 alliance members got the issue yesterday after svs they shielded and they get hit right after KE started ( 20-30 minutes after shield ).

Yes. Think of atk as an additive to the base unit damage and the dmg being a multiplier.

That's an overly simplified explanation, but dmg is calculated after atk, so it has a stronger effect on the over all damage output.

Promotion codes are updated on a regular bases. You can go to the bot-spam channel in discord and type $code to have the bot tell you the current codes you can enter in and receive rewards for. Codes are a single use per account and usually are available for a couple months before expirating. So please share them with your server.

My experienced has been that second opportunities come around from time to time. They have for bases and heros. However I'm unsure if there are balancing concerns with the hyperion. It might of been to powerful.

Completion says end of October , the new version of the basic profession and the new version of the Grand Marshal design have been completed. The new version of Mechanical Master still needs adjustment due to balance issues. If it goes well, it can be completed in October, if not, it can only be completed in mid-November.

This may no longer be accurate, but I recall the initial announcement that all classes would have 3hm. Along with that, TM would no longer have elites, but they were planned to get general buffs for formations. There were other things as well for the other 3, but speaking just of TM. I would imagine getting all of that to balance out with GMs still being the only ones with the extra skill slot for heroes is difficult. One extra skill for each of 3 heroes makes a massive difference.

Shadow Dragon is useful for the +1 passive, the on use is a gimmick and outside of WZ attacks/sandtable and world boss it has very limited usefulness. If you're looking for a +1 in stock you should get the Lucky Dragon first cause it's a +2 in stock. Arguably Acadia first with a +1 in stock and +10 active for 30m. But that's not available til next month in the decor bundle.

Poetic is useful for a lot of things, although you'll rarely have time to use the poetic deploy + base swap to tropical in SvS, it's useful for defending things, for EL etc.

Forerunner is a useful skin too and is a lot of people's skin of choice in SvS, in defense mode the 30% dmg decrease is incredible for when you get hit. It's also got a useful 10 repair slots and in normal mode the 20% march speed is nice convenience for dark forces, setting farm marches etc (deploy with vn1, swap to super miner before the march lands).

My first 2 skins were Super Miner and Cetus, Phantom ship didn't exist yet. Between the 2 you go Phantom Ship because the daily items are far more useful, all Cetus gives you is +10 dock size. Which, I would get the new Storm Factory skin before Cetus at this point - it's +10 dock/garage/airport and it gives you the 3 ports a day. It's just going to be a few months before it's available again since it just came out ~2 weeks ago.

I've been playing since early February and the highest skill level I've obtained as a low-spender is a level 6, just to give you some idea. We have the option to have perks, so you might as well get the best ones available which are Atk+ and Hp+. If "Dmg+" perks were in the perk pool, I would bet they'd be the best perks available but they simply aren't, so min-maxing includes getting maxed atk/hp perks. Plus if you have 4 maxed perks (navy and all unit bonus, for example) on 3 heroes for a 3hm, that's a whopping 660% more Atk and Hp for your march.

I've been wondering the same myself. Per the advice of my peers, I'm going to focus towards getting a 3rd hero setup for when I eventually get a 3hm. I currently run Bailos/Aka/914 on ATK and Bailos/Aka/Nimitz on Def. It's decent. Although I'm getting Prime for defense depending on the new navy hero. Hard to go wrong with either TBH. 914 is a definite powerhouse on offense though.

In short no. Most advice I’ve seen suggests that until you have a level 5 exclusive skill, they aren’t really useful. Exceptions are heroes with hidden lvl 3 skills. Aka, ganso, Tywin, zizak etc.
