2. Is there any way to calculate how 4* Nimitz (without exclusive skill) can be better than 5* Saimon with 4 Perks (2 att perk 2 hp perk) in PVP ?

Yea, I just watched the video in video guides, both damage increase and attack works as different multipliers. which is pretty neat since a decent normal damage skill could overwhelm a rare attack skill.

In there, Unit Attack (damage of your force) will be a constant value in each level, right?
Assuming, if lv 80 unit's damage is 1B, it'll be = 1B x (100%+ATK Bonus)x(100%+your dmg increase)x(100%+permanent hero ATK skillsx(100%+exc skills))/(100%+enemy dmg decrease)

and that's exactly why Crit % can never be every hit crit because the very first constant value for crit is 1/9 chance too, right?

Say for alliance defence or during EL when your troops are defending your fortress does the strengthening facility benefit those who's base is in region of the facility or is it if the building that you all are garrisoning has the facility next to it it'll benefit everyone in the building being garrisoned? and most likely the class change will be here long before you reach that node.

So before when I saved my def in WE or WE SVS with PVP comps, it doesn’t change unless I changed my def again while on WB comps, now if I switched my comps without even doing anything on WE / WE SVS it switches automatically, players are now attacking during WB and it doesn’t make sense how can I fix that?

The strenghtening and weakening towers will have effects on any battle that is held on territory which is affected by the range of the towers.
so if your tower covers 20 bases, and 20 bases are all doing defenses, then all 20 bases will profit from that bonus. same goes for alliance fortress during alliance defense of course. (given your tower is close enough to it)

No, it's considered troops being trained. You either need to cancel.the units or speed them up. I know first hand being blocked from entering the battlefield.

in SvS battle (not today) , player himself have no time to setup or even repair hospitalize units.
every action of sending march and speed up has to be done in few seconds.

in Eternal Land and Missile Silo Scramble , player himself almost has no opportunity to be zero-ed (unless he don't know its iron-clad rule)
winning 1 fight from sending the BEST march possible, doesn't mean winning Battle at any front.
player ability to Send march / withdraw march / repair and refill casualties using shortest time possible will dictate which side win the Battle , also which side to win server vs server wars.

The vast amount of battles that take place are not close. Golden units can help in certain conditions. But again lots of things can come into play in close battles. Sometimes golden units will be the difference. Sometimes it's dodging more than expected or Katy hitting more or less than expected

If you're an attacker and you have the same ROF or better you go first so you want to tons of damage not absorb damage after the first shot.

Basically the fortified formation will help if someone attacks you and gets to fire the first shot and you already have great attack/damage stats but are a little light on HP.

If it does affect other alliances, it would be a cruel move to build them. And it serves no benefit to build the weakening towers for your own alliance to begin with on world bosses, because the troops you lose are pretty much preset.

They are special but gm has a 3rd hero exclusive which sometimes synergizes really well with other heroes making it easy to overpower tm, tm doesn't have anything to compensate for that 3rd exclusive so it'll always remain weaker class
If the tm runs aka bailos then the gm could run bailos 914 aka or bailos bassel aka and u suddenly have so much more firepower and you also farm a crazy amount with 3hero marches and if u get zeroed in a svs u would need to retrain a full base to have ur elites back I've been told they get restored in 48h but svs capital etc last a couple hours at most so u don't have 48h to wait to have ur lvl 83 advantage

which would make sense to be the 30% atk 10% from dmg skill giving about 5% and 7% output increase + another 1/6th increase from having an extra unit in the first row shots making another 14,2% + the amalia exclusive multiplier doing the rest

ill try to prepare this better ill just hit again with removed atk on her and make them have same march size and record it later

the bradley with lvl 4 (+10%dmg) exclusive hit dark army ship for 120B amalia with same march size removed skills etc hit it for 183B with her 4* exclusive being 55.6% meaning that basically her base dmg without it was 117.6B (but she has a little bit of a war advantage but that shouldnt be major)

so basically her exclusive increased dmg by 65.4B and his by like 3B + whatever the war difference made but still one order lower + dmg output increase

so for attacking he dmgwise wont be better even on lvl 7 exclusive with +40% dmg instead of +10 so clearly never gonna be better for boss/droid and such however you will get lots of the shield for pvp against same speed players so for that he might eventually be better

not so easy to assign a mathematical value to that though

but yeah basically a 5* Brad with lvl 5 exclusive would increase your real HP by like 60% + Defense difference and your real dmg by like 10-15% while your amalia would increase your real hp by 0 (for simplicity she has some +DEF too) and your real DMG by 70% + war difference

any of them will be good tbh 😄 but depends if you care about dmg to players/expedition or about dmg to boss or what your focus is

914 will be great vs players but bad for boss, akatora same thing but with a smaller degree he is still decent for boss, and bailos and bassel are good for both

bassel is actually a little bit better for world boss for most players than bailos though i think because her proc might screw with the special effects explosions

Lol. It's complicated. Troops have a base attack that = DMG. Attack buffs like skills/comps/hero abilities are a percentage of the base troop attack that get added. DMG+ buffs are also % but get multiplied by the total, not the base troop dmg

ATK bonus is additive, DMG bonus is multiplicative. To make it more confusing, the passive atk hero bonuses (Bassel, Nim, etc) is calculated multiplicatively like dmg, not atk.

A bit of an in-depth question maybe: An alliance of rogue players (there is a whole alliance of them on our server, about 20 or so don't abide by battlefield regulations and attack anytime, all the time, outside of KE too) is attempting to justify that they are trying to keep battlefield cp down for the purpose of SvS and other events (EL, Odinium matchmaking) etc - claiming it will benefit the battlefield as the matchmaking has positioned our server against very difficult servers with cp far higher than ours or servers that contain much stronger or higher spending players (for maybe 2 months+ worth of events)

My questions are: Is there any truth to prove or disprove this theory? Is matchmaking solely decided on average current cp of servers? or is a win/loss record included as a factor? Is there perhaps a mechanic that bases matchmaking off all time cp instead of current cp? or one that maybe just uses the highest cp player individually? or the highest level VIP? etc.

If anyone has more information about matchmaking for Odinium, Eternal Land, SvS in general and how it is decided who we face, please help. This problem affects our entire server currently rather than one or a few individual alliances.

CP has no relevance on SvS matchmaking. None whatsoever. CP does dictate somehow Odin matchmaking, but it is so poor anyway that it doesn’t matter.

Yeah, I had thought that. However, I wanted to at least be open to learning how matchmaking is made so I can at least attempt to explain that this isn't the case. It's gotten a bit drastic recently. Every alliance has faced over the top challenging opponents in Odinium for the last 4 or so times - of which, most alliances lost. We went up against numerous alliances littered with VIP16s in EL (our highest as a server is a VIP14) and we have also lost our last 3-4 SvS matches on the weekend. Despite my view sharing your statement, they are garnering alot of support based on this and I wanted to learn how matchmaking was decided to better help our server.

By any chance, would you have any information or specifics as to how matchmaking instead is decided in any of these instances?

@peak dragon we have our alliance split in the map to help with svs and we have a ban on farming for 2hours before every svs we will clear all tiles although since the tile hit costs have gone up that is not really necessary and I don't think in any way your cp loss would make much of a difference in matching or the results most of the time it's the structures and point generated in them that decides the results

My observation is that Matchmaking is just random there is very little taken into account in odinium 2 alliances that select the same time will be matched regardless of any other variables, in svs it's usually servers with the same points but there are instances of servers that are not the same points, in el they throw in server numbers of like 1-300 in a hat then pull out 8 at a time nothing else taken into account
This is of course speculations but it's just what I've observed over the months, in previous els matches were within 100 servers but now it's 300

I agree, it's confusing! E.g. Delta lvl 4 gives you 5 attacks with 2000% ATK, but I don't get how that's being factored in. I was dealing app. 300% more damage overall.

But if I could actually figure out how it is factored in, I feel like I could be much more intentional with my setup. E.g. would stacking more atk skills on my heroes somehow boost the multiplier?

who knows maybe you wil lactually want ben btw id definetly take ben over dante actually myself or buy 1st and 2nd lvl get all 3 - but yeah the gold production thing is definetly true, free 3,5%/7% gold depending if you will stick lvl 1 or lvl 2 skills on the hero, per hero

because ben is pretty much mandatorry strength lvl for army if you will ever want to use army, especially if you will never buy amalia or villiers for 100$

I have heard that from many experienced people that building an air force is difficult for F2P players. Why is it so, if I may ask?

Sure! My army is mediocre. Katy, Brad, all natural growth both almost three star. Rock and tian are also almost three in air.

Ok so basically its because rockfield needs lvl 82 units from +2 recruit cards or valhalas for his exclusive to have proper punch, and you need large march size, if the oponent has larger unit stacks it gets devalued a lot (at least so i heard from experienced people) + you need the hit 9 units valhalla since that is half of the airs strength + you need 2nd hangar + you need a good offspec for a lot of other stuff that the air will be bad at

and for air to work best you also need Villiers or Amalia (preferably viliers) and also Aya with high eclusive skill and fortified with high lvl

It is so true. Every word makes sense. So, it is better to get ben. Army beats air anyway
