As long as he isn't breaching the ToS in any way and is just using the game mechanics, there is nothing that can be done.

Cap leader can debuff whomever they want, and the "rules" around only hitting during KE are solely player driven, they're not a game mechanic.

RSS Tile level only determines the max ammount of rss you can farm from that node before it "runs dry".
You will farm 1M rss at the same speed on a L1 node or on an L6 node.

Mech farms overwrite the node they are built on. A mech farm built on a L5 tile is identical to a mech farm built on a L1 tile.

Mech farms have unlimited rss, but a limited lifespan. You want to maximize gathering speed and mine as much as you can from a Mech Farm in the time it is up.

A normal Mech Farm (level 3) gives a +45% Gathering speed boost to any gathering march inside it.
So 8 hours on a Mech Farm will ALWAYS give you more than 8 hours on a bare node.
(Legendary Craftsmen can build upgraded Lvl 4, 5, & 6 farms with a +70%, 95%, and 120% gathering bonus respectively)

March size and Load skills only affect the maximun load that you can carry. In general, you do not need these for most rss marches, especially not ones in mech farms.
You will want to focus speed above all else.

Equip 1x each of Rare & Common World Gathering skills, and Rare and Common rss specific skill (corn or oil)

Also get the World Gathering and corn/oil gathering speed perks on your purple heroes when you can

A few, maybe around 2-4 per wave, will get damaged once you actually start losing waves.

BTW, the damaged units are mostly from the front row. So if you have Valhallas but want to cut down repair costs, just put regular units in the front row, and Valhallas in the back two rows

Recommendations for AF hero’s. I have Bassel, Akatora, Bellevue, and Villiers 5* I think I own most of the heroes except for a few ( Silence , bell Fahed, Katrina). Mechanical master. Mostly 10 comps on navy and 9s for AF. I’m in 1304. Umm Navy and AF suppression are both lvl 60 not really sure where to go from here 😅 oh rockfield isn’t really good for me because im lvl 72 and people are starting to hit 80

The problem with two different unit types is not your heros themselves. But now you need 2 sets of comps., base decor to buff two unit types. Basically it splits your focus giving you 2 medium marches instead of one killer march

No, you need all unit Hp for Aka and all unit hp on Bassel. From what you said you have you are not a low spender so you will want to switch to a combat class. Having the perks done gets you flexibility when new heroes come and strength in the meantime

I wouldn't use atk if you have perks. Would use damage decrease instead. The combo of skills depends on your stats. Use the damage formula to calculate how much additional damage you'd do and how much less damage you'd receive with the different setups. In general at high levels atk and hp become less and less useful

Two questions... One, do the ruins buffs stack if you hold for example with attack ruins? Second, if another alliance upgraded a ruin, if you take that ruin over do the upgrades follow the ruin, stay with the alliance that upgraded it or?
