Pros

1. Good support hoppers, stay as R1 and buy packs
2. They give free gems and help improve alliance

If you have a lot of magnetic runes however, duke may be better cuz higher proc rate so the TG will apply more magnets

Striker did win in 2 battles, and where he lost, in some he killed much more units (almost win).

Duke didn't win in any battle, plus, his amount of killed units is more or less equal.

If we look at these 2 samples, Striker is clear winner. He did give 2 wins, while with Duke there's not a single win. And I just skimmed BRs, without trying to check more.

i think both have their merits and their disadventages.
Striker is good when you have more damage in your front line for example with asuka, gypsy, jester ect

duke is more of all rounder. If you are lucky with delibrate effect and reducing their dmg to key slot like ht, formation slots it can be dangerous. (rng depended).

so in short striker is more consistent. duke is also solid but have more potential with rng.

Encirclement is not that important if you have high DMG inc and dec. But, main factor are heroes you use. If they are universal, go for encirclement, it's additional boost. If they are unit specific, you are better of without it.

About equipment, if you're only one unit type, just focus on that unit type.

What exactly benefits a march utilizing encirclement? There's next to zero info (that I've found) on what I should be equipping or doing to increase the effectiveness of having extra off-type troops in my march.

Are the main ones just all/specific unit % bonuses, comps, and equipment? And specifically, do you benefit more from having all comps equipped vs just ROF?

I'm sorry if this is confusing, but I'm so damn confused about encirclement and this will be my 3rd year playing the game. I like hiding my CP and finding ways to lower it without decreasing my March's power.

For encirclement to be effective, you have to have all unit types equally developed (or very close). If not, additional units will be killed quickly.

You get encirclement bonuses, plus encirclement units can get additional HP bonuses from gold units if you have them.

One more advantage is the need for less main units (mostly navy and air have less units than army).

I have 3 tactical runes sitting. Should I start upgrading my main (army) and only get 5% gains per rune since my army has all runes filled? Or should I put it on my second march (air) which would be 10% gain per rune since I’m lacking runes on there? In your opinion is it better to have 1 (super) strong march or 2 strong marches (one main + one for suppressions) what would you do and what are your opinions?

because:

• it gives more stats 5% compare to 10% like you said
• and the "Recycle" function, it only applies on 0 star gear. So it's better in avoiding risk, in case you have better gear in the future

For example, if you gather for 50 minutes, you won't get any stone. For 5h 3 minutes, you get 5 stones.

Which stones you get are random.

So, if you gather for 24h, and you change resources about the same time each day, it's 23 stones (you gather for a bit less than the actual 24h).

Gathering for more days will help you get a bit more stones because of this small gap while changing resources.

Nothing affects randomness, it's just random.

But even mediocre Golden heroes will outpeform them with ease. But there are other uses for the shards. The gathering heroes which you get along the way. ANd later on, Rambo and Simon will be among your gathering heroes too.

Check your own number in the first screenshot, then subtract that number with your own first dock and you will have your initial progress. If you have Pop hero you have to subtract that too, it wont show in the first screenshot

For example, my garage bonus is 30 so 89 - 30 is at 59 progress and need to remove 4 bonus spaces from pop too so my initial garage space is at 55 which need 7 materials to go to 56, exactly like the requirements according to the table

If its too confused to you just, post your numbers and ill tell you your initial spaces and how many more upgrades you need.

Best HT is yellow HT. Always. It protects row in which it is, and you can decide in which row to place it. You use other HTs only when you don't have yellow available.

You can try to use universal heroes, than use them with all units (in this way, you suddenly have much more units in your base too :D).

Good heroes to be used universally would be Po, Asuka, Duke or Striker. Without es5, Striker is better than Duke. Asuka don't even need es5, and Po also is very good without es5

If I attack someone weaker, I win (heroes do help in winning, but they are not crucial, money spent is).

If I attack someone stronger, I lose.

Main deciding factor is money invested. People should do whatever they can, even if it's one suboptimal hero. But, there's no way that f2p win over VIP 16, even if VIP 16 doesn't use heroes at all (and assuming that VIP 16 isn't just "invested" in gems that weren't used afterwards).
