If you need help with changing email, please contact in-game support. Other than that, you simply bind your account to different social media account, while you unbind it to original one.

Main advice is that you wait for good heroes that come over time (every month there's a new hero, and they are in rotation, so you need three months for new hero of one unit type). Also, we get heroes during collabs, which usually are better and universal.

Hi, I have seen your heroes. You currently don't have any heroes that are good for fighting other people. You can work on some of heroes you have, but it's better that you wait for new heroes that will come over time (each month we get one hero, plus in collab events we get 2-3 heroes, and we should have 3-4 collabs (devs said 4 collabs per year)).

Those new heroes will be stronger than those you have right now, and if you choose right heroes, they would last longer.

And, to know which of those new heroes to choose and use, it's best that you continue to follow our official discord server, as new heroes are always discussed and we as a community find out which ones are good, and which ones are not that good.

To start, are you referring to 2 accounts or 2 commanders on same device?

If using "Manage Character" to switch, it is a Single Account (bound to same social media) & commanders cannot be separated as multiple accounts
If using "Account">>"Switch", it is Multiple Accounts (bound to separate social medias) & log in information is required on new device to use on 2nd device.

I disagree with the replies. What I’ve found in new TW servers and the top heroes servers is SO much drama. Most of the ‘new’ players in servers have other accounts in older servers.
People build an account and move to a more stable/structured server. I think a very small percentage want to bully.

It can be many things. Like, which heroes you use is more important than just CP, or similar things.

CP is just a matter of size. Does not guarantee strength. See it in your case as a k1 fighter vs. And obese of 150kg. The second is definitely bigger but does not stand a chance in a fight. Same apply here. CP is/can be increased in many ways by adding unnecessary skills to the heroes, useless perks, etc. on the other hand really useful things like decorations especially high level does not count as CP. And, of course the heroes used and heroes order in the march do the difference. One thing worth mentioning is the Titan equipment which can play major role.
