General Question, my current 2 marches are the following heros and with all the universal heros i wanted to see if i would be better off mixing these around at all. Polik, Striker, Gipsy for army and Hazel, Shinji and asuka for AF. Any thoughts if that should be tweeked ourside of bringing in another hero at this point?

my army is stronger than my AF with perks so ideal would like to maxumize the army march over AF

Asuka's Active Skill is an HP Enhancement similar to Kum & Hazel. For me it seems the logical swap. As with majority of AF heroes they both have Ignite features, but I think Asuka would better as a replacement. Long live Max! 😉🤣

I think so, looking at the hero active skill descriptions Asuka boosts the front 2 rows With a higher hp Enhancement, and while the attack boost is less than Kum, the dmg from the skill & DOT that activates all Status Damage applied to a unit makes up for it.
Other may say different, for sure, but that's my take.

Mind you, I did not include exclusive skills in the breakdown. Asuka has a more dominant exclusive than kum in my opinion.

imo your march is already solid for army, AF with kum asuka shinji does work since you need striker to your army for maximum army march's performance, meanwhile unfortunately there's no universal heroes that available to do the same as kum's role as an atk buffer hero. depends on which march you wanted to improve:

improve army march = not yet, solid march and another collab is coming soon. better wait for that collab heroes are out and decide which hero to invest

improve AF march = your march works in this way, the only suggestion to improve the march is replacing kum with other atk buffer heroes such as brady/cranston but the improvement is not that drastic at all. I would say to keep it this way too.

maybe wait a month or two to see this collab if you willing to wait for the collab heroes but we all knows that collab events usually releases semi or pure universal heroes

For something like that, contact in-game customer support. In cases of disputed accounts (ie those that multiple persons claim ownership), it's a bit longer procedure, and you will have to go through that. No one can speed it up, and only CS will decide who's rightful owner.

I would go with decor, plus decor shards. Lvl 2 decoration is 4% ATK and 4% HP. You can take other decoration too, it's okay for WB, and generally for attacking. Plus if you're lucky you can get a lot of decoration shards.

If you don't have skin, soon we will have gacha (if we are getting gacha every 6 months), there you can get better base skin for 25k gems, or 2 base skins for about 70k (or less, if you're lucky).

It's not a secret.

Each time get ball for 60 gems and take whatever you get. Repeat until you have 240 premium candies.

If you want more than one base skin, go with premium balls until you reach the end (7 ⭐). Collect premium candies, and then just repeat with different colors of balls as long as you need/want/have gems.

from what you have I'd take Rambo, as you need to level up Asuka still and taking SR hero while doing first SSR is not bad at all. Although it depends, check if Ben isn't with 2 stars already better. Don't think so though

Obviously, Rambo's CMD is highest => most march size. That might dwarf everything else.

Basicly there is that hero mission event and you need to get kat to complete the army one, so they limit the amount of hero's you can get for free but then after that event has ended they add them back, because I see I can get her for free now aswell after a paid $20 for her

Go Asuka & Rambo, you will have bunch of SR shards, you will get perks on Rambo, it will be good while you will be getting shard for Asuka and waiting for another good SSR hero

There's some heroes that counts both WAR and DEF stats to increase their stats such as Striker Eureka

They were more affected by the work together they've done

I would say brady. He’s newer but they just tried to replace him. Maximo they’ve been trying to get rid of but he still lingers.

Brady and Maximo is literally bananas and oranges. They do different things. Although you can try to set up your march comparing them in this way, but usually well composed march will have Brady AND Maximo (well, Brady works better with Barbie, Maximo with Kum, but this is another story).

Save all you crappy overclocked chips too. Once you have 4 of them, you can overclock them as well for a slightly better chance at something good.

Attack speed on the left side is #1 priority, #2 priority is shield (that's my opinion anyway)

Also, eventually you'll be able to choose your chip type and attribute type the further down you go with overclocking.

The chips on the right side, you want Defense stats (1st priority) dmg inc, dmg dec as 2nd priority. And your core, you want all unit defense with troop specific defense attributes.

They definitely are. I'll keep chips with really good attributes that may have an elemental in the mix, and replace it with one one my main HT when I improve it, my 2nd HT will get the next best set and so on with 3rd and 4th. My 3rd and 4th HT I'll use those golds for overclocking.

People usually use gold shards, that they get from events like flippy cards, lucky numbers, deep sea hunting, and from all other places.

You also can go with lucky treasury, there's a gold shard about 300-350 gems.
