There's no Valhalla units of lvl 81 and 82 (82 is actually still possible, without Odinium +1 unit level tech though).

But, Valhalla units beside additional boost in HP and ATK have some other nice features. You can check them in each Valhalla unit type.

It's by chance, as mentioned, but when you defend, you have a chance of losing whole slot. If you lose slot, it can't be used to attack, so you have less trigger chances.

You can't build them. You have to have item, pop star skin, or odinium tech. Item gives them instantly, pop star skin and odinium tech allows to produce them by merging lower level units

With second +1 odinium tech, you'll be able to merge them. You'll need 4 units to make one. And, if you add pop star skin to the mix, you'll be able to merge one more level, so, 8 units to make one lvl 83.

It depends. Pantheon is purely attack skin in SvS/WooEL. If you are not an attack player then might not be first option. Void is having pretty same status with Starry aura working everywhere. Last one is best overall in server events as well as home events. Considering that the buffs are applicable all the time and to all forces might be best option.

Commanders created on the same account cannot currently be split that that I am aware of. Even deleting 1 & trying to recover to a different account won't be feasible, due to the required information for recovery.

Only option I see, and I hope you didn't spend on the 2nd Commander, is to start a new Commander on a seperate device on desired server. If taking this route, you must start a Commander & log out of the app after quick tutorial so you can access the profile. In settings, manage character, you can create a Commander on any desired server with the exception of any active servers Commanders on new account are on. I.e. If you start a Commander on 2987 you cannot create an additional Commander there, however you can on 770.

Once a certain number if heroes is achieved whatever you do extra does not count in tickets anymore. Above a number of skins, I think is 40, does not count either. So, usually last remaining component is give by full perked heroes which increase transfer tickets by 1/hero perked. Note that if you reach 100% in perks is counting as full perked and ticket goes up even you are not technically full perked

When you play on a PC, browser uses cookies to track who you are, what is your account. If you delete cookies (or software on your computer), the game doesn't know who you are. That's why binding account is important, and you should be able to change into that account.

It is always worth the time to invest in a goal early, such as valhallas. However, if you already have 1 unlocked and working on odinium tech, but have a long way on your class tree & suppressions, I'd suggest focusing on gathering food/Oil & solely acquiring odinium from dimensional mine & Radar.
As a mech, I suggest getting sophisticated drawings from legion store in place of the odinium for trap making.

I'd suggest Ymir over Shrek. Although the gathering is nice, it slows your march, and isn't very helpful anywhere else. Ymir is a great pve/pvp option. Will help you rank higher in events like world Boss, individual Defense, & alliance droids. Surtr is a decent defense Valhalla, but not very good on the attack.

My knowledge of the transfer system is limited, but I'll help best I can.
If by Stages, you mean Zones, there are actually 4, but the first has no ability to transfer that I'm aware of. You can only transfer within same type zone, Support -> Support, Conflict -> Conflict, Total War -> Total war. Zones are based on the age of server and are typically marked by major events like Terra Aurorae 1 & 2 or EL as they progress into next zone.

As far as I know this current transfer cycle closes at reset on the 21st.

If you would like to know if able to transfer to a desired server, use #🤖│bot-spam, /transfer_top_war utilize the bot prompts and enter required information.

the easier way would be through testing, if you have the right lvls of atk/dmg skills, you van equip skills of 60% atk and of 6% dmg, will see that the dmg is around the same.

the mathematical way is more complicated. you need to divide 100+atk by 100+dmg. but your atk isn't actually what you see in stats, since some atk sources have double value (comps, specific type mastery, specific type bond, equipment). and there's hero war atk, which valued 1.3 times what is written, 100% atk from hero war = 130% atk

so its (100+atk stats+atk equipment+atk specific type mastery+atk specific type bond+atk comps+1.3×hero war atk)/(100+dmg)

and actually now since formation always takes effect, it should also be factored

Hard to tell, if we will get EVA 2 event, then yes. If not, then you will have to wait for a new hero from some other collab event, like we got Gypsy, who is Megatron, but he's from Pacific Rim, not Transformers. In short, don't worry, with time, you'll get all new heroes. For old, for many it doesn't matter that much.

And, just to mention, Shinji is Optimus Prime, but a bit different (a bit weaker in defense aspect, but overall, stronger as he attacks from first round, and defend for two)

If you go with safe method, then base skin is about 22-25k gems. Only if you want to get both skins, you have to go with premium method, which can go up to 46.7k gems. It can be less, but you have to have enough gems when you start, not to waste them. So, both skins could be had for about 70k gems. Of course, with luck, it can be less. My average in last two gacha was 30k and 35k gems for 3 rounds of premium method (it means 90k and 105k gems in total :D).

Well the timer was set on capital for 193 hrs and everyone was under the impression that it was closed. Random person attacked cap and only a level 44 so they couldn’t even do what was needed for the event. So I had to leave my alliance and take over in the dead alliance to be able to do what’s needed for the event. Is there anything TW can do to resolve this issue or am I just screwed and have to be alone in this alliance for 2 months.

Someone made an alt. Jumped in our server, took over a dead alliance and got cap. Has to be something that can rectify this issue.

There's one rule for flippy, you have to decide what you want to do for yourself:

After 7 refreshes, you have to get gold deck. So, you have to count from last gold deck (or from first in new day), to know when you will get it for sure.

Other then that, it's luck. Once I got 3 gold decks back to back. On average, gold shards are about 200 gems if you spend up to 40-45k gems, it's my average on many months I have do it. So, you decide. I'm not sure what is average if you go on spending much more gems, but I stay on about 200 gems per shard

Okay, let me try to explain it again:

You have a chance to get gold deck anytime, I heard it's 9% chance (so, I'm not sure if that's correct).

You will get gold deck for sure every 7 refreshes at the latest, if you don't get it before. If you get it before, this 7 refreshes counter is reset. So, you have to get gold deck every 7 refreshes, or sooner.

This 7 refreshes counter is reset each day (day starts at server reset, not your local time day).

I myself just count to 7 on beginning of each day, or after I get gold deck, to know when I'll get next gold deck, and of course, it can happen sooner, you can get gold deck back to back, I once got 3 gold decks back to back.

Is this clearer? Just count to 7, if you count to 6, and then stop because you didn't get gold deck, well, it's not a good move. 😁

I have perked all my purple heroes to universal collection speed, food and oil gathering speed. Its not that difficult to perk these. My main March collects 1M/hr and other 3 marches collect 800K/hr during EL. So it's worth it.

partially right. its based on gathering rate at the time the facility expires(very consistent rather than "random" as you claim), affected by alliance badge, passive buffs, and of course as mentioned before the superminer skin. my own facilities give approx. 3.4m when they expire as vip9 w/ superminer... and the 2.7 range without.

you could build the facility with the "wrong" skin and as long as you got the right skin on the second before it expires you will get the full amount, switching skins while the facility is alive makes no difference on the end amount received.

this would be assuming equal investments. a vip0 army for example can lose to a med/high vip air etc, and currently air at the low/mid levels is a bit strong, but very hard to power through an entire army base. IN general different types with max suppression are looking at dealing ~10% more damage and taking ~60% damage to the type they counter. so overall stats can overcome the advantage in the end.
