I understand that. However when i join a server i follow the rules set by the server, but the server leaders have no way to know if the applicant will follow them or not. However how can a server leader/r4s know what they’re taking in. People lie all the time. this is not about not liking how some people play. Is it right a server takes individuals that insult people, threaten to burn them daily or desmantle alliances.

Talking to several people this isnt that uncommon for 30m cp players to move to a server and take over those in the server already. My point is that when a server processes an application the server that cant know really what sort of individual they r receiving. This to me this is not about being a cry baby, but its a feature missing in tw. (Like a referee system/rating system, and player history, such as what servers they come from)
After all most players put considerable amount of money into it, if tw refuses to give tools or tackle bullying, and expects players to open their cards to fight bullying then tbh what is the point to this game. Or just use transfer tickets to move away gambling walking into more nonsense, then to me it seems tw doesnt care.

Since i know such feature doesnt exist i wondered if someone in the community built such website that keeps track of server bullies to help servers receiving applications.

It happened to me too, in my case I did the whole buying process and after the error message shows then click again on the buy button, it will then show a message saying that you already bought the items and you’ll have them right away. No additional cost.

Because it adds 30% to the atk buff. It makes it at 130%. Then, you have the 37% multiplier from a level 7 :
130% + (130%x37%) = 178,1% atk buff
That atk buff applies to all damages, so normal attacks but also trigger attacks. With a few decos, it might reach 200%, which almost mean multiplying your damages by 4.

Considering that you'd play Maximo and Shinji alongside Kum, all trigger attacks from both heroes will pretty much OS any lines and stack of units. With a trooper having atk spd, the fight already ended before starting really.

And compare to Selina she only gives attack bonus of ??? And she doesn’t trigger at all, right?

I like that Selina has 30% damage increase for her level 7 and that applies to everything as well.

Let's say you already have 250% dmg inc, so you increase it to 280% = 12%. It's only a real 12% dmg increase.

Selina gives 100% atk buff on back two rows, 137% with exc 7. With all decors, maybe it might reach 150%. So it's a 2.5 times multiplier. You get a 4 times multiplier with Kum. Kum is just wayyyyy wayyyy better than Selina with both exc7. It's not slightly better, it's just complete other league we're talking about

That event is no longer ongoing so you'll have to reach out to ingame customer support, but the point of it was to reach those milestones that gave you tokens, which you could use to spin for rewards.

You can’t start ID if you have troops out. You need to recall all of them to begin ID.

When the ruin goes into war state, every alliance not owning the ruin can attack it. You have to kill a guard before reaching the building. Once guard is killed, you need to lower the health points (HP) of the ruin to 0 for owning it. Be careful as, only the alliance doing the attack that lowers the HP to 0 will own it, even though other alliances may have attacked it as well.

If an alliance is already owning that ruin, they can send units to reinforce the ruin and defend it.

War state lasts for 60 minutes, and then, the ruin will go into peace state for 48 hours if it has an owner. Without any owner, a new 60 minute war state timer will begin and reset HP of the ruin back to 100%.

The following day, those who are yet done gather on the next fortress to do the same. Those who have special buff skills and mechanics still join to provide support and activate skills, build towers. Where can I see the cap of my morale (if that is a thing) ? I reached first level in the profession tree; where it say ‘cap = 3’. What does that mean ? a I got attacked on my base and see the badge with ‘1’ in it; assume that is level. I battle reports I see 3% DMG a from morale. On avg for perking once five star it's anything from 404 to 440 shards per perk and there are four perks per hero. Even if you have a free hero that you get to five star that you don't use you can perk them and switch the perks for 1k gems over to a hero you are using

Encirclement works with 2 or 3 unit types in a march if it is a building that has let’s say has 2 teammates one air and one army and both have encirclement and you send in a all navy march you all get encirclement buffed fully same when defending your base where encirclement is active as long as you have 1 unit of each type in base but if you are in a building with teammates the teammates need to have encirclement to help your march as well for the encirclement buff

The last statement on building defence, I don't think is true 🤔 let's say two teammates are in a building with army and navy each and both don't have encirclement. Let's assume I am the only other user with the encirclement in that building with air troops. In this case I would still get encirclement buffs in defence of that building despite my teammates not having encirclement.

In short for an encirclement user to get buff, the entity(building/base) needs to have all 3 troops to have both buffs of encirclement.

I am an encirclement user too. Here is what my experience with encirclement and battle reports. In building defence both encirclement users and non encirclement users get the buff from encirclement as long as different troops conditions are met.

For the sake of simplicity let's assume only one encirclement user in the building defence and minimum 3 players with each having different troop type

Case 1:
Building defence with the encirclement user as the first defender in the battle report. Encirclement buffs are visible under "profession perk" of this user.

Case 2:
Encirclement user is in second or third position in the report. At this time the encirclement buffs are visible under "combat elite" tab of DMG inc/dec in the encirclement user attributes

In both the cases the non encirclement users get the buffs too in building defence and their buffs are visible under "combat elite" row from their respective attributes

I used pure pve comps for ht unit type (with hp instead on hit) + pure pve all shamshir chips + the new red ht with (4/9 parts).
It needs to hit harder thats why.
Kill the flame thrower at the back first.
Stand on the map without touching them, contact seems bad.
No time to use the ht skill. Just use normal hits and rely on crits so you will have to try several times.
I had a gold center chip that has ht dmg 26% tbh +all unit hp tbh.

First of all, all heros thats not in use needs to have one of the gold improvements. Lvl 1 first on all! When that is full and you get more, lvl up to lvl 2 and fill up the heros. Change 1 and one hero. That way gold production is going the right way. And gold chests, save them! Dont use them before you need too!!

2. Old heroes can be mutated, their skills are basically changed. You can get them by doing missions in radar
3. Exclusive are an unique skill for each hero, you can buy them in the ex skill shop with shards or by buying it directly. Level 3-5-7 give extra stats
4. Because of the above, most players want at least lv5 exclusive

Okay, so the goal is to 5 star heroes and get their exclusive skill to level 5+. You should eventually 5 star heroes from recruit tickets/Island store as a f2p player, but the better heroes need to be purchased when they are available.

Exclusive skill shards are the best way to level up the exclusive skill, but probably shouldn't be spent on heroes available with recruit tickets because you can unlock those skills from the research tab correct?

So the fastest way to get them is by buying them from the seasonal sales event (shown in pictures below). The other way to get them, is by obtaining randomly when opening HT chip chest. Every time you open a chip chest you have a percentage chance of getting a modules. Drop rate varies depending on the rarity of the chip chest

That depends on a tremendous number of factors. Idea is to protect your ruins and Capitol and capture opponents ones. Now, what opponent is saying? Are they strong? Are they participating? What is the individual power of opponents? Most important what is the level size/knowledge of your MM’s? There are many variables starting with classic split of the server in attack/ defense teams, continuing adding strike teams and high power defense teams killing opponent safe zones and ending with deliberately giving the ruins and Capitol and maintaining strike team outside battle area and using rallies. Is all about your strategist and opposing server. As you see there is not a pill good for all diseases.
