Game should give chance to all players to have free heroes...i mean all those who were released in lucky treasury in past..No game is so biased ...Why can't you have past heroes who were free at time at present if you join game late??
It's like pubg will give M416 to players only in 2018 and 2019 players will get Uzi...You should think about it and have some event where everyone can get past heroes through lucky treasury
I hope you guys consider this and help all new players..better to have such events then this transformer things

Eraser Brush. On the base screen, you click to build and one option is an eraser. Click it and a small eraser brush icon appears above it. You click the button and fanned out around it are icons for a few brush options there: a unit brush, a decor brush and a buildings brush. You select one and it's highlighted. Now when you swipe on the screen in your base, anything that matches the brush type becomes greyed out and the eraser brush instead shows a button for OK or go back. For example choosing the unit brush will grey out anything you swipe your finger over that is a unit. If you touch one of the units where you made a mistake - it returns to normal. The same goes for buildings and for decor. By pressing the OK button, a popup box shows up asking if you are sure you want to delete these units/buildings? And in the instance of decor, are you sure you want to return these decor to bag? Followed by an Yes and No button that allows you to do that or undo your choice.

Please make something like this. Base decoration feels so complicated on phone/tablets and it is not very user friendly. We need a tool that makes this job easier for us.

A way to get some free ports maybe add them as random island rewards / or can use expedition points to buy them. More free vit caps during these vit draining events. Most players spend to keep playing. Alot that cant just use up there vit bar and logg off for the day and miss out on alot compared to mid to heavy spenders

Remove Purple heroes from all Recruits (Standard, Premium & Elite) for higher level players!
Allow us to exchange blue and purple hero shards and blank shards into orange shards!
Give higher level players different items when attacking Dark Forces and Warhammers, also when collecting resources. We don't need Tech Items, R&D or Tech Chests anymore!

add a double confirm for opening vit items, at least the small and large vit capsules, similar to gold box confirm. Have it say "This will add XXXX vit. Do you want to proceed?" Or something to that effect.

Its too easy to spend dozens of vit caps by clicking quickly through the bag. Nobody needs to open thousands of vit worth of items at a time.

The way the game is made, new heros come out and some old heros become obsolete. This is a problem since I have invested shards and skills in them. It would be great if I could ''recycle'' the invested shards/skills in a hero that i choose to ''decomission''. For example : I have a 5 stars Bellevue with lvl6 skill, I could choose to make her go back to 1 star and get back 50% of universal gold shards, and 50% of skill shards as they are valued in the skill store so for her its 15 skill shards per skill, lets say you get back 7. So I would recycle my Bellevue and get back 310 gold shards and 1822 universal skill shards ! It would also be the same thing for the hero shards invested in her 4 perks. What do you guys think ?

They are so rare and hard to get - it's such a waste to receive the ones you already have. 😭
Alternatively let us break them up for shards so we can merge the blueprints we really need.
This would be a great feature for useless blueprints of ALL colors!
3 white shards could be merged to get 1 green shard, 3 green ones to get 1 blue and so on. This would be one of the best features EVER! ❤️

Hello. There is a big need to let the selected marching units be from outside the unit storages first ( garage, hangar, dock).
As well as when we use hold all option inside the garage tw needs to make the selected units be from the ones that are march-free.
This is in order to be able to delete units ..
Either that or make a mass delete option outside unit storages.
I hope you consider this carefuly .. there is a dire need for it.
Anyone who agrees please show support for the suggestion.

The community ask to break up the stats…. Soo we can see what we can work on….now u drop everything into 1 stat…. How am I meant to know what is in “other” now when u mash everything together…. Previously, it was easier to see if someone has gold equipment or not, now it’s impossible to tell anything because these number means nothing. How about breaking up a sub category like base skins, equipments etc. to make the numbers more meaningful. Because 774.5 % of “others” tells me absolutely nothing.

Can we have something else in place of instant repairs in mechanical masters class tree when it gets updated again,

like +10 percent damage+ and damage- or another +10 or +8 March size increase, as instant repairs are 😜 not the very best of things given to mms, whereas at same place CE's are getting march size increases via command increase tab...

-also the extra skill is unavailable for mm so... probably extra damage+ damage- or +100percent all units attack increases will quite help out... in place of instant repairs... or even extra gathering speed increase would be better than instant repairs...

-Tbh giving 3 heroes to mm have made them more lucrative, but still ce is the boss...

-also include points for making WF, SF in svs... so that more people work on them via choice... not as a sacrificial lamb...

I never really understood why the Rare Alliance Gifts are locked to x10 Claims, it's not locked technical issues forced the game to slow down and claims, and it's not any beneficial for the players to lock it to X10.

With a Claim All button, we would gain a decent amount of time and a better review of how much ressources we collected and how many Rare Items we obtained (such as Decorations Boxes, Speed-ups or rarely Gold Fragments) since they would be all together, it would be a better sensitive to read the rewards obtained from a Claim All than doing the maths in our head from X10 Claims.

Fix Alliance Defense scheduling to either be Sunday to Sunday, or Wednesday to Wednesday.

Sunday-to-Sunday would match how the alliance data counts a "week"
Wednesday-to-Wednesday would match how the game does all other events

Rationale

Having such short windows of time is terrible for collecting missiles and enjoying the event socially. Give us a full week.
The event requires base buffs, but many will also need to schedule Woo. That means 2 different days. Ideally 12 hours apart. a 4 day period of time is too short, no flexiblity.
The event is tedious as is, this current schedule forces it to now either overlap KE OR being at a very unfriendly time for socializing.

And while you're getting this right, redesign AD to not be a 2 hour event, 60minutes please! (or less)

Can you reduce the price room expansion device from 50 gems ➡️ 10 gems, Because you can see by yourself, spending 5k gems for 100 room expansion devices, only adding 4 slots and I'm only f2p, for whales it doesn't matter because they have additional skin bases while we f2p only schedule events and it's not much, and now I have 140 march size in one attack while in my base there are only 210 troops navy, if it's army/air force it doesn't matter because they have a large enough space but this is navy very short of space for the troops, so please expand the area for navy troops or reduce the price for room expansion devices, thank you📍

Make perk books a lot cheaper and easier available. It's ridiculous to spend up to 20k gems just to get ONE perk right... 🤦‍♀️🤮
We need a minimum of 6 heroes for gathering alone once we unlock 3 heroes. Not to mention attack heroes to make this game playable...

Please get rid of random purple blueprints and give us choice boxes instead! 🥺🙏🥺🙏🥺🙏
They are so rare and hard to get - it's such a waste to receive the ones you already have. 😭
Alternatively let us break them up for shards so we can merge the blueprints we really need.
This would be a great feature for useless blueprints of ALL colors!
3 white shards could be merged to get 1 green shard, 3 green ones to get 1 blue and so on. This would be one of the best features EVER! ❤️

It would be great if people transferring to other servers were accepted or rejected individually like when they apply to alliances.

Servers have a vetting process, but once in a while someone sneaks into the server to take it over or create chaos/ destroy the server.

No, I’m not referring to my own server. We’ve had issues since the merge.

Scrap the morale profession update.

Look at adding something that further increases specialization in your chosen march.

We have suppressions but would it be wrong to add additional bits for Navy, Army or Air? It would make choosing a specific march more desirable and reduce the Jack of all trades whales we have right now.

I'm a navy main for example, I'm happy just being able to kill army and compete against Navy. I'm also happy with getting smashed by a good air player. Feel like its a natural occurrence.

Morale system seems a bit boring. Its nothing special. It doesn't grab my attention.

Increasing specialization into Navy, Air or Army sounds way more interesting to me. Although you don't want it looking like the tech in Path of exile.

Allow alliance leaders to move bases within the fort to make more space, or fix the alliance invite, have it try to fit everyone into a grid. Also allow leaders to kick marches from Alliance Defense, I don't mind having to kick people who don't listen, but it would be nice to not have to do that.

Allow us to remove inactive alliance forts. Maybe they can be attacked over a week and if nobody from the alliance logs in and repairs it the fortress disappears. Would have to allow everyone in alliance to repair it

More data! It’s really hard to figure out rewards, etc without data on donations and activiry. I would really like to know things like who is launching wh and ref camps, donations to ruins and tech (individually, not total), participation in events like Alliance Defense, Odin, SvS, droid donations and droid hits, ruin taking, etc. I’m taking screen shots of contribution and alliance token once a week before reset to capture what data I can but it’s not enough info and it’s too hard to get.

Is it possible just like components to have skill-sets. all of us have some hero for offense , and some for defense, some heroes for PVE some for PVP. if there was a "skill-set" that one could just place on a hero, it would make things lot more smoother. E.G. I use Amalia for World Boss, where as Yuu is not great for World Boss. I have to remove each skill one at a time, and post World boss place them back again. Similarly if we want to test what difference 1 hero might make to a march compared to the other - an easy skill placement option would be great.

It would be great if the march timers on the left were accurate for the march out farming.
I.e. Rather than showing my march having 13 hours left it would be good if it showed the total amount of time remaining on the barn it is in (9:xx in this case).
It’s annoying having to physically go to the barn and select it to see how long is left when it should just be available at a glance at all times.
It would also be good if the symbol showing it is farming (the pickaxe) could be altered to show what it is farming, be it oil, food or gold etc…

Allow exchange of useless purple and blue shards to orange. 100:1 or 200:1. Those shards are just digital waste and can’t even change all during an EL (as it’s limited there).

Open up VIP shop. Have it so higher vip cost less gems. As VIP 9 I should be able to spend on some of the 10/12 things just at higher cost. This would allow me to maybe buy more gems but right now I have no reason to increase my vip. The game punishes you to bad for being a spender but not whale

I understand that the EU Servers are moving to US East and that whole migration of that should be done by the end of April. For those players who are US West there hasn't been a new Server since 1732. The feature request is to allow these old US West servers to transfer higher than 1732.

It is unfair to continuously make new servers from some regions and none for other regions making transfer up with friends in this new servers impossible. Forcing players to start over just to play with their friends who just started.

The old exchange existed because there was no way to transfer your progress to the opposite classes. However with the switch and switch tokens that is now possible. If players have collected both types of token, they will have to use the switch method to use the other token type

GIVE US AN ALLIANCE FORTRESS 6!! Most members can't fit within alliance lines!
Give us better Rewards for EVERY event in this game, we've been playing for 2 years and we're still getting rewards we got when level 1!!
Make EVERYTHING exchangeable in the exchange store. Too many useless items sitting in our inventory!
Remove Purple heroes from all Recruits (Standard, Premium & Elite) for higher level players!
Allow us to exchange blue and purple hero shards and blank shards into orange shards!
Give higher level players different items when attacking Dark Forces and Warhammers, also when collecting resources. We don't need Tech Items, R&D or Tech Chests anymore!
A blueprint upgrade store would be nice. Tons of blueprints we don't need anymore, let us exchange them towards orange blueprint fragments or something!
Give World Boss, Individual Defense and Alliance Defence their own mail slots!
Stronger Treasure Guards!

Is same as always. Same thing happened with me during training event and again. What ever i try chests, monopoly they all drop rubbish after even after spending so much. Earlier also i contacted ingame support about this and they gave very docile response. Now again same thing happened. Isn't it too much of a coincidence or am i the most unlucky guy in topwar universe. 😢

Can we improve the rewards for the Dark Legion Remnant in the Radar missions. Right now we get a lot of R&D that is just in storage for a lvl 80. Wasting 10 VIT (8 VIT with Diana) to get hundreds of R&D and 1 equip item is useless. Can you balance this so 10 VIT is more valued?

Can I request the feature where you just tell us openly in game that you hate us? Or can I request better discord control? If the rumors are true and we aren’t doing server merged anymore, just tell us. And get rid of the discord channel. OR announce new merges and keep the channel. OR be more open about what makes servers “free servers” since some devs say it’s coded into the game and they don’t know for sure.

Please research player behaviors and habits. It could help with game play including events (purchasing, redeeming) and transferring servers (accepting/ denying applications, taking action on inappropriate player behaviors). It could help create actual game play for those stuck in servers with unnecessary drama if other features or mods were put in place to assist reorganized servers in accepting players.

Can we please have a larger area for the alliance or a 6th fort. This was not really an issue while larger bases were paid only but now that there have been several bases that can be achieved there is less people using the small base. An alliance with over 100 people using large base skins is getting harder to fit within alliance territory. This mean people miss out on alliance tech that is relevant to players within the alliance territory

I think for the Treasure Guard Store anything bought by the summoner remains discounted, but if someone else buys an item from the summoner's Treasure Guard store the summoner gets a kick back of gems added to their balance. This would entice people to play more since they would have more gems to spend in game. Also would have more people focused on treasure guard tasks that are so often forgotten.

I agree I think inactive players after a certain time need to be kickd from alliances and takin off the map, to get each severs real player count. My alliance has 20 members over 100 days inactive and another 40 inactive between 30-50 days. Only keeping them for the 5th fort

Make an alliance trade shop, where members can buy/sell (with gems ) unused items or their choice items, example : buy/sell +1 +2 units , gears/nameplates, odinium, R&D, Formation manual, sophisticated drawing etc.
-Make it based on Legion Store rank so it will not be used by newly accounts.
-Make it limited like alliance store.
People will have more oppurnity of geting items and geting rid of some items!

It would be nice to lock heros, so that you don't upgrade them. I now always live with the fear of accidentally clicking to much and making Bellevue etc. 4*, which would mean that I need 1 transfer ticket more. Would be appreciated if you could add hat in the future.

Give us better Rewards for EVERY event in this game, we've been playing for 2 years and we're still getting rewards we got when level 1!!
Make EVERYTHING exchangeable in the exchange store. Too many useless items sitting in our inventory!
Remove Purple heroes from all Recruits (Standard, Premium & Elite) for higher level players!
Allow us to exchange blue and purple hero shards and blank shards into orange shards!
Give higher level players different items when attacking Dark Forces and Warhammers, also when collecting resources. We don't need Tech Items, R&D or Tech Chests anymore!
A blueprint upgrade store would be nice. Tons of blueprints we don't need anymore, let us exchange them towards orange blueprint fragments or something!

Hello, can you please make it possible to reset your heros and perks..make it cost 5k or 10k gems or something but please make this a feature..have old heros just sitting around with 630 gold shards that i paid for and would like to still use..every other game allways has a way of resetting the hero shards and perks and this should definitely be available.. especially now that you guys are releasing more and more heros..this would be a huge game changer and would help the game alot!!

Once again I am back to complain about the fact that SVS timing is discriminatory for any players from Australia, New Zealand or similar time zones. It is unfair that I should spend money on this game an never be able to participate in SVS because it is always on between 1 and 2 am local time. Please allow server leaders to choose or rotate the time somehow.

Reduce the prices on purchases for Australians/Nz everything is overpriced. 5 transfer tickets is $160. 5 skin shards is $160.
SVS is always 1 to 2am for us.
I think a fair time for all would be like sever reset plus 6 to 8 hrs. Atleast we have an opportunity to be on.
Delete inactive alliance forts.
Raise the combat lvl for commanders to be able to see players warzone / sandtable heros/comps. So people stop making alt accs and forts in severs then leaving them

The new march send option is bad for Warhammer, DL etc., it requires too much movement as the active button moves from bottom of screen to centre of screen to bottom of screen.l again.

Please try to keep actions either all in middle of screen or all at bottom.

Why are you taking yet another power away from alliance R4’s? Now only the vice leader can do mail all? Why? What’s the reasoning behind such a change? At least give it to all 4 of the positions that R4’s can be given.
edit my groups personal preference is for it to go back to normal, thank you.

Our R4’s all have a different task within our alliance and they need to be able to send out alliance mail for these things, eg one organises Odinium, one organises SvS, one deals with the ruins, one organises the droids, one organises Alliance Defence, etc. All of these people need to be able to send mail at some point. And when EL is coming around even more mails get sent out by various R4.
And sometimes one can’t get in game so asks a member of the R4 team to send a mail for them, now it’s quite literally going to be a bunch of people constantly asking one poor harried individual to send mails for them.

I can see a high turnover of vice leads in alliances across the servers, congratulations Top War on making yet another thing harder for us in game 👏🏻🤦‍♀️

If I remember correctly, this topic was already discussed when the positions were implemented and it was decided that all R4's would keep the mail all function. Now it has changed again against what was decided back then.

It just doesn't make sense to me that our overall opinion back then is again disregarded. I thought this game was developed for the players (and for the devs to make cash ofcourse😝)...

Being able to swap blue and purple shards for gold would be awesome.

When an event is over can any rewards that can no longer be used get moved to the bottom of the inventory screen like limited time drop vouchers? It's annoying to have to scroll past stuff you can't use.

On a related note, I still have unused stuff from Halloween, Thanksgiving, and valentines events. Can those items be added to the exchange store so we can use them for something?

Ay, can we get like a voting time between both servers on svs. Like drops pretty much. Majority vote wins. I miss more then 3/4s of my svs because it’s so early in the morning. Feel bad because can’t help out my side and I can’t get rewards. I have to wake up extra early. I think it would be good for people that have things going on that day. But if the votes are to close I’d say put a time in between. For me it’s 10:50 in the morning. And I would like to have 11:30.

You need to fix the Optimus Prime/Megatron/Preycis defense trap. You have essentially voided the suppression of Naval units and thus screwed up the balance of the game once again.

Why is the server transfer system an open or closed door? Why would alliance transfers, in server, have more restrictions? Can the server transfer be opened for invites and then require acceptance, similar to how it works for an alliance?

Imagine, if you will... a system, a system that which functions as a delivery system in game for information to a mass of players.

I suppose this system can involve a complexion of multiple people, say R4s and position holders and perhaps call it... idk 🤔... mail ? 🤷‍♂️

Easy way of getting transfer tickets.. I cant afford to blow 31$ aud for 1 ticket or $160 aud for 5, and 15 days in the alliance store is to slow. So boring been stuck in a dead sever. Make the tickets easyer to get but a cooldown time after you transfer between severs or something.

The update stripped the rest of R4s with mail to all permission. So now the leader and vice leader has the burden of sending mails. Do you think it should be teamwork? Not all leaders and vice leaders are fan of sending mails or have the luxury of time to make them, thus delegating the mail task to other R4s. Why revoke mail permission of other R4s? It should be teamwork, right?

When is Top War going to address the radar/ camp / ruin alt blockade on ruins during SvS and Top 32 (if any future are coming) as it is downgrading the fun of these events, it is creating hatred towards the servers who indirectly exploit these mechanics and ruins the player game experience. The team has already been aware of this issue since the release of the first Top 32 tournament. Please leverage this topic to your developer team as it will only add more and more servers as times goes by to the list of ruined experiences. Both Forts and Alt accounts have been used and despite players begging you to remove the forts post-SvS you still don't care. So please, try to allow us to have a fair play environment without exploitations.

The storm factory skin is honestly more annoying then it is useful. Rather then the normal 1 click button is now 3 click to port. My advantage of being able to fast teleport is removed just because i have this skin. Can i ask if can i change back to a choice skin so i can pick other skin. Really dispointed getting this skin

Bring back the old SVS warzone exercise feature where everyone can part take or…

Bring us a gamemode for example training ground for us to test out marches against fellow server members/other server players for fun without losing units.

Give us more expedition levels to do, make them challenging with different requirements to beat each one.

Simple things like these implemented into the game would increase spending since that’s all that yall care about. If people get to practice against each other it would encourage spending to better the other.

Remove Purple heroes from all Recruits (Standard, Premium & Elite) for higher level players!
Allow us to exchange blue and purple hero shards and blank shards into orange shards!
Give higher level players different items when attacking Dark Forces and Warhammers, also when collecting resources. We don't need Tech Items, R&D or Tech Chests anymore!
A blueprint upgrade store would be nice. Tons of blueprints we don't need anymore, let us exchange them towards orange blueprint fragments or something!
Give World Boss, Individual Defense and Alliance Defence their own mail slots!
Stronger Treasure Guards!

Could you increase transfer ticket availability, please. For a random sub vip 10 player it’s 40+ weeks to gather enough tickets to transfer. Rather than the lengthy wait please:

allow max 1 transfer each quarter
stop all merges of servers, or give everyone a free ticket to transfer out alongside a merge. We have no say in mergers, so let us vote with our feet.
allow capital leaders the ability to approve / deny transfers, not just cp limits as some servers are renowned for highjacking servers.
make transfer ticket need achievable within a quarter. Not just for vip 10s and up, but for everyone. Or cap it at >1000$ in the game to avoid fake accounts rogueing about.

And take toxic, misogynistic, demeaning, abusive behavior serious. I’m a bloke, but to obtain matriarch I switched to woman in game. I’m appalled by the lack of moderation and/or help when escalating in game and through mods here about abuse. No, I should never have to be asked to **** my dead dads ****. Nor should a player be able to make such statements repeatedly and continually get away with occasional mutes. Since TW can’t do that, at least make it easier to flee a toxic server and enjoy the game elsewhere.

I’ll rather delete the game than increase my spending to move just to risk another toxic game experience

Can you change vein miner in same concept of deep sea diving,

-let players use gems to open multiple rows... its kinda frustrating to not be able to use multiple rows... and utilize maximum benefits...

-include more gold shards and little better rewards like formation manuals or blue choice materials...

-meanwhile include speed ups like you had it in deep sea diving to make money for yourselves...

-It'll be win win for both players and makers...

That way nearly all (includings f2ps, small and medium spenders most importantly big spenders) players will have at least 3 events (flippy+deepsea+vein miner) to looks out for to upgrade their heroes, perks, formations and get equipment material...

During the transformers event the drop rate was ridiculously low and should be improved dramatically. I played it nonstop and could never get near 300 in the emblems for even even 1 Quere skin , let alone a base skin. This significantly dissatisfied me in an event I was looking forward too.

Could we get a feature where we can choose what troop gets send for auto joins. The default seems to be a Valhalla unit and when that unit is a Fenrir it delays the time for a March to leave for a warhammer for example. As someone who often does these things late at night, this is a huge inconvenience as it takes longer than it should have to.

Hero Recruit: Red Premium should give you good Recruits, but the free 1’s like Kat, Nimitz, Rock, Bassel. Standard Recruits should give you Purple and Blue recruits with tiny chance of getting a gold recruit. And. Elite recruits should be the golf hero that are special like Bailos, Aka, Prime, Selina, Mega. You should never even be given a purple here if you select Elite. With the drop rate. 1 to 10 gold shard hero for elite as well. Please and thank you

Allow drag and merge for decor of the same level
When you tap on a decor, add a third button to upgrade the decor if you have the necessary items in storage - similar to how you can upgrade a components and hero skills

Here are some of my suggestions (saw some of those from other users so I'm happy i'm not the only one thinking about specific things to fix)

More alliance forts / make it easier to research the area expansion tech
Add a tab in the alliance section listing gathering facilities, with tabs for each resource and sorted by level and time left on the clock
Add either an individual defense that you can run whenever you want, though without rewards, or some sort of facility to test out your marches properly without having to arrange hits with other players
Sophisticated drawings: more places where you can buy / more available per day
Remove gears from the consumables in the craft center to make potions and traps
Require a double tap on the distance indicator to port back to your base – with single tap easier to make mistakes
Ability to upgrade décor in-game without need to recycle and merge in the backpack and redeploy
Fix the index tab for the décors: unclear how many of what level you have – should list total you own and total deployed for each level
Fix level 2. Comp chest graphics / ordering (it’s white like level 1 instead of green, and is listed after level 1)
Equipment of all levels for all branches – not sure why there are so few green and blue equipment but all white, purple and gold
More gathering decors that are not part of a full pack
More decors you can place on water / make land part of second island bigger
Separate items from décor packs from all other décor in the menu, now it’s an infinite scroll
Points for building towers in SVS
More purple gathering heroes (can be similar to Kate / Del in the way you recruit them) / re-release Ishi for servers that did not get it
More formations you can save and recall – 16 would be great so you can have marches for gathering, pvp, pve, secondary, spam for towers, etc.
Landscape mode for iPads
“Claim all” button for rare alliance gifts, remove that x10 nonsense
Remove “1” indicator for Arms Operation when you have Ammo in the backpack and only have for when you unlock some more
Provide ways to trade R&D, Tech chests for other items, we have hundreds of thousands if not millions of those in our inventory doing nothing

I know this has been a topic before. LET. US. BURN. ALLIANCE. FORTS. the explanation for why not is it would cause an unfair experience for new players. Then only allow it in total warzones. There is no reason an established server should have to move their alliances every month because sore losers come into the server on alternate accounts and spend 5 minutes building an alliance to place a fort down and mess everything up. I would get at least one special on a bad two-day rotation, now I go weeks without rolling one. Even first prizes aren’t dropping now. It used to be a fairly good event to get gold shards and comp boxes. Now it’s just crap.

You can leave the rewards at 5 attempts, but there has to be more opportunities for testing, including choosing an Air, Navy or Army Sandtable. Isn't that the point of a sandtable? Allow us to exchange blue and purple hero shards and blank shards into orange shards!

2 Suggestions - after svs if the capital is lost allow the severs previous capital leader to retake control once svs ends. 2nd option. If the other sever takes control of the oppositions capital they can handle out cap titles to there sever and capital gifts as an extra reward for winning capital.. (until the next in sever capital event)
Another suggestion - another game I played after Svs winners would get Gem tiles for 3days x3 spawns a day and losers of the svs would get gem tile spawns for 1 day x 3 spawns. This feat had more people joining in the events and spending more. And capital was the thing to have to go for as well. Would make mass rallys more effective. And I feel bigger 3hm players would enjoy the mass rallys, and have to concentrate on switching out heros and units for counter attacks / defences ect as well as still having to defend silos/ruins/bases

Maybe time to make warzone remake? Current system doesn’t reflect anything. I know it would be difficult to find 100% fair system. However maybe we should be able to attack each player once per period? And maybe we shouldn’t lose points if we lose in attack? Also we could have tier leagues. Let’s say top tier would be 50 players, 2nd tier 100 players and 3rd tier all rest. Top 30 of 1 stay in 1st. 20 is dropping down. From tier 2 20 is jumping up, 60 stays and 30 drops. Then 3rd tier 30 top go up.
This would balance power between opponents. Strongest from server would fight with strongest and less advanced with less advanced.
Gold, silver and brown league would be great solution. Only gold top players would fight in svs.

Most importantly Stop fkn around with ui, we happy with the ui, put your staff to work on expedition map, new daily rewards, new hero bond and new system to consume those merge, develop plans.

You can't be serious implementing an airforce hero that attacks in rows... Maximo used to attack in rows and you fixed it because it was too strong being able to tic-tac-toe your opponent. Now we've got Saker who can potentially attack 2 rows on each skill activation? I don't care its base 50% damage, that's still stronger than the normal attack. Not to mention the igniting of targets isn't even part of the skill (it does on the exclusive for level 5 and I don't have that).

Come on top war please think about these heroes or even play test them on your own servers before you release them to the public. It's honestly a joke. We all thought Maximo was broken before now look at this hot mess in unison with Maximo... Nobody will stand a chance just toss suppression out the window they it doesn't mean anything to the devs anymore.

With EL potentially around the corner for a lot of servers, I think it’s really time to look at alliance player cap. I and I’m sure many others would like to see the max amount of players in an alliance be temporarily increased so that servers can truly compete as a server. I suggest an increase to either 200 players at a minimum or double the max amount(340) to encourage participation from everyone in the server. Not only would it promote server unity, it would also foster growth for everyone competing.

The substitution method in the war hall for when first-choice heroes are out of the base is even worse now using CP than when it was just automated as Ganso/Bumblebee etc. picking completely inappropriate heroes still. A simple but effective solution would be after specifying the initial defence team for each weapon type, you just list heroes in the order you want to use them. For example, for navy, you specify the first choice line up of heroes. Then after that you choose substitute 1/2/3/4/5/6 etc to be used in order if needed. Likewise for army and air force. Simple to understand, perfect for each person to configure as they like for each weapon type and hopefully easy to code.

Right now we get a new alliance mail whenever a power station gets attacked, so it is nearly impossible to read the important alliance mails during a fight, because you get hundreds of mails
it is no game changer to do that but it is a very big improvement for the game itself (during EL)

right now it is nearly impossible to keep up with all the new heroes that are released every month. Even if you focus on only one class (navy/army/air) it is hard enough to not fall behind. There are several options to improve this:

increase the amount of events where you can get gold shards (Not talking about flippy event or evenets where you have to spend money/gems to get better rewards)
good example (in my opinion) is the event that we are having right now as everybody has the chance to get the same rewards without spending money/gems. He just has to finish his task (spending VIT)
Increase the drop rate of gold shards in the already existing "events" (expedition for example), premium tickets, elite tickets or add them to the island or expedition store

make skill shards easier accessable
another nearly impossible thing to achieve for low spnders/f2p are LV 5 exclusive
after a certain time it is possible to get ONE Lv 5 exclusive for a Meta hero (excluding Katyusha and Bradley)
Once again there are several options to handle this problem:

Increase the amount of skill shards you can get from events
Add exclusives to the island store (maybe with higher prices)
Add them to the other skills in this research recruitment thing (maybe even with decreased drop rates?)

Hello sorry its a bit of a long one, players on my server have come up with a good idea and would be extremely helpful to us. We would like the addition of an ability to join an inactive alliance if it is application only, on my server there are hundreds of forts with players that haven't been online for over a year. Our idea is that if you apply to a alliance and nobody inside the alliance that you have applied to logs on for a week (similar to the process of dismissing a leader) your application will be automatically accepted into the alliance and then you can move the fortress away following the process of dismissing a leader

If we overlook all balance issues and maybe feature request to broaden the event spectrum or how to have more or diverse fun in TopWar.
I have still few request how to deepening the the gaming comfort:

Make Alliance Castle of empty alliances to some extent remove-able maybe just a short time event so the ones surrounding import areas like ruins for SVS defence preparations don´t bug anymore.
make Spying available for more people. Creating lvl30 Account and playing through, game Tutorial bugs make the other servers stats visible at least if your matched against them. If I play against a server in svs or El i just´dont want to create every weekend a level 20-30 acocunt which takes 20-80 minutes. A spectator mode would help a lot also if you´re figuring out to which server you want to move.
Make it so people with lower VIP level also can gain Tranfser Tickes faster I understand that you don´t want people to switch to often for events and stuff. But I think everyone should be able to do that every 6months without spending to much money. For me as a VIP 9 I have to get many tickets 24+ and I dont even have the abbility to get 1 or twice every week in VIP shop. Make it so VIP 9 and below maybe can get 1 per week in vip shop otherwise it just disrupting months build friendships if they want to move together servers. VIP10+ have their tickets withing few month while espacially vip 9-6 who already supported the game decent enough. Just have to stay at their homeserver while even f2p can transfer earlier out than them. Maybe also make Transferticket cost also maybe a little better understandable for normal people since its totally a myth box.
4. Already for EL: Please increase the spawn rates of DL in first day of EL. It just is annoying when only big spenders with high marchspeed and people who speedboost can get to them.

With the ability to have 7 or even 8 marches in the case of eternal lands. We do not have enough savable slots for our gathering marches, utility marches, and combat marches.

Even with the updates to quick deploy. It is not advanced enough to remove the need to save marches. It does not take into account heroes that aren't orange in particular purple heroes who we have set for gathering. It also doesn't account for marches that we may have specialized in food or oil. Or Diana marches that have Bob for increased movement speed for example

Hot opinion: server leaders should have the power to "exile" rogue players to the reworked warzones that are free to transfer to.

We all struggle with that one player who spends a lot and thinks rules don't apply to them. With exile they would be placed into a reworked warzone and be given the tickets needed to transfer anywhere they want, but server leaders could tick a box that refuses anyone who has been exiled.

This would solve many problems for many servers in my opinion.

Auto select does not use everything. It chooses a combination of your books to max out that hero and leaves you the rest.

Right now we get a new alliance mail whenever a power station gets attacked, so it is nearly impossible to read the important alliance mails during a fight, because you get hundreds of mails

I have a few requests

Allow mechs to buy drawings in the Daily Supplies store with a limit per day. The sheer fact that CEs can continuously build up and buy to cover what they don't have is preventing from the game being a balance between CEs and MMs.
Add equipment boxes to the Alliance Store. Outside of transfer applications, I don't know any lv 80 needing anything in there. And if they are level below, it helps them as well. I say 1 stock green Equipment box will be nice.
When looking at ruins under Alliance Tech, please add an option to claim your items from there as well. I have to go back to the base to claim items from the ruins or go to the ruin itself. A time waster.
If all land has been cleared, please remove the clouds. I'm sure you think it brings an ambience but it doesnt.
More hero bonds to make the heroes that are gold shard wastes become useful again.
Speaking of wasted heroes, please update some of the heroes to get some sort of gathering/training buff. Heroes such as Lee Yewon, Nadia, Tsuru, Gira, O'Neill, and Hartman. Just a thought.
Please remove the Notice board decor and just have it as a tab under the Regular events like you have the calendar now. It is a waste of space.

Svs and WoO. How about sharing rewards across all participants rather than based on ranked position. Latter encourages people run off and get single points and strongly prefers very strong combat elites.
The former would encourage server wide cooperation and reward winning sides collectively.
Could have MVP for top 2/3 hero combat elites and mechanics (i.e 4 players) who get an avatar frame for 30 days.
At present a 2 hero MM cannot get as many individual points as a 3 hero combat elite even if they played for three times longer in SVS / WoO

Idea: could have an Dark side and the other side. Plus free lance or something. Then once you choose. You can't change at all till the events ends. Or you have to pay money to change sides. Basically like your a traitor to your own side.
Got to make it equal though as well

Then you could have a star ship you could attack, troopers, etc. And Death Star will be one of the last to attack.

When we do SVS, I don't understand why we can't have server unity in towers building... like being protected/reinforced buy other alliances' towers from the same server.. this doesn't make sense when we are supposed to fight as a whole against another server.. would be a great feature to update to my opinion...

We have people creating alts in our server when they are not even active players and placing forts everywhere around the other alliances creating a very messy situation. How about a way for players do donate gold to get dynamite so R5 or R4s can blow up mountains inside alliance territory. Just like when clearing territory in our bases. No rewards necessary. The reward to the alliance is having the mountain gone so we put a base there.

allow us to disassemble old hero’s like you can with equipment
make events like WB, silos, and supply more frequent so more ppl can participate

I hope you can cancel the purple cards from here, and the golden hero shards will be at least one shard, since the lowest recruit card price is 200 gems. @sage ginkgo PLEASE allow the attacking of alliance forts. I understand this could lead to abuse on some servers, so make parameters. Server has to be past 1-2 months old(since early on there’s lots of small alliances) and If an alliance has less than 20 daily actives(any number that would make it a daunting task for a troll) they can have their forts destroyed. It’s dumb that to get these removed we have to make a second account, join the alliance (assuming it’s open) and then do the leadership transfer process. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

Whenever something is delayed or running late, being fixed, repaired or whatever the cause is, can you please for the 100th time announce it?

Bug report channel isnt a announcement channel, it isnt really hard to send out a notification mail in game or in the so called #📌│bulletin-board channel.

Its ridiculous and being lazy.
Please start announcing such things in a proper manner and in the right channel so people can see it.

Right now we get a new alliance mail whenever a power station gets attacked, so it is nearly impossible to read the important alliance mails during a fight, because you get hundreds of mails
it is no game changer to do that but it is a very big improvement for the game itself (during EL)

pls make gold shards easier available for f2p/low spender
right now it is nearly impossible to keep up with all the new heroes that are released every month. Even if you focus on only one class (navy/army/air) it is hard enough to not fall behind. There are several options to improve this:

decrease the amount of the heroes (very unrealistic since TopWar wants the money) that are released througout the year, so that it will be easier to keep up with the meta
increase the amount of events where you can get gold shards (Not talking about flippy event or evenets where you have to spend money/gems to get better rewards)
good example (in my opinion) is the event that we are having right now as everybody has the chance to get the same rewards without spending money/gems. He just has to finish his task (spending VIT)
Increase the drop rate of gold shards in the already existing "events" (expedition for example), premium tickets, elite tickets or add them to the island or expedition store

make skill shards easier accessable
another nearly impossible thing to achieve for low spnders/f2p are LV 5 exclusive
after a certain time it is possible to get ONE Lv 5 exclusive for a Meta hero (excluding Katyusha and Bradley)
Once again there are several options to handle this problem:

Increase the amount of skill shards you can get from events
Add exclusives to the island store (maybe with higher prices)
Add them to the other skills in this research recruitment thing (maybe even with decreased drop rates?)

SUGGESTION: There is still a huge gap between MM and CE. I understand MMs get more gathering and CE get sixth skill. I believe giving MM a 6th skill, but at a 50-60% (rounding up as needed) factor would help close the gap. Even if it happened further down the tree of the MM than it does for the CE. Just a thought.

Item ruin should give something like this, on image.

We should have option to choose items we get from item ruin. As it's now, leveling item ruin past lvl 2 is just making things worse, not better.

We don't get much VIT anyway, and not giving it regularly in item ruin is very bad.

R5 should have option to select at least one, if not two items from item ruin.

PLEASE SEPARATE DECOR BUNDLES AND BASIC DECOR. It’s almost impossible to go through and figure out what to place on base and what can be kept in inventory while still keeping buffs. This has been requested many times by many players on many servers. We need this. Please help us control our inventory better. Maybe even just remove decor bundles from inventory section and keep in Magic Chest and be able to place from there if desired but something needs to be done. Thank you

100% agreed. We are working as a server, against another. It would make it so much easier if this was in place rather than needing to switch to a single alliance for the event. It should be a few lines of code (and a lot of testing). Our alliance has been submitting the same thing for about a year now. Keep the faith!

Why is it that there are so many differences between golden and purple heroes (strength, required gold shards for 5*, 60% all units ATK vs 110% all units ATK) but the talents still cost the same?

Please move them into general perk, with the same previous tech dependency, only to avoid the accidental starting of these tech. The cost of correction is 5k gems, which is not less..

Feature request: FIX your SERVERS
You disconnect half of the server and the enemy is still able to hit our capitol. How can you, after over two years of players paying you still fail to deliver a STABLE event connection. Can't the developer team do anything to address this issue that let's be honest, exists for over two years?
The game is still about major events like SvS and EL and your making us pay to farm? We want to have a stable-friendly user experience on events. We want to hit, get hit with a smooth UI that doesn't need to be fancy with new colors, prioritize the player event experience please please!

I've accidently merged lvl 5 gathering skills because I'm hurrying through them. now I've 3 hero march and 1 level 6 of several gathering skills. I would love to see like an Armageddon event where the top 100 strongest players go against eachother like on an EL type map and just fight it out for 2 hours with no shields and losing units like KE. 10 battles with 10 players each and the final 10 will fight for top 3 spots. All players could make bets, like the SvS event, and we could win shards/equipment when our players wins in the finale. The odds increase the winnings based on the percentages. The event winner gets prizes of purple equipment, gold shards, and a base skin of choice, to include permanent Popstar. Their server also gets an increase in transfers allowed to 60 every 15 days for 30 days totaling out to be 120 available transfers. It can be streamed on the Facebook account as well. You can call it Top War King or whatever. This will be an event people can play and it can give everyone a break between these events.

Can you please add an option to translate automatically all the messages to our default language? It would be useful and a time saving.

Also, did you think about to make free the teleportation? Being limited in a war event because of that it's a shame for the game... there are already a lot of items and events where to put our gems. It's frustrating to don't be able to participate for the whole duration of a SVS or Kill event because of teleport consumption system.

Hello, a feature which would allow to "unmount" heroes and getting back shards (even if it is an object to pay for) would be a very nice feature.
Many players are making mistakes on early-game (on heroes used, or army type used) and the heroes you use on early game VS end game are rarely the same, so, with all the money you get from players, it would be very kind to implement this feature instead of making players spending even more money / time for mounting the right heroes after wrong ones. In that hero case, I estimate the money spent should be considered as an investment you can move and place in another setup. I hope we could see this feature appear in the future. This mount/unmount or merge/unmerge feature would also be useful for skills (sometimes, mistakes happen like merging a skill to level 6 instead of keeping 3 level 5 skills). I hope other players agree and developers will listen. Thanks, kind regards.

Some requests… allow R4’s to pin messages to Alliance Chat. You can use the top 5th of the screen you’re currently using for the notifications for buildings, etc. … instead of making us go in and out of heroes to set skills, let us simply chose the skills we want all at once. The way it is now is a pain and it’s easy to make mistakes. Remove the purple hero’s from green recruitment tickets. Your players see it as you stealing from them when you get 10 green tickets and you end up with like 8 purple heroes that have been maxed out since Jesus was a baby. Thank you.

Personally I think there is reall balance in the hero’s now, air Nerfs navy, navy nerfs army and army nerfs air just need to stop bringing new hero’s it’s ridiculously greedy more ways to improve the other aspects of the pvp and Pve attributes would be more fun. A better update on skill tree like before 4 choices to have something unique about each branch. The events are a nice touch to try get skill box’s blue equipment box’s and universal skills but the latest version is worse than the monopoly board style.

They do that intentionally, so you pay.

It's literally the feature, not a bug. They gave it more easily in beginning, and as you progress through the game, it becomes harder.

So, just accept it, or pay money. And, my opinion is that they should give more things for free, but their opinion very much differres from it.

Add a drop down when you select a decor to show how many of the selected decor you have of each level. This will allow us to make sure that decor is always maxed

How about if TopWar gives the alliances or friends a clearance where you can talk? For example, if you click on a friend, you can call them & their screen will flash (like attacking them) only blue or green? Can you change the orange background of battle notification so when it's a defeat the color is red for example. so we can easily identify the report when we are defending many successive attacks? So orange for victory and red for defeat. It also helps when we watch videos in other languages,we don't know what the battle result is unless the video maker opens the report

Remove empty fortresses. 24 hours after being placed, remove a fortress unless there’s at least one alliance member inside. We have closed alliances where all the members have quit, but their fortresses are still there

Could we increase the resource that can be refreshed daily for Resource Ruins from 100 to 200 when it reached lvl5? As the server matures, we see more players lose out and drop off from the game as they could not get these. Most opt to transfer but once they go to new servers, that caused the local players to migrate as result

Change mass rally for refugees to 10 vit. Normal rally is only 3 vit with Diana, but 6x as much with mass rally (18 vit). Warhammer mass rallies are only 2.25x with Diana (18 vit vs 8)

Please create a beta testing program and then carefully consider feedback from those beta testers before blindly deploying changes. So many bugs and weird experiences could be caught in advance of wider release, cutting down on bug reports and general upheaval in the community every time you update.

The game has reached a point where even minor changes made in good faith can come across as short-sighted or just plain unintuitive.

Leverage your playerbase to help you improve the game. There is nothing worse than a game developer who is blind to how people actually play and instead try to force an experience that may not align at all in many circumstances with player expectations.

Following the suggestions of other players to undo your latest alliance gift box UI "improvement", kindly revert it back to what it was as players wish to have an accessible, simple UI interface (as I and we always said, keep it simple no need for your fancy ideas because majority of them impact negatively the user experience).

Instead of making the alliance gift a mess why not diverging your resources and attention to what it matters:

SvS theme mainly alt/refugee/radar indirect exploitation in ruins that is ruining the user experience and servers in general
Your servers situation -> I'm positive the community could run memes everyday about the situation of your servers and win more gems than the compensation gems you often insult us with (it is an insult to majority of the old players so please take that into consideration the next time). Please once again, use your team available resources and time to discuss a solution to prevent servers overload, don't blame the provider all the time. You keep on expanding the amount of servers and player pool but I highly question and doubt you have servers that can answer that daily-increase player pool.

Consider the player feedback on the real changes the game is needing, focus on user perspective for once, your developer team UI improvement only makes you more exposed to failed updates and posterior complaints. Avoid this by giving the community what has been requested from two years ago until today.

Who else DIDN'T ask for this alliance gifts update??? How many times are we going to have to say DONT FIX WHAT ISNT BROKEN before you understand your players don't want USELESS and ANNOYING changes? Here how about instead of making this useless change (in fact less than useless, it actually DEGRADES the experience), you do something that all your players actually HAVE been asking for which is let us claim all RARE gifts too instead of just 10..... You know .... Something that your players actually want...... Try doing those things.
