Hi We have an anti-player on our server who attacks the whole alliance (weak and strong players) for no reason, and every time we attack him and burn him; he start again after a while. He made the game difficult for us (he attacks the resources first and then the bases). Please impose heavy fines for attacks outside the kill event on bases and weaker people, or enable the possibility of expelling a playerfrom server if reported by too many people on a server (The leader of the capital has put him on the list of fines, but he ignores it).

For example, Building a Strengthening Facility takes 4 minutes, but if you send a march, you can reduce the construction time by .5%, 1%, 1.5%.

Suggestion - Position holders in an alliance can Rearrange alliance members bases within the territory, ( to clean up the wasted spaces ). 1. Anybase moved by a Position holder then has a cooldown time before it can be moved by a Position holder again.

In order to build more barracks to train more you first have to move each unit, ONE by ONE, to another part of the map in order to have the real estate to build the barracks. I wish there was a way to simply 'select all' and move it to a part of your base you want them organized, Kind of like a Magnet that pulls the tanks (all) to the area to you so they are not scattered all over.

Been about a year since ruins were implemented and so far their mechanics haven't changed at all in that entire time, yet many others have.

Please consider the following changes to improve ruins feature:

• When ruin is in war stage, instead of of performing like bomb truck in WoO, give the ruin to the alliance who dealt the most damage. As it is currently, any alliance can wait until the last seconds to send a March and steal a ruin from all the players doing all the work. How is that fair?

• Rallies: When a ruin is being held by whale, there is no chance at another alliance from taking back the ruin as attacks are met on a 1 on 1 basis. Attacking Mechanical Masters lose out on their bonuses for rallying damage increase, but a defender doesn't lose out on their class abilities.

• A defenders fatigue: This is more a personal opinion to defending a ruin. If a large whale is holding the ruin with 4+ marches inside and is sitting right outside, they're able to move one March at a time back to their base to heal and the attackers will get nowhere on being able to seize the ruin. The defending fatigue will occur once the leading march is killed -OR- if a partially injured march is recalled from the ruin during war. The fatigue effect sets in and prevents that commander from placing another March inside the ruin for a brief duration. If the ruin happens to take damage during the defenders fatigue, the effect is cleansed and they can return their troops, however, if another fatigue is placed the duration is extended and and will not cleanse the next instance the ruin takes damage.

Please consider an update to formations. With an increasing number of heroes that bypass the front row or target the back row, the Fortified formation is even more useless than before. This makes the Assault formation the only viable one to use. Therefore there's nothing tactically interesting about formations, which they should be. Consider flipping Fortified to buff the back row, which would make more sense given current hero abilities. Consider adding left and right flanking formations. Or even better, rework the system so that it is points based, and allow players to assign points to the nine positions to create their own formations.

Really helpful optimization. If 5 star kuruzo gives 80+ instant units, atleast give 25% of it daily as claimable unit cards to benefit the members who bought them. Many servers are peaceful. To make ONE level 80 troop type requires merging 1,024 level 70 troops. If someone were to strictly ask for unit troops in alliance help, 10 times a day, every day, it would take 35 days to gain enough level 70 troops to make ONE level 80 troop.

The initiative is great. Good job top war. But it just feels like a slap in the face to the majority of your fan base.

I’d suggest changing it to something that will be more ”helpful” to players (maybe troop types 1 level below highest tech? 🤷🏻‍♂️) or just remove that feature altogether. Thank you

There needs to be a way to remove (or deter) problem players on a server. Forcing a server full of people to transfer due to a few problem (but powerful) players is not right. Server 1195 is a good example, server dying from transfers and people completely quitting because of 3-4 bullies on the server. Also, new alliance help is an improvement... Not perfect and can still be optimized further, but much better than before.

Suggestion: Dear TopWar, have you considered splitting maps into pvp and pve?  I see a lot of reports about game bullies. A suggestion would be to allow players to switch between pvp and pve maps. Maybe even group the servers so players don't only see their own server players. I am not saying remove svs or el but allow players that farm and are growing into their account the ability to rank up on level and skill so they spend more instead of rebuilding or chased out of a server to find themselves in the same situation.  You might hold onto more paying customers that way.
Options: Create a safe space that you don't have to shield but also have rules in place that you can't attack another base and run back to the safespace for some time.

Idea for new servers:

At commander rank 20 allow the player to choose a military branch to prioritize. They can choose between Navy, Army, or Airforce.

Picking one of these options opens up how the game is presented to them. For example, choosing Navy, makes everything Navy more accessible, and Army and Airforce less accessible. This would mean, for this player, boats now take up a 1x1 tile while tanks and planes are 2x2 and 2x3 respectively. Selecting Navy also gives a slight bonus to finding Navy skills and Navy heroes when recruiting or researching. A Navy focus also would mean that equipment blueprints have a higher chance of being for Navy than the alternatives.

To effectively make this work, there would need to be some changes made.

First, the decor "Tank Monument Statue" needs to be changed from Army training speed to Universal Unit training speed.

Secondly, add an exclusive hero skill where levels 3, 5, 7 improves Army training speed. I suggest Alex for this hero as Air and Navy have Lady Zizak and Merida already.

Third, the daily gift from capital leader, and Air Drop Support should prioritize the selected troop type the commander picked.

Changing their Unit specialization should be free at first, and subsequent changes would require a substantial amount of gems like a class re-elect ticket. Another stipulation would require 1/3 or fewer units of the selected class in base so to when they are enlarged there's enough room for all of them to be placed. May require a restart of the game to take place.

TL;DR
Premise of this idea allows new players to pick a direction and be rewarded for their choice in playstyle. Currently the game focuses entirely on Army units as they're fastest to craft and fit the best in base. This plan would change that to make Navy or Airforce just as viable.

So I wanted to bump my post but also add that I actually really like the new alliance help. Players can now help more freely being that it doesn’t subject from your inventory to help another player.

For anyone complaining about needing 10 people to help fill a request, this is necessary. More people will be willing to fill help requests which will make requests be filled faster. If it were one per request, some players may not get their 1,000 points for helping players because all requests had been filled already. This way it spreads it out to the whole alliance. It’s overall very helpful and more beneficial.

My only complaint (as mentioned in my bumped post) is the level 70 troop type. There’s honestly no need for this. Even on newer servers where you’re building an account, a few troops every day isn’t as impactful has stones for comps or r&d. But since probably 90% of your active players (give or take?) are level 80, the level 70 troop type is just an insult. Make it more worthwhile. A lvl 79 even 🤷🏻‍♂️ it’s just wasting space as a lvl 70. You should make updates to refine the game…. Not make it more cumbersome

Change the mass rally so one guy can't overpower a whole server. The strongest guys stats within the rally is chosen and the more people in the rally, the more units that fight per round. For example; strongest guy in rally has a 125 march size normally, but with the added help of his team, he now has a march size of 250 if enough members join in. Put in place a new alliance building, something that the alliance can build using their alliance tokens that is a permanent building.

Players that are at level 80 have no need for the building merge plans and the building design plans. If you create an alliance resource building, then any player that has reached level 80 can then donate any of these plans to the resource building up to a maximum per day. If you implement a tax rate of 1% per donation then the game would receive a small residual of these plans, but the majority would go into the building.

Any player under level 80 that draws on these resource plans could draw up to a maximum amount without being taxed. It would allow new players a chance to get up to level 80 a bit faster while allowing a level playing field. Plus, it would give any player with all these plans a chance to dump them for something useful to their alliance.

I am from server 1753 and we have a huge problem in that we are using a blueprints growing system rather than RnD. Blueprints are available in 'cabins' which produce 2k every 8 hours. To level up from level 71 to 72 takes around 10 days without purchasing additional blue prints. We have also been unable to find any server events i.e. WoO, SvS etc. for the last 4 weeks and have troop levels sitting around -3 of our current level as the system does not provide the ability to grow at the usual rate!

after an svs, if an opponent bubbles the enemy capital, they can hand out titles and the rewards from that capital. Titles can only been givin out from the enemy capital in a set time before the svs reward stage is over. until that sever has a in sever capital event.
Option 2, after svs regardless of who owned what capital it gets returned to the alliance that had control of it before the svs started..

Extra Svs reward idea, my old game (blaze of battle) had, alot of people spends way to much gems and even buy packs for svs, how about gem tiles spawned for both severs after svs.

Throughly disappointed by Top War and their ability to even out troop types like they tried to do with professions. Army and Navy have shield hero’s with Prime and Yuu. Army and Navy have 8% castles skins with atk/hp adders with Navy having two. Yet Top War continues to screw over Air Force. Thought this month was suppose to be a Air Force hero month and we get two Army hero’s and a bunk Air Force hero with no shield in Starscream and no way to quickly buy his exclusive to level 5-7 without going through the highly monetarily inefficient exclusive shard store. Why do you hate Air Force so much Top War?

Spending 400 gems for an Elite voucher, only to receive a level 2 comp is not an equitable yield.

Don't be too tied down to the hero type. Unless you are always going for level 7 exclusives where a lot of them are type dependent (ie. Prime lvl7), most of the new heroes can be used in all march types with great result. The meta Air setup now is Maximo/Selina/Prime...you will see some use Aya instead, but thats only because they want to buff up their army with Prime.

Update the very first few premium heroes that were released such that their exclusive skills have level 3, level 5 and level 7 Extra Attributes. Examples of these heroes are Fahed, 914, Villiers and Ben.

Some of these heroes are growing obsolete with the release of new heroes, which renders the money players have invested in their exclusive skills worthless. All other premium heroes have Extra Attributes which make the high level exclusives still provide value even when holding in stock only.

Ok this for the premium and elite vouchers has got to stop. There are so many gold heroes and so little free gold shards or gold hero specific shards. Getting hero bonds completed without spending is like a 3 year endeavor who wants to spend 3 years working on heroes that are worthless so, you’ll never use them? Meaning you definitely don’t wanna waste universal shards on them. Top war please fix as no one over level 50 is excited to get this many purple hero shards. This isn’t premium or elite. Please fix.

Agreed with Tatupain’s above post. Seems that River Game has a few options:

1. Adjust the percentage yield for Premium and Elite vouchers. 50% gold return for premium. 70-80% gold return for Elite.

2. Standardize the vouchers. Standard vouchers only yield blue or level 2 or lower comps. Premium yields purple and some gold shards and books. Elite yields only gold shards and books.

If Elite vouchers returned a 100% gold yield, I will happily give River Game more money and spend 400 gems per voucher.

Otherwise, I will not change my gaming behavior. I refuse to spend 400 gems for an elite voucher. And rarely spend 150 for premium.

3. Make the vouchers progressive based on player level. As a level 80, I have little to no use for any of the vouchers because of their uselessness (standards) and extreme yield volatility (premium and elite). If the vouchers are relative to a player’s level, that could motivate more voucher purchases.

Hi! Please consider the current situation at Server 1708. Their exclusive hero system is what players from all platforms and servers WOULD want to have. You made a testing locked server without the awareness of the existing server population (but let's not talk about that here) with a BIG UNIQUE player friendly Hero system. I kindly ask you to consider the Server 1708 exclusive game version into our servers so we can have old 5 star heroes that can play additional roles and that can allow a more diverse gameplay. For those reading who don't know what I am talking about kindly see the screenshots bellow:
These heroes have unique effects while we are paying for level 3/5/7 and moreover, each unit slot in your march can be equipped using these heroes special effects. An example is our servers have to use Diana on the hero setup while in this server they can use any heroes they want and equip Diana in one unit slot to benefit from her VIT reduction (way better and more player friendly than what we have).
Please discuss this possibility in your developer team. We all have heroes 5 star that are put to no good use and I know this exists so please don't ignore our requests regarding hero feature investments.

Set up a “Duel” feature, where you can challenge anyone to a duel. One march against one march. They accept or decline. It would be a way for people to test marches and setups in their own alliances.
I don’t care if it cost 10 vit each. I don’t care if it didn’t go towards KE points… I don’t care if the loser downgraded their entire march… I just want to be able to test against people in my own alliance without having to leave.
It would also be a cool feature.

Game should give chance to all players to have free heroes...i mean all those who were released in lucky treasury in past..No game is so biased ...Why can't you have past heroes who were free at time at present if you join game late??
It's like pubg will give M416 to players only in 2018 and 2019 players will get Uzi...You should think about it and have some event where everyone can get past heroes through lucky treasury

I agree with you. They should allow transfers to other servers if your a level 70 and up. And if your server is died and everyone is leaving.

Once we recruit 100 heroes in premium recruits then allow us to choose whatever heroes shards we want and please add amalia in elite and premium recruits

Please get rid of random purple blueprints and give us choice boxes instead! 🙏🙏🙏
They are so rare and hard to get - it's such a waste to receive the ones you already have. 😭
Alternatively let us break them up for shards so we can merge the blueprints we really need.
This would be a great feature for useless blueprints of ALL colors!
3 white shards could be merged to get 1 green shard, 3 green ones to get 1 blue and so on. This would be one of the best features EVER!

Can we just exchange the random unnecessary blueprints with materials... i used up 10k gems last time and same this time, total 20k gems for purple blueprints... the result was... well.. i got same navy blueprints that i have already constructed... so point is can we get something equivalent like materials instead... something worth those gems or what that blueprint was worth it... same goes for all the items that are rendered useless due to redundancy or not usable like gold or tech chests after certain point of time...

Aight I'm back to ask about that shard building and Bell (army hero) bein added to the recruiting process. Both would be beneficial to f2p and p2p. Plus it would create a balance. Please nerf a maximo as air, it's can be real to delete 15 units when he proc, that is unbelievable damage, he need seriously nerf of his skill!
