Eternal Land Gameplay Adjustments
I find the idea of gameplay in Eternal Land to be quite strategic, however some mechanics are a little bit “untidy”
For instance, the use of gates can be strategic, however its pretty untidy in the fact that once an alliance holds a gate they can use power stations to “jump” the mountain ranges.
There should be a neutral zone “one square wide” that runs the length of all mountain ranges to force gates to be used as an entry/exit point.
Particularly when the stage comes for alliances to push back through enemy gates towards zone 1, by forcing play through a gate it gives the defender more of a chance at holding the invader back.

Yeah this needs to be addressed as putting these low level “standard” shards and other items where you don’t publish a drop rate, essentially equates to fraud. You can’t identify all of the premium recruit shards in the drop rate chart and leave out all the non premium items. It’s clearly affecting the rng and skewing it so no one ever gets anything off the premium recruit tab or the %, which can’t then represent 100%. In addition there are no new hero shards which means no way of leveling up your the heroes in the most recent offerings. Ya gotta do better

Or remove the 3hm from WZ.

Please look again in the Transfer-system. Somehow the amount of tickets the members need seems torally random.
And espacially as VIP9 its a gruesome fate. For example we have a VIP9 which need 22Tickets on a server wich is 11Months old. You only get them as VIP9 from Alliance shop, but are expected to pay nearly the same sum as VIP10 which are able to get 2 extra per week.
And also I think only few month in the game we could start buying transfertickets. So mean that most of us aren't even able to transfer once even after beeing 11months on the same server, unless we pay to be able to transfer from a server, but espacially when your get server merged and aren't happy about the conditions or if some other members leave the server and you can't follow them thats really frustrating. I can understand when server transfers aren't welcommed since sometimes they can destroy the family like athmosphere on a server, but I think everyone should have the chance to leave a server without needing to pay for it at least every server merge.

Also the amounts of tickets seem to be random. We did try to figure that out by comparing several accounts while leveling and keeping track on the cost and couldn't make sense why a weaker player has to pay more for tickets than some other which has more SSR 5* Heros, baseskins etc....

I still have one more Feature-Request the matchmaking already felt a bit better in EL was still in many cases off and there were enough servers which could 1v7, but as far as I saw its got slighty better or people were just less angry because they accepted fate.
Problem is you probably never really can cancel out those 1v7 ELs since there are event servers like S591 etc which have just to many powerful people gathered. Or when you have 1 Super whale who smashed everything, because he invested tenfold how to balance that. 10 GMs don´t compensate that , if they can´t scratch them.
Therefore you have two options:

1. try to balance the Matchmaking more

• which could lead in having often especially at the top the same server matched again and again to each other, while it still can be bad balance (since the activity of the top players plays a role, the balance between GM and Builders, how the VIPs of your server invest money, if you are a Ships, army or mixed server etc.). Also I know from Games like World of Tanks that Match Making is a delicate thing with many confronting interests - just really unthankful to program that.

2. Rework the Bonus System.
   At the moment the bonus system is only good for pushing into middle and when you don´t get a gate the EL is done. You maybe make your Missions, do attack RSS tiles cause you´re angry that they won´t let your server pass and that´s it. Everyone is complaining about MM, not really a competition, therefore no money is spent = Louse, louse situation for developers and players.
   BUT for example, if you make a "Kill the Giant Ranking" like: The server which killed most troops of the server which holds the capitol gets 5 Tokens. This way you keep also weaker servers vexed, surely that alone wouldn´t satisfy every server, but that´s a good starting point I think. Espacially since the server who spawned next to them and is probably f. one is most likely to get it as they fight the longest time. Sign limit... :(

Remove atk and hp desadvantage for player in small alliances. Current setup prevents that on older server big player can not play or help in a small alliance as he looses 40% attack/hp bonus vs player in big alliances. SMALL or NEW alliances have no chance like this and all ends up in 2 big ones which is booring...
Ah wait... you could give atk/hp max bonus to all alliances after the server is 1 year old.

For example, I'm a WarLeader and I get power bonuses, our ally is defending and I notice another player has a better army and would do a better use of the WarLeader bonus.

Currently, only the R5 can change who the WarLeader is, but I think the WarLeader should have the ability to change the WarLeader when R5 is AFK.

From a RP perspective, I think the high command in charge of something is the best placed to know if another commander should take his place

There should be a feature of extracting gold shards from heroes which are not being used or obsolete since new heroes are being released very frequently. New heroes are over powered and can easily counter old heroes even with full perks. Limitations like extract from selected heroes only and introduce this event in long intervals to create balance.

My basic Idea is that EL right now its to straight forward who takes Capitol equals winner. There is only 1 winning strategy placing top20 or get hold onto capitol. If you couldn´t get anything from that you´re basically wasting money in EL: 11Token missions are doable as F2P.
The only variances EL has if servers team up, make deals etc. but that happens not as much and mostly after the Gate 1 opens 4 Server bully the smaller ones. Than next stage 2Server bully 2 server etc. And sometimes all strong servers are on one side while the other ones are on the other side and a inactive server just places 2nd because they didn´t spawn next to the server which can do 1v7.

That´s why my idea is instead of making a better MM, it would already help to make EL-Win strats more variable so servers can have different goals or at least console them with a smaller price.
You can do that by introducing more Rankings so also weak servers have a chance to do something when they got excluded to the next stages.
For example
"Giant Killer" - Ranking which counts the killed troops of the EL Leading server
I think such ranking would give EL a BUFF without having to do to much balancing.

Other option would be to introduce more alliance features which can be used by using amethysts. It might give Weaker servers a chance to defend themselves better. But this would make EL also more complicated it´s already a big toll on R4/R5s. Introducing complicated features might be to much of a toll since most players still don´t really understand EL. If you make it more complicated I recommend doing a small tutorial, since the video isn´t really watched by those players. Also it might be helpful if you would quite the Alliance ranking, since most server do a EL Alliance and everyone else is just sitting in their home alliance. By switching Serverranking/Alliance ranking rewards things might be more enjoyable for a broader group of players.

A new event. Battle Royale SvS style.

A spin on SvS. The matchup against 2 servers. In addition to holding ruins and capital, there is a list of objectives to accomplish for each server and alliance. Base hits are a major part of the Battle royal style match up. The winning server progresses on to the next bracket. There is a cool down period in between brackets to replenish troops for the next matchup. The winners move on to the next bracket while losing servers are allowed to observe. This event can be scheduled once per month.

At month 6 a grand champion is announced. Server to beat all servers.

The rewards for progressing to the next bracket needs to be worth the spend. Exclusive base skins, hero’s and decorations. Star tokens can be collected over time from prior events and spent in a Battle Royale store with exclusive prizes.

This idea of pitting players from server 400 vs people from server 1600 is just pretty ridiculous.
I know it was by "areas" of the servers, but this needs to be changes asap to make the event at least interesting to players that haven't had accounts for a year.
Best is for sure to pair pre 100-200 range, but outside of that.. you shouldn't be coming up against people in a different "zone" in regards to support zone, conflict zone etc

I suggest there’s another mail for power stations and fortress demolished, it’s necessary to send an alliance mail during Eternal Land, it’ll make other members confused and it’s hard to spread what is needed to do and what isn’t. New hero bonds for new hero’s. You have grouped them in batches of 3. Let players be rewarded for obtaining and building those hero’s. It also gives a reason for players to buy the resale packs later on. Even add tsuru, rock etc as they are now island hero’s. No reason every hero couldn’t be in a bond really, might get some cash 🤷‍♂️.

Man there’s just so much but intuitive design. Like base skills really need to be separate and some March or resource skills cause they just inhibit the battle skills. Gold mine production, food and oil production, March speed, etc should all be base, specific and have a separate area to be added. Most of them go to waste are never used and ultimately useless in our inventory. It would give players a much needed boost in gathering resources and gold production and make it much more enjoyable.

You have to realize you are telling people you have to spend real money to be successful in top war. That is why many servers are dying and people are quitting the game. People don't want to have to spend money continually to stay relevant in the game (not to mention 97% of the things are super overpriced). So why not create a system where you release the Premium heroes and skills to the normal Hero and Hero skill Queue. That is make them attainable in Premium and Elite recruit. As well as making the Skills available through S.O.S chests and the other skill boxes. Make things earnable and available for people to grind out even with your ridiculous 3^10 mathematics to get a lvl 10 anything. Just saying you could be a bit less materialistic and less focused on useless aesthetic changes and make topwar worth playing and fun again.

At reset this morning my guess is that it went from 1 day to less than a day because at reset it was 24 hours before cycle reset and went down to 23 hours and 59 seconds “less than a day” so what i believe should be done is correcting it to just reset today

In war exercises or sandy areas, there is only the effect of siege tactics (when using two forces, the damage increases 20%, and when using 3 forces, the damage decreases 30%)
But the Elite ships are not included in the war exercises, which I think makes a big difference for the tactics professionals.

React to this message if you agree devs need to announce a REAL fix to the transfer issue TODAY! Let’s show them that the players are frustrated with this extremely unbalanced “fix” to the transfer bug yesterday.

Explanation for those that were not aware - servers in the “conflict zone” transfer bracket could pull in transfers from 1000 and under yesterday during pre-expedition. Servers in the “support zone” transfer bracket could not. Dozens of players transferred yesterday, and now transfers have been locked because the devs stated having the transfers open was an unintended bug. But here is the problem - conflict zone and support zone servers are matched against each other for EL. For example, our server in the support zone was not allowed to have any transfers, but servers we matched against were able to transfer in up to 30 older accounts from servers 730-1000 to help them in EL.

What’s the fix? Either send those players from 730-1000 back to their original servers and refund their tickets, or open transfers for the rest of pre-expedition. “Closing” transfers as a “fix” after they already happened on some servers and made things unfair is NOT a fix!!!

So not everyone uses Valhalla in combat during SVS and KE. The chance of losing them actually stops me from participating on these events. I use a full march of them for WB and droids for the extra damage. Create a way to store them long term for KE and SVS and I would participate more. Call it long term storage so that if my base is wiped, they are not harmed. To bring them out of storage, there is a 30 min cooldown to reactivate them and during cooldown (just an idea). This would keep them from being used in a fight to counter attack immediately.

In war exercises or sandy areas, there is only the effect of siege tactics (when using two forces, the damage increases 20%, and when using 3 forces, the damage decreases 30%)
But the Elite ships are not included in the war exercises, which I think makes a big difference for the tactics professionals.

New system is 1 mission every 40 minutes which sums up to the exact same volume of missions as previously, just more spread out through the day, and mission storage still seems to be 50 (which would then be about 33 hours worth).

The change to radar and the movement of events just shows you value money(gem usage) over quality of gaming experience. As with any online game, I understand the need to make money, but it’s getting ridiculous. It would seem the value on “money now” has caused you to slip closer to the doomed fate of most games where value is placed more on the 1% of big spenders as opposed to a balanced approach that allows you to have longer lasting financial stability by including the bulk of the community. F2P and medium budget players are beginning to be phased out by your choices in game changes. I urge you to reconsider your path, or you will start to see a faster drop in players. So if there are say 6 possible servers that can be matched with your server for SVS and they all pick a different time then your server gets no opponent. Plus when you release a hero how about thinking release for other branches a similar one. If you do a close check army as by far the worst heroes of the game by now. Make it possible for LCs to build lvl 6 barns, rigs, and gold mines that either give stones or class item chests. I have had other LCs screenshot their rss gathering and they had received 2 gear boxes on random farming tiles. I have never gotten one, and I know that there cant be a time or amount gathered limit because it has been given at full gathering or an hour on a tile. There is no reason that LCs get shafted on this. Additionally, make it where if I get to lvl 6 for my gold, rigs, and barn abilities, I should be able to build two of each at that lvl, no different than being able to build 2 towers each once I get to lvl 4 on each tower. Stay shafting the LCs and your little class rework that is so far behind it might as well be put on the back burner because of the delay, wont be enough to keep the class useful. You stay putting out heroes that out do the previous one in its branch but cant fix classes. PRIORITIES!!!!! It is obvious at this point that your management that is directing the work flow is making the bugs in to features. Number one skill set of a good developer is maintaining an end user focus.

1. With the daily tank we get from the Server Leader, can we have a option to choose what troop type we get (maybe a setting that we can select what troop type we receive every day) I have over 200 tanks sitting in my inventory.....but I'm navy 😅
2. My server is in the high 500 and we are very quickly filling up to all lv80.... maybe consider making lv100 available? 🤔
3. Please update the island, standard + elite tickets to include more heroes, some are not exactly new yet no one can get them until you introduce them to the tickets.
4. Exclusive skill store, same again please update to more heroes. 1 hero should be introduced every month to co-inside with a hero being released.
5. We can have 500+ tanks on our bases yet struggle to hit 200 ships and 200 planes. I have a march of 138 and I can nearly have 4 army marches but only 1 full march of ships or planes (not everyone is a Army player, I use navy myself and I know alot of others that use navy or planes) cant we balance the gap a little please? It makes sense as we now have a good choice of Army/Navy/Air heroes to choose from yet it feels we are being pushed to work on Army as we can have more tanks vs navy or air.

Think they are on a quest to make all army players quit. With new heroes army supression against air does nothing anymore, and navy heroes type make army weaker and weaker against them. Plus why the hell preycis skill trigger 2 out of 10 times and Maximo some 8 out of 10?
If you all want army players to quit just say so.Gen tell me the last army hero released that was really a game changer? You can see it this way, the best overall hero for army is still Katy, that says it all.
Sorry, one last thing, how about changing the fully stacked skill from akatora being full right at start of battle, it totally takes out the advantage of hitting first to anyone or make heroes for other branches that do the same. Last one was Prime. Exclusive skill bonus was nuts at the time. Ben was ridiculous at the time of release. As for trigger rate differences with Max, there are only 3 slots that can activate the laser, and any unit type can activate the laser (Air gets that extra burn). The Precious triggers from 6 slots. It's unusual for Max to trigger 3 times, it seems to be about 50% trigger rate.

Air has been getting kicked around, even by Navy, for almost 2 years. We have been patient and deserve a little time in the sun.

You have what are called Universal heroes such as Aya, Selina, Fahed, and Amalia. But you can only attach skills such as atk onto the heroes that are from their branch. It would be nice if you introduced universal hero skill shards for things like atk. Then I could use say Aya and Amalia and attach skills that will increase stats like atk for planes and tanks.

The whole game has been unbalanced for a long time. Every new hero is radically over powered and always breaks the established norms. Just give it another month and a new hero will be released that we can all complain about. Hello i have a request, can you add to the game in the store menu a new store for players in the same server, let me explain: can you do a feature where players can sell items they don't need for players in the same server with limit of item to sell per day, players can choose the prices between (free<= item < item price in store) and the players will ofc have to choice to buy the item or not search for item needed and etc.. this features will help a lot and make things better, idk about the choice of the prices that i mentioned just before the choice is yours. In summary a store between players from the same server where they can sell any item with a daily sell and buy limit. And maybe from the same level for example a store for the levels between level 1 to 10, 11 to 25, 26 to 40, 41 to 65, 66 to 75, 76 to 80 or a store where all level from 1 to 80 can sell to each other (but with level difference may make some items impossible to buy because they ask for too much coins, or gems, ...). i hope you accept this request. Many times I’ve witnessed small servers be placed with super strong servers who only cooperate with themselves and ruin the fun for the rest of the servers. If takes the fun away from the event - it’s like svs but 10x worse it needs a system in place that will score servers based on placements or points. Forcing the super servers against another and the mediocre servers will enjoy it more , many have quit do to this and I wish to not see my friends do the same.

ETERNAL LANDS NEEDS TO HAVE AN OVERHAUL: My issue is simply this. We should be able to set up the “Auto join” in EL.
Trust me i know, it probably is an issue with all the other servers on the same map, and if we had auto join the game might get confused and try to have us join a rally against the Dark Guardians when a different server started a rally.

This is a request for a plan to reform the weakened facilities.

Currently, I understood that the contents of the reorganization of the weakened facility are 'the enemy who attacks will be within the scope of the weakened facility'.

Even if the currently in use "the point where the battle takes place will be within the scope of the weakening facility," it is difficult to use the weakening facility except for EL.

Top-War banned the use of facilities in silo and capital, and I think this reorganization is an extension of the policy to ban the use of such facilities.

If the enemy initiating the attack is in the scope of the weakened facility, LCs must build the facility in the enemy zone. At this point, it is almost impossible to use facilities in Odium and SvS.

And even in EL, it becomes too difficult to use, so what should I do if I don't give up space to build the facility in the area where the enemies are? I am not an LC but a GM... But introducing this update will kill the defending aspect of the game. Towers are needed to balance out the "broken" attacking aspect of this game. Limiting their ability results the game revolving around the servers with the biggest hitters.

Giving everyone 3 Heroes will not balance the class. The purpose of a support class is to support the bigger hitters. Limiting their abilities also limit our free to play players. A VIP 6 3 Hero LC will never dent a VIP 16 3 Hero GM (After your proposed Class Update). There is no balancing at all. The result will be the same. On top of that, your limiting their ability to use their towers. So where does all these players fall under? Simple... They quit because they can't compete nor can their towers be useful.

Here are some ideas....that you might want to work around with as a baseline... Since it clear...the Dev team doesn't know what they are doing
Propose:
LC - Keep Their Stuff the Same and Add 3 Hero March
GS - Reduce the Time and Cost of their equipment + 3 Hero March

GM - Buff their Stats a little since everyone is getting 3 Hero March. (Relative to GS/LC)
TM - Keep them at 2 Heroes but give them an increase in March Size. + Buff Stats Relative to the GM's buff.

I agree. It seems the idea would be to use weakening towers to "siege" an enemy but in practical sense, you would be building the trojan horse inside the enemy territory. That's not going to work. If combat class is geared toward attack/offense duties, the mechanical class should be geared toward defense duties. Towers should be helping when getting attacked.

Strengthening towers I assume would still help all battles, so they will be placed next to power stations, eternal city, ruins, Odinium buildings to help people inside. Weakening towers would be used for offsetting those. It still lets 1-2 people rule the battlefield. In odinium you couldnt even manage to build weakening towers for this purpose due to the march times caused by move limitations. This would mean first person to take building and get strengthening tower at it would be that much tougher to take. In EL, if you place the strengthening towers behind the power station, weakening towers in your area wouldn't reach...and how can anyone expect to build a weakening tower inside someone else's power station if being contested? And weakening durability is getting decreased at the same time making it even harder for it to get completed.

Attackers already have advantage due to game mechanics around rate of fire. Weakening towers making the target weaker would be doubling down on that advantage instead of trying to even the field for someone defending a building/base.

I think the idea of weakening towers is to counter the enemy's strengthening towers...but in practice, they're going to be near useless in many of the places they are essential now.

I do like that the classes/specialties are getting consolidated. Likely because TM and GM became clones and GS rally focused benefits have such limited uses that they werent used. Make class reselect give class item choice boxes (or just make them all use the same token) and it becomes much easier to switch between the two.

Honestly all the need to do is not reduce durability of towers by as much as the did and the up date will be fine. They have noticed that towers are too powerfull. If you participates in Odin, EL or SVS against a server thats LC heavy it immidiatly becomes a GGWP situation. We have had the same 2 monster servers in both of our ELs. No possibility of winning, it was bad enough getting annihilated in our first EL, but to come into the second one and immediately know that we don't have a chance was demoralizing.
My suggestion for matchmaking is tournament style 1st and 2nd place from 4 different ELs would be matched together and 3rd and 4th places together and so on. My thought is that after a few rounds everyone should be in groups that all server's in EL actually have a chance to win.

Suggestion about weakening towers:

• keep the duration / durability as it is
• keep the effect of the weakening tower as it is so non whale can add strategic value in larger scale battles
• when tower is destroyed / expires, the location will have a certain CD and cannot build another tower at that location
• extend the build time of a tower to longer (ie. 20 to 30 minutes) and reduce the build time based on number of friendly troops reinforcing. Decrease the effectiveness of build time reduction if the troops are not same level as player account.

Weakening towers themselves do provide another element of strategy and give strength in numbers an actual meaning...but towers spamming (especially in EL) is way too easy. Any small LC account can just continuously build with one stack of troop. You can hit them all day long and they can continue to build. Imagine 20 of these small accounts continuously doing this...thats my experience when fighting against servers who have large amount of LC. We keep killing the towers and they just keep building back with little cost to the LC. They don't even have to think...just mindlessly send 1 stack march over and over again to reinforce the tower being built.

Hopefully this is someone being a troll to all the people requesting the class rework. If this is in fact legit, really just proves how dumb the dev's are. If this as it is written goes through there wouldnt be no point to MM at all. In This BE get an increase to all the major combat stats. CMD directly relates to march size so BE would also get incr march size. Not to mention the 6 other combat stat increases. Whereas MM gets 3 heroes and a nerf to Weakening facilities, like weakening facilites are easy to place in the first place and LC dont spend a fortune in gold trying to place and build them over and over in EL. Not as much rebuilding in WoO due to march times. So really hope this is BS and if it's really what the dev's came up with. PLEASE DO NOT IMPLEMENT it. Go back to the drawing board and start over. If you want to merge the classes, make it f2p friendly and give it as an alternative option for the players who have spent very little to get a middle of the road class. Then, for those of us who have dedicated our accounts to a specific playstyle, allow us to keep it that way and expand upon it farther by giving all 4 classes 3hm.

3hm should NOT define a specialization. The exclusive perks offered in each of their trees should define how strong that player can be. While giving the specializations a 3rd hero in the march will help even out the power distribution, it shouldn't be the defining characteristic.

When you say "full march" you mean 1 small stack of unit and you can keep degrading them and it still wouldn't make a difference. LC doesn't try to defend their tower while being built...they just keep sending reinforcement marches one after another to restart the build. I have no problem with weakening towers, but it is powerful enough to change the outcome of a battle and its risk/cost to build one should be higher. To be honest, I am just trying to suggest something more balanced...if the gossip is true and they are planning to take away the ROF weakening altogether, that is fine by me. You guys can continue to build as many weakening towers as you like...we won't even bother to demolish it 🤣

Let server leaders pick a time slot for SVS. There's a system in place for WoO, capital and supply, why not SVS? It may mean that we are facing the same servers more often, but at least it will be an actual server versus server rather than just a handful of people each time. The weakening facility is balanced as it is. All it takes is for an enemy LC of equal strength getting their own Weakening tower up and negating it. That's what makes the weakening facility important. Being the 1st to get 1 up and preventing the enemy from negating it. Or waiting for it to build and knocking it down as fast as possible. Just show's the dev's are legit out of touch with the game. They just have the money eyes. Don't seem to understand no enemy is going to sit in the zone of any tower and wait to be hit. This only applies in EL when an enemy PS or fortress is in the zone of a weakening facility. Which again that effect can be negated by an opposing weakening facility. LC and GS can build SMF (super magnetic field), but they are super expensive to use materials wise. It is not feasible to consistently build them unless you want to sacrifice on class specialization or you are spending money. If anything they should reduce the build time of the weakening facility to be the same as the Str facility. Nothing else needs to be changed on the function of the weakening facility. Also, rallies are rarely used in the game. Saying MM will have more power in rallies when they are used less than 1% of the time is literally giving the middle finger to every MM just as it was already given to GS and why the GS have been effectively useless. If I were looking to balance MM compared to BE I'd keep weakening facilities the exact same. I'd do as @brazen python suggested and make it so GS affect the buildings they are in and not rallies (we already established rally's are rarely used and effectively useless). Id do as he suggests for BE as well. Only things I disagree with him on are the shield and heal towers, as well as the not affecting hrf. The idea of shield and heal towers sounds cool but i don't think the application is really there. The alternative to this and keeping the nerf on Weakening towers would be to significantly reduce the cost of the enhances like SMF, Electro Missile, Anti-Tank mine etc so that they can be crafted and utilized extensively by MM. I know, crazy idea, Legendary craftsman being able to craft useful items 🤯. Make them cost like 100EE per, reduce the cost of sophisticated drawings to 2 and remove the gear cost. replace with oil, food, or even odinium.

Please lower the vip level required to buy transfer applications from the vip store. Acquiring the applications needed is so painfully slow and or expensive! As a Canadian player my cost to get vip levels is 53% higher than the american cost as it is! Mid to higher spenders are trapped and quitting because we're stuck in dying or toxic servers

My alliance has complete technology, and we will moving to another server, in early 2022.
●The reason we are moving is because my server leader only has a purpose to bully on his own server and also when EL my server leader does is beg to other servers, they are stupid cowards which can only bluff inside the server.
☆can you developers make a feature if the alliance moves then the technology alliance will not repeat itself from the beginning.

The match was not nice, but ok.

Im actually playing on 1537. We‘re the second youngest server, 1410 the oldest.
The differences between us are so huge, they had a lot more time to develop.
My bigger problem are the arabic servers. There is no relation between arabic and european ones. They‘re spending 10k €/$/£ in a second.
Things that aren‘t possible here.

I know that TW needs such payer.

Perhaps you can overthink the matching. Not only those for EL, also for server merges or new servers.

I get to know that you raised their prices, but I‘m feared that that isn‘t enough.
