Don’t punish those who have been waiting to transfer by reducing the amount of Essence we can gather once we transfer. Most of us are getting close to level 4 makes no sense why this experience wouldn’t roll over since we are still taking part in the same event. There’s no need for the turbine to be reset and to lose those levels specially when it turns into a decor at the end. Should be a balanced playing field for all players regardless of transferring or not ❤️

When planning an event, maybe just maybe take into consideration that you have locked transfers for months and will be ‘opening’ then mid event, and not to completely mess them even more by resetting everyone’s hard efforts so far in the event. It’s like you don’t actually want transfers to be able to move and instead people to just quit.

Before all building levels reach the final level, we reach the final level. For the convenience of the game, users often raise the level to the final level of building synthesis.

However, after the commander reaches the final level, the experience of upgrading the building is simply dumped on the ground.

It's not a big problem, but with the lv cap up to 100, it's not a good user experience to consume the same amount of resources and get a different level. The above issues require users to intentionally adjust the level of building synthesis, which only conveys useless fatigue or loss, without any benefit.

For smaller alliances or servers it is almost impossible to start Well of Sanctity on a daily basis, unlike a very active server/alliance. Maybe it would be possible to set how many active players are in an alliance and from that you would reduce the number of points or increase the points per mission for small alliances. I find that such events destroy many smaller servers even more or even more players quit. That should also be in Topwar's interest. -> More players = More money! In addition, if we send troops and they have already arrived, as with Titan Canyon, it would be great if we can still port. (We are consuming ports which means we need diamonds and that means buying players. A win, win situation lol) In addition, it would be very good if we can cancel the march we start into a cleaning turbine. Due to the Lvl loss of the cleaning turbine during a transfer, many players will quit instead of going to another server. Here we are back on the subject. Topwar loses money. 👀 To everyone else, I would like to add whether it is planned or possible to have the perks merged. By that I mean that if I have 55% of a perk with 2 heroes each, I convert it into a complete 110% perk. This would be very helpful for smaller players.

With many updates that make things very difficult for us players, Topwar loses the interest of the players and also the willingness to invest money.

Given the nature of our transfer lockout for 3 months it is only fair to allow first cycle be 60 players. From there on out cycles should be increased from 30 to 45, and reorganized servers from 60 to 80. Allowing movement for all players who have been stuck on dead servers during this frustrating lockout. For example my Server 2641 is at a disadvantage to some of the older servers round us where we only had 1 cycle before this lockout even so servers also missed transfers.

Please don’t reset out turbine level

You have stated that if we transfer during the event our turbine level will reset to 1 but our reward progress data will be saved.

You have stated that at the end of the event the turbine will be exchanged into a decor but we aren’t sure if this will be a reflection of the level you have reached.

This means that anyone who decides to transfer in the next month will have to start from scratch again and will possibly end up with a much lower decor level by the end of the event depending on the max level you let it reach

Resetting the turbine also means lower daily Essence provided while we go through the grind all over again of trying to level it.

This is unbalanced and not fair on those that choose to transfer during this event.

please consider letting the experience we have gained on our turbine transfer over with us so that all players can make the most of this decor from the new world event. I know a lot of players will agree with this.

Across all of the servers, you dropped the original Val Tech Tree to improve the strength of Vals and inspire people to build/use them.
Now that MANY people have spent time, effort, and money to increase levels of the Tech Tree and prepared for the Tech Tree to be expanded, you've released a new type of Vals with thier own Tech Tree. The originals Vals and Tech Tree are now worthless and antiquated, over night.
At a minimum, the old type Vals should be converted to the new type and all of the completed levels and existing pieces earned to advance a promised expanded tree, should be converted for use in the new Val Tech Tree.

Old Val tech still gives buffs to all vals unless that's not the case, it s still passive applicable to new vals..

If you are refering to the unlocking of old vals troops and not the odinum tech, that canbe reset, many players have reset it and got back the odinum from it to use on new vals unlocking.

Here I have a couple of suggestions to make some things easier:

1. you choose a certain amount of buildings (barracks, shipyard,...), the buildings are then automatically placed and you only have to merge them.
   If there is not enough space:
   The system places the maximum amount of buildings.
2. please let us place several refugee camps at once:
   You can choose between 1-10 how many you want to place; so you can save time.
3. add a system to the chat where you can see who is writing a message. Like on Discord. So you can see if this person is online and has read the message.
4. add the new formation (defence) to the "miner" event, and add the items to level up the formations to the rewards on the side.
5. the system recognises by the heroes which main march you are using, depending on which main march you have you get a symbol for the respective unit. For example, player XYZ is Army and player XY is Air Force. So XY doesn't need to explore it at all, because he knows he can't do anything against army, so you don't suffer such heavy losses. If you are currently building a new march, you can change this manually in the settings. The symbol is visible in the profile and in the name card.
   I would be very happy if one thing, or more of these are brought into the game.

Hello dear Developer team. Look, i know you guys worked hard on the CP system. But many many many are unhappy about this, because most people act like kings with their CP while they are weaker than someone who is as example 10m below their cp.
Please start a vote, to bring back the old CP system, where units define your CP and not the tech upgrades because those doesnt make you strong. CP (Combat power) should be defined by the amount of units you have got. And it makes the fights in SvS etc more interesting when you dont have a full overview about your opponent before you fought.
I really want to suggest this on behalf of most of the players here, and would appreciate if you think of a vote or create a similar option to the CP where you can hide it

I don’t see that as fair at all to the players who spend in the game to have fun but instead they have to buy over and over again so please listen to this as I’ve seen MANY players suggest it already

In the tower of disaster allow smaller CP-accounts to ask earlier for help. Else they fall even more behind. And get less motivated to even try. Or if lower CP is difficult maybe the backlog in level can be a criteria. please make Topwar playable again. Here are a few points for improvement from me. Take these seriously and take note, maybe some of them can finally be implemented.❗️

Personal Defense:
-Let MM build towers while doing Personal Defense,
-Removes initial waves or shortens defense duration
-With the added waves it is impossible for mechanics or weaker players to pass all waves. This robs players of their desire to play Topwar and not to invest more money.

Perks:
-Allows us to combine perks (combine 2× 50% perks of different heroes into one 100% perk)

Drop rate:
-Increases the drop rate of all boxes. (Skill Shards,Robot Modules,Decoration Shards,Diamond Boxes,etc.)
(I opened about 600 boxes -gold, purple, blue- and still miss 2 Module for the 3rd robot, others just open 20Chip Boxes and got all Modules)

Boxes:
-Decreases the cost of exclusive shards as we get new heroes monthly or let's exchange old exclusive shards for universal skill shards

Heroes:
-Reduce the number of gold shards or have them converted back to universal gold shards.

Legends of Doomsday:
-Let's ask for help after a lost attack
-Increase limit count by to ask for help
-Weakens the towers

Purification turbine:
-Let's keep the lvl when we switch to another server

Ports:
-Let's port when all marches are successfully in resources, towers, cleaning turbines etc. (Same as titan).

-Please get rid of the 24h ban to join well of Sancity.

I would like a brand new feature: the ability to create a new account on an older server so that I can play with my friends. Currently that's only possible on newer servers, something that doesn't make sense at all. I can create a mini on s2156 (champ season server) but not in the 1600s. I would really like to see a trade in system for old L5 or L7 exclusives... Back when Optimus Prime was introduced in the first colab we all got approx 12-18 months from him as Meta at L7. Idividual defense with higher difficulty shows us, YET AGAIN, that the base defense is completely broken. Before an update a while ago, the Garrison would be the first March to be called for defense, then the game went with Formation 1 to 8. Now, the game is throwing in my Ganso, who is a gathering hero in my account, to defend my base. Better yet, it is calling up on Bumblebee to do the job. The algorythm was a horrible update and a complete waste of time. Players are losing ALL their units in cross server fight because the game does random things when the garrison was defeated.

Please add customisable tabs in hero page so we can filter heroes with specific attributes into one specific place. Eg - I would filter my main army heroes into one tab, air into another etc, gathering heroes into another tab, and so on. Much more convenient when upgrading skills. Better yet, also allow the option to filter (out of view) the less useful heroes who take up prime real estate and time.

I like the hovering icon that shows the distance my own base base and also the icon for the leader to post a note and coordinates to a specific spot. It's convenient to be able to press it and go directly to either one of these, but there is however a very annoying UX issue with both of these. I would like to request that when creating Alliance Mail / Combat Orders a server timestamp generator be added, I already know that when you enter in a time in mail that time is then converted to the users local time, the problem is converting the users local time to the server time to get this time to work correctly, if when generating mail you convert the users local time to server time then the mail generated would display correct local time for players receiving the mail, this tool would be very helpful for alliance admins to help ensure players know when they have events scheduled. Ex: A R4/R5 creating mail/order in UTC would generate the mail/order the timestamp would be converted to GMT +8 which is the servers time so that when a player in PST receives the mail the timestamp is correct for their local time

People don't start game at level 100.
We gradually increase our levels. The units we get at unit ruins now corresponds to our current level. It's fixed.

Let's take the current situation. We are all at level 90. We can collect Level 90 units directly.
These collected units are wasted once we reach level 100.

If we get +0 choice chests instead, we can use them even after reaching Level 100 or whatever level is released in future. If not, unit ruins would be absolutely useless

When you play this game for an extended length of time, the Gold Mining Buildings are useless. Even after the level upgrades. Many of us are sitting on 400K+ red money chests.

To make the Gold Building Tech seem useful.

1.Individual defense is now approx 44 mins.So atleast allow mm to build thier own strengthening facilities.

For the most part, VA servers already are exclusive. Servers 1000+ are all restricted to their own platforms. If you're facing a VA server in SvS/EL/TC/etc., they are going to be stronger simply because they are older and (generally) have strong top ends.

S247 (Vivid Army) mopped the floor with us in the SvS tournament due to how deep their player base was and their strong top-end; however, we were equally obliterated by S1248 and S851 after the tournament. It goes both ways, too. We just fought S216 (VA) this last SvS and beat them. Like, Offense team got all the action, Defense teams were twiddling our thumbs.

If anything, per my experience, Vivid Army servers have awesome people on them and I'd love to fight them more often.

It make no sense to buy it, if all that heros is going to be doing is collecting gold in about 6 months or less and that roi is now 0. If you take Catalyst trade-in rate. They would have a return rate of about 32 lvl1 skills for a lvl5 and about 291 lvl1 skills for a lvl7 at 25shards per skill.

I understand finding the sweetspot for a balanced battle between alliances/servers is difficult, but basing it on CP doesn't work.

The server may be equally balanced with CP, but when you have a server with a player with a CP of 98, and the highest CP on the other server is 62. It doesn't matter, the CP 98 controls the battle by themselves - even rallies don't help.

Rather than basing it on CP, why not add handicapping (like in bowling) to bring balance. It's complicated, but can be done.

Plus or minus rating factor. This would enable the above example to be a more balanced and fun battle, rather than a beat down- which isn't fun for those being destroyed.

I'm sure they are awesome, but to be matched up against them, is almost a guaranteed loss, simply they can easily out number a regular server. Combine the over populated servers with the cheaper pricings, VA servers can dominate EL/TA/UD/SVS, ruining the gaming.experience for the others. Take Warzone Exercise SVS and TopTrial, the best of the best are on top, and the majority of them are from VividArmy servers. A lot of players are trying to be the best in events, but come up short to a handful of players from VividArmy servers. Players left the game from last EL because a VividArmy server steamrolled their server, destroying any chance of enjoying EL and its rewards.

VividArmy just needs to be matched up against other VividArmy servers, instead of being matched against a regular TopWar server for an easy win.

This would apply to L5s and L7s, but let's talk about L7s as the example (because they are the most expensive)

My thought is that people would trade in say 1 skill for 10 Exclusive Skill Shards... so approx 2/5 of a new level 7 hero would be obtained from trading in an old L7. (10 ESS's towards the 25 needed for 1 new skill) If people could do this, they will be more willing to buy L7 skills.

Say a L7 is (approx) $2000 - with the method I suggested above you would trade in your old hero and still need (approx) $1200 more to boot to obtain a new L7. That seems like a much better financial plan for TW than to have players give up on L7s and only spend about $200 on an L5 skill, instead of spending the extra $1200 needed in addition to their Exclusive Shards for the L7.

As it sits now, I have many L7s fully benched (not even on backup marches) and because of this frustration of total loss, I won't be buying many L7s anymore... it's better to spend somewhere else that won't be a complete waste of 2k in 6 months time (somewhere like equipment, mastery, remould, etc. that cant be lost)

This became a big issue when hero releases were drastically increased. The first colab hero (Optimus Prime) lasted well over 12 months (closer to 18). Now, with more frequent colabs and monthly hero releases, meta hero life is now down to about 6 months. Waaay too fast for an L7 to be replaced and benched forever and 2k completely lost. We're not asking for the Whole World, just some Exclusive Skills Shards....

Instead of reorganizing and merging server, how about granting players on a low activity server Transfer Tickets. So they can join their friends and chose a new home. Or instead of granting tickets, just allow them to transfer for a super low amount or even 0 tickets. @sturdy eagle : No, reconstructed or reorganized server just get a few new players, who don’t have the tickets to move anywhere else. These server will most likely die or get reorganized again, which is only a temporary solution. Allowing a almost dead server to evacuate to where they want, by allowing them a free jump would be more efficient. New levels of Individuals défense is cool, allow you to take more reward.
UNFORTUNATLY, they is a big problem here.

Before, most player reach the maximum amount of point (3678) and most players earn 1st ranking reward (10 elites tickets) since they all have max points.

Now with the new levels, maximum of point is higher, and not everyone manage to beat 29 th and 30th waves.
Leading to this problem : you don't earn the bonus reward from 5500 and 7000 pts. (Or maybe just 5500, that's 2 gold shard).
But you lose the 10 elite ticket.

I wonder why Dev didn't update the ranking reward too, old 1st rank for 50-100 and better reward for the new rank.

What I understood is, your problem is that you have made these new vals and now bcz your base level increased, these new vals are no more relevant as normal units are more stronger at higher levels. So you want to retrieve their odinium back and build again at your current max lvl.

Some of what you said is true but Regardless at a certain lever for most people they get to a point and surpass it. how you can acquire the needed example level 84-85-86 etc level troop when you are level 90 or above? You cannot simply degrade them, unmerge them to the desired level. Yes, you can ask your alliance for troops but at 10x a day for 3? Are the majority of players supposed to wait for SVS to damage mass troops? TIME to make said troops/mine odinum nonsense in my opinion compared to the rate of level expansion. Now compared to the previous set levels of odinum being 3 from the max level. Here it would be 98/99/100 if it was like the old odinum. all you vip16+ w years of odinum have plenty to spare and pull and no reason to or worry for the length of time it will be, but people in the game a year or two or less may not have the same luxury - I’m not upset because of any mistake, or where I have spent or placed my odinum, or demanding anything for that matter that’s a reach, regardless, many max out either side at a level far below current level and it’s like that for ALOT of players and will be for more as they grow in many alliances not just mine. The amount of time they force you to put into the game to level up said troops with odinum is ridiculous. Yes it’s better than the 100k to unlock but still. The amount of time for 5-6-7+ levels, the time it takes said troops to get to the desired LOWER levels to make said Val’s you become “locked” in place for weeks with no other option but to grind or do tedious tasks. And with the soon release to level 95.. it will only become more tedious for more and more players. What about when they bring it to level 100? Sure the majority of whales are fine, but average Joe server schmoe will have to wait weeks to use Valhallas. Or, find a way to keep troops around that are lower level and worthless. Battle reports should always open and be accurate. First battle report wouldn't open, but when it finally did. The subject of the report said we were defeated, but the detail says Victory. Please make things work.

That would mean the game would be played as you intended it. have a large supporting force and those high VIP hitters, all feeling rewarded within their role. When our MM on defense play a solid battle they don't get many points, but they are doing impressive jobs, getting towers up. You designed CE to be so strong to be able to ignore towers, have HT with Attack speeds that are above the debuff the towers give and you invented War Beast for CE. It's time to make sure that towers are still recognised as important and that the game still stays a tactical game and not just some silly hitting with the one winning who has the fattest wallet.

Ruins already have a territory system which can detect bases inside of it, and those bases would be insta teleported when they lose one attack from another player

Devs could expand this system a bit, and add a new points reward for battles occuring in mid of the territory (Mostly weakening battles), for example: if one battle is won by defending, the player that won the battle got 4k points, there could be an extra 10% | 15% | 20% (Devs can choose the %) as extra points for the Mechanical that built the tower inside of the ruins area

So with this, there won't be players building towers farming points anywhere

1. When a Mechanical Master has the ability to build level 6 Gathering Facilities, allow them to build them any where without using existing tiles, similar to how strength and weakening towers can be placed almost anywhere.

2. Allow Mechanical Master level 6 Gathering facilites to last 12 hours.

3. Add to Mechanical Masters the ability to build Odinium Gathering Facilities and up to level 6.

4. Allow MMs that can build level 6 tiles the ability to make more than 1 of each type of tile, like 4 Corn, or 3 corn and 1 oil, etc..., with the limit being how many marches that MM has. Or the ability to refresh a current tile without demolishing/kicking everyone, and rebuilding it.

5. Add the abilty to do 10x to the existing 1x and 5x attacks on Dark Forces. Then PLEASE make 5x and 10x attacks on Dark Forces a 5 and 10 second battle, not several minutes. 😮‍💨

6. Give us the abilty to do 5x and 10x attacks on refugee camps as long as we have enough in inventory.

7. Give us the abilty to do 5x rally attacks on Warhammers and Hearthrobs. If this idea gets used, PLEASE do not make 5x attacks on them last any longer than 5 seconds!!!

8. Please make some changes on Terrors to make them faster to finish. Ability to do more than one rally at a time, or the same exact rewards for individual or rally attacks.

We should be able to tag Chips as Trash/Fodder

In addition to locking a desired Chip, we should also be able to mark a Chip as trash to be used as fodder. The screen and moment that we compare chips against each other to determine their desirability are not the same as where and when we are upgrading chips. Once we compare chips and decide that they are of no use, we should be able to immediately tag them, to easily select them on the chip upgrade screen.

This feature is similar to Tagging equipment as trash in the game Borderlands 3 - when you reach a vending machine, you can readily sell all items that where previously tagged as trash during a journey. In that game you can also favorite items, similarly to what do lock does in Top War.

The lock does not achieve the same result as a Fodder Tag. - For one to consider that all chips that are not locked are trash, he would have to have analyzed every chip and immediately use them to upgrade. - Once you get new chips, unlocked chips are no longer a group of only undesired chips. With a Fodder tag we would be able to mark those undesired chips on our own pace and never have to look back at them.

This tag should also be available to the New Titan Gear.

Just an idea, when you attack another player you should be able to see how many of their marches you beat as a number that flashes above their base. Then there’s less need to check BR frequently during battle.

Personally, I like the idea of titan gear. I like how I can isolate what I want to try to grind for. I do have 1 concern though. Unlike hts that have into the unknown, there is currently no f2p/low spend ways to grind for titan gear. Please consider adding a feature to exclude Valhalla units entirely from defensive formations. Could be as simple as a checkbox on the formations screen. When checked, a base would be considered destroyed when all non-valhalla units are eliminated. This makes it "safer" for players to create Valhalla units, while adding the strategic component of determining whether or not to check that box for a given situation, as well as a strategic component to balancing valhalla counts with regular unit counts. It would add substantially to the number of players willing to participate in server events as opposed to shielding. It could also potentially revive the Kill Event on some servers, which is dead on the vast majority of developed servers primarily because of Valhalla loss risk.

Vivid Army servers should be exclusively matched up to another Vivid Army server. VA servers should not be matched against regular TW servers. VA can easily overwhelm any server during any SVS event. prices for those VA servers, a lot of items are cheaper for them to purchase, with their servers impossible to create an Alt because of the exclusivity those servers are able to overpopulate with players. in short, VA should not play against TW servers.

Suggestion : The HT and gear systems are so backwards. When editing the gear or the chips for ht add a “save to preset” button. Also add access to the preset menu for the gears in the building instead of just through the heroes. Both editing systems are ridiculously flawed. Trying to go back and forth from heroes to presets is too complicated and is making the process much more difficult than necessary.

For dying servers, it can become impossible to even purchase transfer tickets. An assessment should be done, the result of which being granting more frequent or lower cost transfer tickets. Otherwise, players risk being completely stuck in a dead server which would obviously lead to that player quitting and a loss of revenue.

So my question to TW is if this is not pure greed, what else is?

I know nothing will happen cuz at this point we are all like broken records to TW saying the same thing. But what is the business model TW is using? Drying out cash cows before the game goes to the history book?

Please give individual points for players on defense in SVS, particularly the Mechanical Masters.

Mechs could be given points per minute for Towers that they have active (Strengthening, Weakening, and Urgent Care Facilities), or some similar scoring method.

Defenders could be given points for reinforcing Ruins and the Capital.

We have a lot of players who work hard to follow the plan, but they get nothing for individual points to help them grow unless the attacker happens to fight them.

That doesn't happen when they do an extraordinary job and light up Ruins with large numbers of Towers; which is precisely what they are supposed to do.

Alternate proposal : MM bonus at SvS could be calculated as a % of fights happening in the tower range, or a huge bonus if no fight at all happened yet the player covered the building for the entire time and the server won.

It would put emphasis on setting up where hot battles happen, or being so organized the enemy gave up.
It would allow getting nice rewards, but mean that you wouldn't get Top1 for placing towers without risking units : a smart MM can be a good SvS player without using a single asset.

• Overtime, repeated use can make older heroes valuable as well, bringing some balance when a lot of new heroes are released non stop.

There is no use of just getting a hero to lvl5/7 exclusive and then another better hero is released. Make older heroes strong if significant work is put up by the players, by means of warfare experience.

There are things TW could do to bring balance to these types of matches when they happen. It's called handicapping. You can add a +/- rating factor to the battle. This would encourage strategy over brute force. And maybe make the game more fun. Just a thought. Thanks.

That is much more difficult to code. Add in that it still means Mechs who do a good job, but don't ever see combat get zero recognition.

The reason they don't see combat directly stems from them doing a good job! They need something positive to reinforce that success.

As an example, our opponent last SVS had their Level 3 Ruin so stacked with Towers we left it alone. The responsible Mechs would still get individual points under my suggestion, they'd get nothing from yours. And yet, they did a great job... should get points.

I would like to request that maximo be reverted back to its original self and not be nerfed to the ground. Please upgrade the warzone troop level to Level 100 from 80. It's hard to test real time battles there now due to differences in HP of level 90+ troops vs level 80. Also HT at level 90+ in wze while troops at level 80 causing heavy disturbances.

the game was launched on dec2019 its been a long time of 4 years since the launch and 4 years of continuous changes and updates and since the past year we've been seeing some major changes like the level cap odin tech new events longer than el. but some have still been the same since the start of the game. id like to see some changes mentioned below.

1. new maps in expedition base 11,12,13,14,15 with harder battle each time with better rewards

2. new story quest / main quest since you've released level 100 with better rewards

3. some major changes in special effect upgrade center since they only give low buffs. like 30% atk.

5. release more island stages 15 is too easy now upgarde the reward also.

6.in the odinium tech add a ability for the MM to build a odinium gathering facility and CE abitlity to gather more.

7. separate the ranking between ce and mm and give point to mm for building facilities (in battle zone only) and also limit.

8. give exclusive skill shards in exchange for hero skill

9. update the stores u've released a lot of stuff and chests it time to get them into svs, expidition, legion, treasure stores.

Now that transfers are done by applications/approvals, and transfers are often closed for long periods, just make transfers free. That will really help the dead servers and FTP gamers. If not free transfers, then please just cut the cost drastically.

For the registration process for the Titan Canyon event, please change the participant requirements so that all players wanting to participate MUST be in their alliance when registration opens. This will help stop players who intend to prevent smaller alliances from participating by filling alt alliances and then jumping back to their alliance before registering.
