I want to say what I think anyone who has ever experienced a transfer cycle is thinking.

For the love of topwar, please figure out what you are doing about the transfer situation. Be transparent about when you are throwing these events so that we can stop wasting our time, resources, and energy organizing transfer cycles and planning the future of our accounts. Just for y’all to drop another event no one wants to do and ruin months of planning. This is exhausting. We understand you want to force us into conflict, at least be transparent about when we have the ACTUAL opportunity to transfer or receive transfers so at the very least we can prioritize our friends so people don’t quit.

Honestly- EL, TA, TA2 should be conflict or preparation events. Use that as motivation for people to voluntarily go to conflict instead of being shady and blindsiding everyone.

People are going to quit. People already are quitting, because it’s not fun to get separated from your friends. All because the game you spend thousands of dollars and hours on sucks at communication or doesn’t feel the need to be honest with their players.

This would require them to care about the player base. They've made it very transparent from the start they aren't open to feedback and have zero desire to actually succeed. Look at the 28485929273 open tickets about the "50/50" drop rate on purple tickets and then adamantly standing by the fact they're right and literally every single player is wrong.

They do this TA crap to purposely hurt the player base and force people into conflict. But all it does is cause people to quit. They refuse to actually put a system in place to get people into conflict so they'd rather break up groups and kill any desire to keep playing for anyone in support.

Literally every cap holder I'm working with in support is miserable right now trying to handle this transfer stuff. Half of them want to quit. Hell I'm quitting over it, but you already know this which is why I assume you made this post.

I had a Suggestion, why don't sell universal Skin Tickets, not only focused on 1 skin, like many people don't had 1000 usd to buy a skin, and many of the skins are upgrade-able from the basic form to the second or third or forth final form, and when you get the vouchers then you get lost a lot because the box has 100 vouchers to get the whole skin again, so it's a waste of tickets, but, if we had the Universal Skin Tickets, like 100, then you could upgrade your skin with like 80 and save 20 to upgrade another one in the case for example of Hidden Dragon to Dragons's Maw or Sky Arena to Floating Colosseum, if you take this in account, with 5 upgrades i had 1 another full skin and many people will even bought those Universal Skin Tickets at any time and upgrade their Upgradeable Skins and this is much money for TW, i propouse like 5 voucers for 3,99 usd and 10 voucers for 8,99 usd daily basis, or something like that

I'd like to request that throb vouchers are also dropped to players who initiate the rally. Not just the joiners. Joining rewards are limited to 50 per day so that's about 25 vouchers. I want to suggest a event for Arms Race or like a weekly event. So here we go
Its like a lucky draw event in which everyone who wish to participate in this event will have to put 500 gems each.
And all the people who have deposited 500 gems , there name goes to the lucky draw.
And as per the total amount of gems collected( for eg 10000 gems)
So as per system 3 people names will be choosen
1st price 5000 gems
2nd price 3000 gems
3rd price 2000 gems
This output👆 is based on the total gems that we took as example.

Also we can remove warhammer arms race and combine it with dark forces, where dark forces gives 1 point and warhammers will give 3 points.

If we dont want to change Arms race.. we can start this event as a weekly event that comes once in every month.

• Mirage feature when it's on, leaves shadows of your base on the world map ( after you teleport ) so your enemy will still sees you in your most recent location and realise that it's a fake base ( Mirage ) when they attack an empty shell ( shadow), however, Mirage feature will points out to your current location when it connects to your base so the enemy ( for a moment ) will knows which location to search for you .
  How it works : upon teleporting, A shadow that's identical to your base ( A twin) will disconnects from your base and remains in place while your base teleports, After 10-15 seconds, the the shadow ( Mirage) will connects to your actual base ( current location) in a fast speed, so it will give the enemies a glimpse of where you're ( at the moment)
  I hope I explained my idea and hope it gets implemented in the game.

As a 2nd suggestion, I'd like the " Exile & paradise" feature to be added.
Description: every player has a rating record in his/her profile 👍👎 and when that player hit a specific threshold, he or she will get either rewards or punishment that could be Exile when it hit the maximum limit, The voting wouldn't be in general but due to actions. For example: you have play silo event this week so a menu with the participants will appear to you and can rate their behaviour, someone attacked your base, unfriending or even reporting.
The voting points will vary due to the action itself, repeated offense will affected the points system as well.

• same ip get to vote once

I can't believe we waited for the countdown to get this. A decor building that can't even hold enough decor and the equipment remold that you can't see unless you have 4 already.

First lets start with the decor building. If you are allowing us to use it for decor, then EVERY decor should fit a 1x1 box. The decors that matter the most are 4x4 and will limit the space for it to be of any use. Honestly, I think it should hold all of the decor but I know you guys want to make a quick buck with the expansion items that will allow new tabs to be added. People asked for more space on their bases, but instead of making that possible, you added a building that can hold a handful of decor. This didn't need a countdown, you should've just said it was part of the patching.

Now on to the equipment. Yet again there is something that blocks off most of the players from using until they get a ridiculous pre-requisite fulfilled. Four golds to start remolding is insane. With the time it takes to make one, without spending, it will be locked off from many players for a long while (sounds like your power core scenario). Please just open it since it will require time anyways.

And on final note, I see you keep making the older heroes mutants, but not the ones that would make an impact. Who wants a mutant Tywin whose actual skill for gathering didn't get an increase. You should have at least trickled in Nimitz, Katyusha, Bassel, Tian, and Tsuru. Hell, you can toss in 914 and make at least one of his personalities get a buff somewhere. I am disappointed and wanted people's TW requests to be heard meaningfully, but you have found a way to make it a paid request. Since you want us to spend gems on random things, open those clouds up for water access at a 1000 gems a pop, I will gladly spend for something I need.

Dear MODS and DEV, it is speculated that TA will start before 7th of feb for server 2156.
We made plans to transfer to server 2430 but they open on the 10th. We look in to another server 2404 and go there as they have a second cycle on the 7th speculated during prep stage.

1. Is it true we cannot transfer during prep stage?
2. What can we do to not reach conflict zone? We reach conflict during TA so we we cannot transfer after.

Hi TW Team, my suggestion for uneven matchmaking in Svs or Woo would be to give the strong server some % of points and the weak server some % of points......i mean if strong server scored, let's say some 6000 points in Svs, then reduce them by some %, like 0.8% or something....then their points would be 4800........and the weak server, if they score 1000 points, increase them by 1.2% or 1.5%, so they become 1200 or 1500..........something like that.....this may not change the result, but reduces the points gap....

This atleast gives the weak server a hope to try........

Depending on the strong servers cp strength the % can vary .....

1. Would be nice to add alliance gifts to any and all purchases made in the game.

2. Allo the alliance leader to either move alliance members bases, or set assign spots so if they use the alliance teleport it puts them directly back in position.

3. Introduce something else an alliance can use the alliance tokens for. Right now only used on infrastructure would be nice to add an alliance store in game that the leader can use the tokens for.

Actually the game currently has a big weakness…1 player can defeat the whole server…and this makes the game boring and cause SVS/WOO’s result quite often is predictable…
why’s this happen? It is because the mode of battle is 1 on 1 basis. Even it is a rally, rally members just come to fight 1 by 1…that means 1 whale player can defeat 10000000000 normal players without getting any dmg assuming such size of rally is allowed…since every players just come up 1 by 1, all these normal players can’t give him 1 hit, and watch their rally member dead, then his turn to die…I’m sure…1 whale player (CP40 up)can defeat 1 million normal players (CP20 up)
Can the game actually change this format by allowing multiple players (maybe cap at 3-5 players) to join in 1 round together so that even 1 whale finish 1 player easily, he still need to bear attacks from the rest of 2-5 players

Hi, if I'm reading you correctly you can do this by using rallies where multiple people can join and aim at a target. Not sure what server you are but if you also have advanced mechs you have their buffs as well to add to the rally which is 20% increase in troop attack and 15% increase in troop damage, plus encirclement helps then if people have it in the rally it's effective.

No. That’s not what I mean. The current rally is just a 1-on-1 basis. It’s not a real teamwork and not realistic. Lemme give you an example.

Current rally: player A and B rally against player C. When the fight begins, A and C will have the fight first. After A loss, B will come up to be against C. If 3 players’ battle power are close enough, this fight is totally fine. But, when C is super strong (CP50M) vs A and B (CP30 player). C will finish A super easily, and finish B super easily as well. That’s why I said, even 1 million normal players rally against a whale player, the whale can still win easily. The rally buff is nothing but a joke. And the HT’s speed-up makes this situation worse

My suggestion: Player A and B rally against player C. When the fight begins, A and B will be grouped and fight against C together. When C attacks player A, player B starts attacking as well, rather than just sitting there and waiting for player A’s death, then his turn to be killed easily.

The buff that you mention doesn’t work, especially against a strong player. Just imagine when you are fighting against a server with a CP50M player in SVS, and your server has only several CP3xM players…im sure it will just be a shit show.

I believe with this change, teamwork will strength a lot. FTP and low-pay player could be more active because they can give some real dmg/defeat to Pay-to-win players. A whale player can’t bully a whole server.

Ofc it needa have more corresponding update, like shortening rally time or after collecting every rally memebers’ troop, the host can teleport and release the attack immediately. Those changes could make the game more exciting, and people are more connected.

As a little whale, I truly wish I could be defeated by low-pay players/FTP strategically and cooperatively. Not sure how other strong players think. To me, the game becomes more and more boring.

1: add some time limited events on the existing summon banners where orange/SSR Heroes have higher rates to get summoned with either red or green tickets
2: add ssr guaranteed tickets as rewards from certain events (see #4)
3: add a capitol defense event with better rewards than the dragon. It was a good event but far too long and a waste of vit, but the concept itself was decent.
4: make collabs with animes or series people might actually enjoy, I would have ideas for like 3-4 different series and anime on the top of my head and they would 100% get you more money than both Transformers and Evangelion. Far more. Heck, with One Piece for example alone you´d be raking in money like dagobert duck/Scrooge McDuck
5: show the highest CP in history to outside players too, rn you can easily remove like 15m CP from your strength in 5 minutes
6: start remerging servers, there´s not been a merge in like a year. People are getting desperate already.
7: getting gold shards is getting harder and harder, remove the gold boxes from events like the CNY one and replace them with boxes that can give out hero shards (random gold ones or gold and purple ones)
8: revamp odinium, the current rewards aren´t worth anything to any semi-active server. Not worth the time spent to participate.
9: finally remove that "World Rank" Button from the game, it´s not working anyway and as useless as #📍merge-requests by now

To keep this post on topic, feature request: start listening to your players and stop purposefully screwing with transfers, if you wanna stop em create an actual system and fix things.

Could you look at adding additional 'zones' to the transfer requirements, and narrowing the zone day limit? Perhaps leave Support at day 120, but every 60-90 days thereafter you go into the next 'tier' where it's just a numbering system afterwards? This could incentivize people to stay within their zones, so they know their enemies in things like SvS, WoO, EL, TA, etc etc are only going to be within their 60 day range. This would greatly help with balancing out the matchmaking for events so you don't have entire servers just getting discouraged repeatedly.

To clarify, you could still have transferring, and limit it the same way, where you could transfer to your same zone, or backwards to a previous, but you couldn't go forward.

Okay hear me out. We get 2 pages for our hero's skills, but it's super annoying to go swap between page 1 and 2. They exist for our convenience, can we make them more convenient? I suggest a very simple 2 stage idea:

1. When deploying troops we have small toggles under heroes to swap between page 1 and 2.

2. Presets allow you to pre-set these pages, just like how you can pre-set a formation.

For example my Preset 5 is what I use for World Boss, and before WB I gotta go swap my DMG- for ATK skills by switching from page 1 to page 2. If you let me do this, I could hit preset 5 when doing WB, and it would just send those troops using page 2. But later I could use pre-set 1 for a pvp fight and I'll get page 1.

Obv whatever page is selected currently in the heroes screen will be the default if not using a preset, just like it is now, so nothing even needs to change there.

Edit: as @torn fossil pointed out it could be a single button toggle per each either, don't matter as long as y'all can make it happen and make it work for presets

I'm curious why more effort isn't put into player retention. To make money you need to continuously get more & more players. But to get regular players you need to give them a reason to keep coming back. Have you considered having both a consecutive and cumulative rewards system?

For instance, players who log-in up to 2 consecutive days would receive a “common” reward. But after logging in 3 to 6 days, earn a chance to win an “uncommon” reward. From 7 days and beyond the chance to win a “rare” reward. When players miss just one day, the counter is reset, and they’d have to go back to receiving the lowest tier of reward.

I know that the tiers being reset might seem like a punishment to some. And that would make some quit. So to help avoid this I suggest a cumulative rewards system to be added as well. Rewards based on the total number of days a player has logged into the game overall.

On the 30th day logging on, a player would receive 2 gold shards and a exotic deco chest. Then on the 60th day increase that to 4 gold shards and a exotic deco chest. Every 30 days the rewards increase . But to really give people something to look forward to, every 180 days the reward should be something fairly significant to them. Something every player could find useful. How about that reward being players can pick one SSR hero that they want to swap their current star rank and perks to any hero of their choice (not including collaboration event heroes).

Adding a sign in prompt that disappears after you log in once until the next reset. Allowing players the option to edit their daily log in messages makes it more entertaining too. I think this type of fixed interval reinforcement will get more players in the habit of logging in which in turn increases their attachment to the game. And imo will increase player retention.

@gloomy lintel TW relies on rogue players. They won't help you make finding a KOS easier. A rogue player makes your game experience worse, which is actually what they want. A rogue is a net positive to a for profit war game, they don't want to help you stop them.

Change transfer zones to CP based. Servers are assigned their zone based on time, which should be extended some, and transfer rules for each zone should be based on the CP and not necessarily what zone you’re currently in. 5-40 can transfer to support servers - from anywhere, 40-50 can only transfer to conflict servers and 50+ can only transfer to total war servers. It would even out the playing field, improve the balance of the game and keep your moderate spenders happy and spending more when they feel like they have a chance of winning some battles. 1. Add more mines, it's too less for 8 servers especially when there is strong competition

I'm back again to make a loaded feature request, so please feel free (Rubes ) to use this as a way to improve the game.

1. Elite recruiting needs to be updated with heroes that are no longer part of the main marches for most but could be great marches for f2p. Heroes to update are 914, Ben, Fahed, Aya, Dante, and Katrina. Katrina especially considering she is no longer the whale preference, she has turned in to the Navy's coolest looking gatherer 👩‍🌾 . The fact that her shards are so hard to get when she is not even a main line hero anymore is beyond me and everyone else in the game. Can we fix that?

2. Alliance size needs to be realistic. If we upgrade the Territorial Expansion, the size should be able to accommodate 170 4x4 bases. No excuse on why that is not possible. That should be an easy fix and it would make players be more intrigued with attaining it. No reason to go out for it if you will still have the alliance moves putting them outside of it hive.

3. March queues need a rework 😩 . With the addition of new queues every base skin drop, the stats never change. There is only one march queue that has a holding stat and that is weird. You are not making them worthwhile, and for a business about making as much money as possible , you would think this would be a cake walk. People could literally get by just by using the basic tank and troop queue cause you are not putting in the effort there.

4. Item and Relics ruins need a rework. The ruins need to evolve with where the game is.

5. Where are the damn lvl 5 odinium tiles we keep asking for ? And lets be real, the odinium tiles in the dimensional mines needs to give more an hour. No reason they are doing less than the ones on the map. FIX IT!! 💢

6. I noticed you started shirking what we are buying and cutting the items down . In the Valentines Limited pack the $8.99 gave one decor piece and then the $19.99 gave one as well. Weird, this was not the case a few months back but ever since you wasted our money on bringing Shaq the gatherer in the game you have been slacking and scamming . And speaking of scamming, why are Heartthrobs getting so VIT costly? The drop rate are and you know it. You don't have enough items in that store to even demand that much VIT.

And finally custom rewards. Add some new stuff to that, cause I know of NO ONE who got all five items and used one of those slots for R&D plans.

Currently I’m in TA2 in 2216. Due to your staggered ark schedules, there are not enough opponents in this one ark opening (we can only enter this one ark) so most of our alliance members can’t get the points towards the achievement.

Many of us did the whole event with 0 points from the ark. As you can see in the picture we are against 24 opponents in the ark while we have 128.

We can’t fight in the other arks because they all have different timers. We sit around doing nothing. We can’t earn tokens or get the achievements. The ark event from last eternal lands was way better. The ark timers all hit 0 at once and we were able to enter any that we wanted.

Fix this ASAP or it’s a hugely wasted source of tokens and interest in the event. I imagine this will make many people bored and quit.

The rest of the arks open in a few days... It's just slowly easing everyone into it. You're going to be able to go into all of them in the coming days and the remainder of the event. They probably did this so you couldn't just speed run the achievements in 2 days!

Just clarifying. I think it's a bit silly, too, but it's not staggered and alternating daily. It's just limiting what you have access to in the beginning. They all will be open in a couple days. This is how it was in TA1; assuming it's the same in TA2.

If you're having all 8 servers in the same dimensional mines with no increase in availability, it makes it impossible unless you're on exactly at reset. I work and for the second day in a row I've used every detect and came up empty except one gold mine lol. Last night I watched an odinium mine count down to 0 and as soon as it did, tw flipped the page. Also since we in TA2 can't leave, we've lost access to ruins and other things that give class items. You say we can grow much quicker in TA but only if you're not mid to high 80s. Fix it please.

Map the whole map accessible for both servers, but only have ruins giving points on the chosen side. Players can bubble outside of that zone but only on home server. Add in facility shields so players can still gather when they go offline for the day/night or whatever.

Why have an ark battle where 95% of the players cannot earn military tokens or achievement points when the whole point of the event is to earn both before the fighting starts…and half of those players who can earn a matchup in the ark have no chance to earn military tokens because it’s an extremely unfair matchup.

You DO earn points even in unfair matchup. Sometimes it'll be a landslide either way. Sometimes it will be close. You get military coins for your own troops dying. Even if you lose terribly. It's still going to give you something and a round towards your individual achievement.

The other arks open soon. Just be patient. It's not a speed run event. It's like a month long. You have plenty of time to do everything the event has to offer.

Even if you complained like crazy here, they wouldn't do anything about it this round. By the time someone even relays your message, assuming they do, all the arks will already be available to you.

Edit - just because some people do not need to be eased in slowly, because they've been around so long, does not mean others do not appreciate it. Veteran players of 1-2+ years are not the only ones in TA.

The ability for servers to request to fight eachother. So that if both servers have X amount of votes to fight eachother in SvS, they will get matched the following week. For instance an ingame mechanic that allows lvl80’s to pick a server they want to fight. And if X amount (say 50) lvl80’s from EACH server vote to fight eachother during the same picking cycle they get matched regardless of ranking. It’s optional and not mandatory as well, so normal matchmaking proceeds if a mutual match is not made. And scoring/server ranking is not affected by the outcome, so it can not be used to farm wins. This way servers like 1302 1304 1427 1244 and 1096 can fight eachother and have actual fun matchups. Instead of blowing out smaller servers and then getting blown out by supers…..

Why are cosmetic changes in focus, while the game has elementary balance issues?

In 2h of dev-time the antiquired imbalance related to number of units per troup type could be fixed or heros could be balanced but the only changes which are made, are those which do not improve the game, respectively worsen it.

Hi Top War, in EL or TA we have to up the Rally Timer from 1min Default to 3mins normally.

1. Could 3mins become the default.
2. On the Rally auto join, could you add the ability for us to set the auto join based on this Timer, 1min, 3min, 5min. This means the auto join would only try to join us to missions we could actually get too in time. So for example, I set my auto join to 3mins. My auto join then ignores any rallies setup for 1min.

Rework rally fighting to where it's not just 1v1 for multiple rounds.

Make it so each player in the rally is fighting during same rounds, and the person on defense is getting a random opponent at a time that they can fire back at until either their defense fails, or the offense all gets wiped out.

This would give a lot more opportunity for strategic play instead of just 1-5 people deciding the fate of TA/EL and who will win. The current system for fighting with rallies makes them pretty worthless to use.

If all members of an offensive rally fired at once on the target, then lower level players that may not spend as much wpuld still he able to have some value in a combat situation, even if they had to trade horribly together to do so and make that impact.

FIX ARKS THIS IS UNPLAYABLE

Arks are now an unplayable pile of garbage and you refuse to even address it. You lap the map out big, small, big, small, etc, but then you restrict us to adjacent Arks.

A) It's unbalanced so we're getting results where it's 80 to 10 and nobody is getting matches

B) it creates a terrible situation for small servers just getting shredded with zero chance. You complain you want to fix "transfers coming to bully players" but then you force small players to just get bullied? No wonder people morale is down, the problem is y'all.

C) I'm 14 rounds in 0 matches, yet others are 5/7 in a single Ark. The probably that many people have done that many repeat rounds while others have done none of statistically impossible.

You literally give us a ranking for EL based on how we do in arks then don't even let us play in arks? Open them up so we can go to any ark, then literally everyone will be getting matches. This is asinine in the fact that you won't even acknowledge this issue is baffling.

As a lot of players use more than 1 character, and have to do daily tasks twice or even more often, there is a significant amount of alts left behind, even within a highly active server as ours.

So i want to suggest to have an option to once merge 2 Level 80 characters, as the game is about merging stuff anyway.

Everything similar to the implementation of the new tech tree a while ago.

Just put off everything and the player decides which acc will stay and rebuilt it with all the stuff from both characters. (shards, profession chests, HT,...)

Whoever wants to do this, would get this option, everyone else might start off a second character to merge some day.

During the wb or svs or sandtable multiple factors like facilities, alliance badge, base buffs, and territory buffs comes into play so the results are always varied and inconsistent to compare. Also, changes in the player's strength and the opponent's strength are other factors that don't allow us to have consistent results to compare.

I have a suggestion I'm not sure how this would sit with everyone. How about weekly gifts per alliance that would be rewarded by r5 and r4 because servers work hard together it takes multiple alliances of leaders should there not be more rewards to be able to hand out for a whole server or at least better rewards in capital? Component chests are no longer considered a good reward and purple hero shards as well.. increase capital rewards and rework capital rewards to be on par with current game mechanics and offer some kind of extra rewards for all servers. Even small servers have over 100 active accounts 20 gifts a week is a joke. #📮│game-suggestions please consider reworking capital rewards and possibly adding another individual rewards system per alliance 🙏

Please change the interface for alliance skills to be activated. Once the skill is completed the “donate” button is simply replaced by “release” which makes it way too easy to accidentally activate. The release feature would be better suited elsewhere.

Add additional variations to war of odinium - this is an instanced style battle so testing out many different maps should be possible without impacting main game. Rotate between a random pool of increasing maps - each with different strategies, layouts and rewards. So many options! From tower defence style to capture the flag or even creative pvp/pvp fusions. As it is instanced you could trial them out without fear - let the community vote periodically on what is best and what they hate.

We just got to Zone 3 yesterday but no fighting, and no fighting in Neutral Canyon, and like MAYBE ,20 Ark fights total across both arks all week. I have a request about the warning that the game will shut down. Currently, this warning is issued many hours before the server actually goes down. Unfortunately, the warning is then useless. If we have tasks due, such as guild or radar missions, we may as well do those. There is very little chance the server goes down within the 5 minutes we need for that. So if that then happens, it still comes as a surprise. No one warned that the server would then go down. The game only notified us that it would go down some time in the afternoon.

I am proposing to issue this warning only when the downtime is actually upcoming. Like 5 minutes in advance. Or perhaps 3. I'd consider even 10 minutes too many for it. If the warning is issued 3-5 minutes in advance, it would be actionable. We would hold off from doing guild missions, leave the march out in the field if applicable, and then do the missions after the maintenance. That is much more useful that the way it is now.
