How about an ability to trade gems for equivalent $$$ amount in game using those gold blocks (Used as in game currency), that way if people want to save for certain events, they can do so without having to spend a kidney on the game for simple necessary upgrades? Very difficult to play late game without certain items.

Noticing many players drop off / quit the game later on when they get to this point where $$$ is 100% required and time alone can do nothing for them.

Why are new servers like 23×× are getting a huge amount of VIT limits even as a F2P which is even higher than VIP 9 of old server players? Every event after EL has been VIT-consuming so far. And looks like this is going to be like that in future events as well. So please it's a request to make it FAIR for old server players to cope with VIT requirements when they transfer to new servers. How about setting a 'big event' period every few months, but the event each server gets is voted on by the server? So some could choose to go into EL more often, others TopStar, TA, etc. etc. ?

This would let certain servers build towards specific goals, rather than just being at the mercy of whatever devs feel is necessary. A little more freedom to choose your server's path in the game.

If you want to extend period for deep sea hunting to 8 hours, then you should give more than just 30% more rewards, as it's now 6h, and it would be 7,8h (7h 48m), not 8h.

It's simple math, and if you do it in this way, you're just nerfing deep sea.

If you want to give something to players (for free), give 40% more rewards, or make it 10 days instead 7 days event.

🎟️ when transferring you cant only transfer into your select zone, the makes it incredibly annoying even more if you have friends in the other zones or if your zone is dead

❕larger players can just stay in the select war zone by just buying there way up, this puts new player at a disadvantage and free to play players

🔻 this also puts smaller severs at a disadvantage and leads to making one big sever in the zone 770 and making tons of dead or smaller ones

👺 it also prevents you from transferring up until severs get old have you to wait incredibly long to get into newer severs that pass into your zone

💡why not make newer severs only allow lower combat powered players allowing smaller accounts into the newer severs and keeping the whales in larger older severs

we need some features for gold spending. I have currently 62.8ff and have everything maxed out. the mechanical master skill which gives 25 boxes daily is also a waste, it should provide some choice like an item ruin where we can select something like:

2. equipment materials
3. equipment blueprints

I would also suggest we get like a traveler on the server map where they visit each server a day and then you can buy something with the gold which you need.

Increase the individual point values you accrue from holding ruins and Capital on BOTH offense and defense. Due to TopWar poor matching system players shouldn’t have to fall short of minimum 30k individual rewards for being matched with clearly inactive servers.

If a player shows up to play SVS, they should be able to obtain 30K points by occupying ruins and Capital for more than half the time. Currently how things are, it discourages players from participating and hinders further teamwork and growth in the server. Please make some adjustments ASAP!

This game has currently 80 hero of which like 15 are needed or are of use as a lvl80 player. Some new hero go even directly to the garbage bin like the latest shows.

It uses 500 resource types of which only 5% (odinium, corn, oil, gold and others ) are not attributed randomly. And gold became from the most important the most useless one.

Even the outcome of fights are by a big part random (since this game was sold to a new company) and all events became 80% random.

Calling this the best strategy game in the world is a laugh, as strategy is as much needed here , as I need strategy to play lottery!

When I started this game it was fun, as hero were predictable and I could level up faster than others. Even 4h shields were usefull to hit and run. Now as a vip12 lvl80, it became an endless clicking , boring game im order to get some ramdom wins. The only way to be better than others is to spend more!

I feel being cheated! And my finger hurts as I need to click 1000x a day to just do the booring daily tasks.

I want back a game where strategy matters and where I can conquer things and actually beat in teamwork enemy. SVS is the last resort... odinium and EL became useless due to your matching pleasing 🐳 server only!

What is needed to achieve this is written all over in this chat but you ignore all of us, as you care only about money and not about creating a good game. You became like EA... (electronic arts) the worst game producer in the world.

• I would love to see a way to get rid of my excessive purple universal shards like adding them to the exchange store OR some special limited exchange event. 500 or 5000 of those purple ones for 100 or 1000 gold shards.

(Already reported ingame with video but the devs(?) havent took the time to watch it. Instead they just replied how to use it instead of taking the consideration that it really isnt working.)
Bug report with suggestion:

• Fix the Base skin ZH-2 Conqueror / Wavebreaker, skill isnt working anymore and it isnt a device problem nor a user problem. Not working on PC or on 3 other different devices. Once I click on the skill / use the skill I can not select a target base. It doesnt show the interact button. No matter what I try to do.
  -> May re-do this skill and give some atk /hp /dmg inc/dec buff so this base is a bit more useful.
  (Animation could be: the rocket shoots in the air on the own base or selected area and then there expands some light fog which will give bases in the area the specific buff. )

This feature is a good idea, BUT I think it needs to be tweaked. You are assuming that everyone has 4 golds that they are willing to randomly get another gold. These are hard to come by unless you are a big spender on the mech. My suggestion which would cater to the entire community - do the same thing but allow purples to be merged. I am assuming 85% + of the players in this game have majority of purples with a random gold in the mix, allowing purples to be merged for a better purple or maybe a random chance of becoming a gold would not only give people incentives to want to spend a little bit but would also allow the F2P players to grow a bit as well. Thoughts on this? Would the majority agree with this and like to see this feature added to the mech?

Bring back server merges. When a server barely had enough active players to fill one alliance, a handful of transfers doesn't help any. Maybe if servers had more active players they might stop complaining about your horrible inability to match servers for WoO and SvS.

With the new HT and ATK speed being something that can be used, suddenly Maximo can proc at the beginning of the battle and you can lose a third of your troops before the battle begins. Even Army is getting destroyed with this new feature. I suggest the following; new hero skill, "The fog of war." Where the 2nd and 3rd rows are not seen by heroes before the battle begins and only the front row can be targeted. Meaning, Max and other strong heroes can still proc, but only units in the front row can be hit before either player has attacked.

Second thing in my agenda since you began to sell Katrina, is mutate her next and simply raise her current levels by 70 to 80%. If she were to gry en exclusive skill, I suggest "The fog of war" mentioned above unlocking at level 5 es.

Lastly, we have a number of heroes that most of us have put on the bench and unless they have a, "Not required to be in battle." Distinction, this is a lot of money we have tied up in heroes we no longer use. We should be able to trade in these skills for universal skill shards at 33% of their original value. Thereby reducing by 1 level. The same can be said about decor we no longer use such as fountains or transformer decor which we should be able to convert into decor upgrade shards.

Does actually any of the developper play this game? One event after the other... all aiming on vit ... giving rewards like 5-minutes speed up and other useless stuff. Tons of heros with no other plan behind than making old onese obsolete and no chance to upgrade old paid hero...

Then you make some fancy upgrade on standard hero, making newcomer believe they are worth investing (they are not)... since I started this game 2 or more years ago, the game went from good to bad to crappy...

If you want really that we continue to pay money for this, then add some strategic element and balance ALL hero in a way that it actually matters to have more hero... and why you do not make svs-events where people of same VIP can fight vs each other? each VIP level could be its own class and you get vip champions... what sense does it make to match svs, if at the end it only counts who has the higher vip player?

1.- Could be possible to had a Set/Unset Button on each hero for a predefined skill configuration?
Like, Rare World Speed Farm, Common World Speed Farm, Rare Food/Oil Speed Farm, Common Food/Oil Speed Farm, then you set as you'll predefined.
Go to the hero, set config, next hero and next hero same, send to the resource tile, after goes there, unset the skills and continue with the next farm troop.

It takes almost 1 minute to set each 3 hero troop and then another minute to unset, most farmers get tired to set and unset skill chips on their heroes and this broke the fingers up.

Today I counted the clicks needed to do the daily tasks in Topwar with a special tool that count only the clicks done within Topwar.

Also allow the hero plan to be changed in the battle screen. This is so I can set gold production on plan 2 of my gathering heroes and when I send them to gather I can quickly switch them to plan 1. Allow to use a large amount of gems to reset a hero (10k or more to convert back to a new recruit. So you get gold shards and exp books back). Maybe set a limit on how many times this can be done so players don’t use it to move shards around all the time. Maybe only allow one reset per hero. Once you reset Ben, you can’t reset him anymore.

Can’t even try to play catch up when a new hero is released so often which then makes the heroes that people have been working on for forever useless… Release more gift codes over heroes. TW world is like a mini copy of the real world - there are normal people, and then there are trolls :(. Unfortunately there aren't really any tools in TW world to deal with those trolls - they can't be kicked out of the server (TW probably would have no legal grounds for that), they can only be muted so they don't spray vile in chats, but they can troll payers with endless base attacks and farm raids. It's especially bad if if a whale goes bad or his account gets hijacked and turned into a whaletroll. In the real world, bad guys get put in jail, so I think you need to create a new capitol post in the rebel posts section - jailbird. Holder of this post is not able to attack any base or tile, they can only farm and hit darks and the world boss and he cannot be attacked either - sort of like a mandatory shield assigned by the server leader. You can argue that this could be misused by a mean server leader, but so could all the other rebel posts in capitol, I don't have the statistics but I would guess that there are a lot less mean server leaders than there are single trolls that spoil the gameplay for their server mates. So please, give us the option to put a bad guy in jail for his crimes against the server 🙏

Guys please add some features for long time motivation of all players. I am a high spender but the game only attracts me to spend because i am competing on a high level. For many low budget players there aren’t much opportunities to compete. You can change your warzone mechanics and make it like a soccer league. First week place 1-3 advance to next tier. Over time you would have players on same power level in a tier with the opportunity to advance to next tier. Fun fact: this would also attracts people to spend 😉

Same logic for SVS warzone. Best 20 of each tier will be in SVS warzone according their tier. Like diamond league, gold, silver etc.

Give low Spenders or f2p players opportunity to compete and have success on their Level. I am convinced some will start to spend more. Win-win situation.

Allow MMS to build a new building, the mine field if an enemy servers players march goes over the tile it’s built on it goes 30% slower for the rest of its journey and it will loose all shields and dmg reduction that the units in the march have. These are unlocked after 3 hero and before moral and take 500 Odinium and 120ee gold to make, these are invisible and take 3 mins to build you can make unlimited amounts of them and they are countered by using a special march skin which is free but has a -25% march speed

Edit: once they get hit they take 2 mins to re-arm and you can’t port or build on them

If transfer rules are changing to get rid of zone requirements, could we get 1 free transfer to all players so everyone gets a chance to get to where they want to go? Many people rushed to transfer before Top Star locked transfers, and wasted tickets because this information was not available.

The current transfer policy and match making is unfair. 2197 didn't get top star but in SVS we are matched with players over 40m cp since we went into support zone. We didn't allow whales in as we are in a newish server but now are matched every week with players who have transferred up to avoid conflict zone. Some are 2 years in the game and with all the decors base skins etc they were able to get.. we can't match it and we have vip 16 players getting zeroed by vip 12. It's unfair. Even the biggest spenders can't cope with it. There isn't any way to strategise to win as these players can beat us even when we have towers. We have no way to win.

Let's say I'm an army main running Crom, mega, shinji. I've also got an airforce running Max, Selina, and prime. My prime has af skills, but isn't perked yet, it's also es5 vs my es7 shinji.

Ideally I want to set my AF defense to be max/Selina/shinji, because even with army skills is a better choice. Assuming my main is out I want it to put that prime, with all the AF skills, into that empty spot. But instead y'all have it like "prime is an army hero, here's a Starscream with no skills, he'll be great!".

Honestly defense setup is the worst, most out dated, least intuitive part of this game. There's no point in rolling out "universal" heroes and making it difficult to use them well.

Ok, here’s an idea to allow people way down the skill tree get some more incentive to grind more, and make themselves more versatile!!

Multi Class: Allow a change back and forth between CE and MM. But, not using a Class Switch Ticket.... Don’t write this idea off yet, stay with me...

Once you were far enough down your main class tree… I’m thinking after Morale is completed, Multi-Class would open up for researching, possibly hanging off to the side of Morale. I think this unlocking is optional to the feature

Once Multi-Class is unlocked, it would open some way you can switch from your current class, to the other. BUT, that class would be initially AT THE BEGINNING. So, unlike the class switch ticket, where you are at the same tree spot, you would have to grind that out separately.

Once unlocked, you could switch back and forth, with some level of cooldown, like maybe once per reset?

Imagine all the fun new unlocking, and usefulness to your server of being able to multi-class.

More transfer tickets available per 15 days in alliance store. Make them get progressively more expensive (15k, 20k, 25k, etc) so it incentivizes being a contributing member of the alliance consistently.

In my opinion best format for WZ is the SvS WZ where you can test more realistic weapon vs. weapon and best out of 3 wins. Local WZ format become obsolete especially with introduction of HT. Now, you, a 2400atk/250dmg navy at a march in excess of 220 you loose to a new entry air just because Max is there. Is not fair and does not give a real screenshot of what you really can do in a SvS. So, my vote is in favor to extend SVS WZ format everywhere.

yes and I also mentioned that as a concern in my suggestion. However, perhaps you have statistics on how many complaints there are from players about server leaders abusing their power (because even the current capitol posts permit that, albeit in mild version) versus how many requests you have regarding stopping, expelling or any other kind of help against a single player spoiling the game for the whole server. if these stats are about equal then sure, c’est la vie, but if not then perhaps it's still worth considering, especially since just shielding is a very mild restriction too, they can still play, they just can't attack bases. By the way, most of this kind of rebels spend 99% of their time hiding under shields anyway, they only take it off for their raids.

I think it wasn't the point. 2197 just past 120 days and no one in the server can cope with the match making. Why because current transfer policy means that people can keep transferring up to avoid the next zone. Therefore the new people cannot cope with servers who accept people who have been 2 years in the game or more. They have decors base skins mastery and million things they have got over time. I am vip 12 and we have player vip 16. We cannot complete with players 2 years in the game because we didn't have the same opportunity. We have a couple of 20m guys but we are matched against people 45m in cp and they have like 30 to 40 players 30+. Since dropping into this zone.. no one can compete with these high level players who keep transferring up. Why are matched against them week in week out? Just makes a lot of people quit they game and ok you don't about f2p players but I have 2 accounts vip 12. That's a lot of money I paid and unable to event compete

Dear dev, couple of suggestion about svs:

• Improve svs matching: this is core in such a game built on competition. How it’s today: whale server vs dead server it’s really boring for both sides. If you lack ideas, open a dedicated channel and do brainstorming, a lot of experienced players will give very smart ideas to achieve a fair matching and above all keep the game appealing for all.

• Make the defending team gain points too from protecting home ruins and capital, why only the attacking team got it?

• Make ruins and capital give way more points than base hit: this will force people to really play as a team to defend buildings instead of going and hunting for individual points. As it is today, players that bring the server win (by defending building) are not the one that gets the best rewards. Rebalanced it please!

• Make MM score with weakening & strengthening (add a cap if you’re afraid of people spamming). Today as it, it’s really boring to be a MM as you are step back in fight and almost no recognition for your effort?

It might be requested before already but I’d like to suggest an option for R5 and position holders (vice, war commander,…) to throw player marches from alliance facilities (oil, food, R&D,..) from Silos (during silo event for example) and from alliance forts (during alliance defense for example). Sometimes it’s just required to remove some players or marches and the only option right now is to remove players from alliance. This causes the player to lose ability to attack the droid, get ruin rewards and so on and in worst case it causes problems. Please consider to add this option. Thanks

Idea for improving Eternal Land Event – introduction of terrain
Currently, stronger servers in each group can just roll over the entire map in eternal land. There is little scope for strategy and tactics which is strange for a war game. To make each eternal land event more varied, different types of terrain could be added to the map. For example:
Hills – defending player gains +750 HP all units for the better defensive location
Canyons – attacking player loses 75 from march size they can send when attacking here, due to restricted space
Marsh – inaccessible area where combat elite players cannot move or attack. Only mechanical players (who were mechanical at the start of the eternal land event and still are mechanical) can move or attack here
Rivers – cannot be crossed unless a bridge is built and controlled to link the areas (like the gates), with maximum 1 base per 10 minutes allowed to cross in either direction. A bridge needs to be built and controlled before forts, power stations etc can be built on the far side
Deserts – inaccessible areas (like the mountains already) to create some pinch-points and variety on the map. No-one can move here and buildings and facilities cannot be placed on the desert
Cities – defending player gains +150 damage reduction all units for the better defensive advantage
The aims of this feature request are (1) make eternal land event more varied (2) make the event much more tactical instead of just covering the map in all directions (3) forcing more teamwork and strategy discussion since the scenarios will vary by terrain (4) give defending/retreating servers more hope and opportunity to defend parts of the territory

Allow us to have marches outside our base during individual defense. If the problem is that no one can attack us during SvS, fix it by disabling ID during SvS. It's better solution for us.

We can't build our facilities for ourselves, strengthening facilities have to be lvl 5 (not all have them), and those that are far advanced, they can't build repair facilities for themselves. Which is very bad, why should anyone hurry moral perks, and then not be able to use it?

it is said that EL and SVS are server wide events, but this is not really the case, as for example you can't reinforce weakening and strengthening towers of other alliances. So my suggestion, to make SVS and EL a bit more a real serverwide event, is (if it is possible) to change this, so that it is possible to reinforce other alliances' towers.

Can the developers in charge of scheduling SvS tournament put in a modicum of effort?

There are three servers who ACED the entire tournament. They fought 8 servers, and gave up NOT A SINGLE POINT.

Why are these three servers not fighting one another in the tournament? More importantly, why are these servers matched with servers that have a negative winrate in SvS???

Now my gripe is not that other servers won and mine didn’t. My gripe is your match making is absolutely garbage. Here’s how my servers SvS tournament went:
Game 1 : win 6720 to 0
Game 2: win 6720 to 0
Game 3: lose 0 to 6720
Game 4: win 6720 to 0
Game 5: win 6720 to 0

This is not a competitive, nor a fun environment to play in. You are either manually match making servers and intentionally appeasing whale servers, or your match making algorithm was generated by a child mashing a keyboard.

Please consider putting in just the slightest bit of thought and effort when crafting SvS tournaments.

This 5 per cycle between tournaments may have been based on a good idea, however, it greatly hinders servers you aren't trying to target and slow down.

Mid-level, still developing servers that managed to get into the top 8 now are losing valuable recruits because of it. There was no warning of the change until after locks were put in. There is no clear information as to whether it is 5 total between tournaments or 5 per cycle between tournaments (which would be 15 in total).

Please reconsider and maybe lock the top 2 servers verses the top 8.

How about removing the Total War transfer restriction on servers that have less than X amount of active players? Players on dead servers shouldn't have to be forced to transfer to an older server, or wait over a year to transfer to a newer one.
