Perk tree glitch while in EL
Thursday last week while in EL I used 2 reclass tickets from CE to MM and then back to CE, when back at CE I brought a reset ticket in order to use speedups to get points for the daily event.
Unfortunately the 2 reclass tickets was used within a few seconds and the system didn’t realize that I was back in combat elite mode and it returned gears instead of Nameplates.
So the only fix is, either TopWar to reclass the gear to nameplates or I need two reclass tickets, 1 one to get to MM and rebuild the tree then another to get back to combat elite.
As you can see from the replies from TW support, the supporter is actually supporting me here - but those in charge don’t give a f...🤷🏼
he lack of support tells a lot about the loyalty TW has towards their customers.🤔

Without any fix, conclusion or reply - the ticket has now been shut down and TW has deleted all conversations and chat history in my account

Can you please improve the UI/UX of playing War of Odinium in BROWSER like Windows Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome? I remember playing it just fine before but the most recent one (playing Odium in Browser) was horrible. There was no mini map display and the only buttons I can click was exit and repair. I had to manually click and drag to all points of the map like a blind, literally just to go somewhere. The display screen was in a phone mode and it was never fun. I don't know what happened but it was definitely a NO-NO. I wasn't able to snip a screenshot for hurrying over to my phone so I won't miss the game. Please improve the War of Odinium gaming experience in browsers.

The only info I’ve been able to get on this is that they are changing the regions of those servers I have not been able to get a clear answer as to whether they plan to change all of them and make them compatible for transfers again or not. But between my two alliances on two different servers along with 45 of our members that we sent to a free server to escape a war zone until 1302 became available, so we could all be together! It was opened for one round of transfers 25 of us made it to 1302 the rest of us appear to be stuck and separated….

The easiest way to see if it’s possible you can check the list (screenshot) if the server doesn’t appear there, than it’s impossible to transfers there. You may have to wait until the zone fits or Riot games are changing the region (in progress, takes some time). You may can ask an mod, who can say when they finished with Region change of that server.

Yes that’s what I did. We were able to transfer as of yesterday. Because 1302 became a total war zone may 12th I believe & we transferred 25 people on the 19th. I believe you are correct from what I’ve gathered about the region change. But I am getting mixed answers on whether or not they will be changing the rest of our regions as well. Or if there will be no more changes and they won’t ever be able to transfer to 1302….

There looks to be an error in the new CP calculation for exclusive skill levels 7/8/9 (and possibly 10 but I can't check that). Up to 6 they all look correct and sequential (and the same as rare skills of the same level). The value of a level 7 exclusive actually drops below that of a level 6 and then they climb steadily again (for levels 7/8/9 they are the same as a normal skill of that level instead of a rare one). For example, exclusive 6 is 16,000 (Same as a rare 6). But exclusive 7 is 12,400 (same as a normal 7). Likewise for exclusive levels 8 and 9

Due to el, i guess many forgot SvS was never lagfree, that's the normal SvS of top war, can't teleport, scout report after 1 mins, someone burns u and u n get to know after 20 sec, can't send march to ruin or enemies, etc

Sorry for reporting it late - didn't have chance to this afternoon, but there was terrible lag on 770 home server during svs. (Not sure if it was the same on enemy server). Impossible to do view of your base to adjust or repair troops. On the map when looking or moving, it all just locked and phased out. I thought you had this improved for svs since the last few have been better, but today was just terrible like it used to be. (And I'm not just asking for odinium compensation or other compensation here. Simply that the lag is fixed. I don't know if it is related to these server changes / location changes which are being made) - thanks

Hello! I just discovered a new Bug.
When i was having 2 heroes my Navy Atk was 804%, once I unlocked my 3rd hero, i put Nimitz as a 3rd, which is 4 stars. His Navy Atk at 4 stars is 65,4% and i have a skill which is Navy Atk Lv 6, that gives me 60% more Navy Atk. So based in that, my Atk of navy has to be 804% + 65,4% (Nimitz passive) + 60% (Navy atk skill lv 6) = 929,4%. When i attack someone in the Warzone, my stats are going to be 955% on Navy Atk, but if i get attacked by someone in Warzone, my Stats are lower WAY TO MUCH to 855%. I haven’t used anything more or less, and I haven’t changed any skills on heroes. To do the math, from 804% atk with 2 heroes, now i need to have 929,4% with 3 heroes. Please fix this problem because i am losing lots of rewards on warzone, and I can’t even play anymore like this. First 2 screenshots are from the moment when i got attacked, my stats are lowered by 100%. Next 2 are from the moment when I attacked, my stats are going higher with 100%. The problem here is another one. The 5th and 6th screenshots are from when i was using 2 heroes march, there it says 804% navy atk, so with nimitz, it was to be 125% more, from his passive skill and his navy atk lv 6 skill. The problem there is that my stats are not counting.

My “Others” on the navy atk says 100% when i am attacking someone, and 0% when i got attacked by someone.

Player can only move to server who are listed at the tap with blue icon at transfer menu. If the server not listed than also they can’t transfer. The list can be Update daily / weekly / monthly.
So check it time by time . If still not listed than there is no way to transfer

I am sure you didn’t get the orange chest. The arrow only points to the actual price for a short time. Afterwards it goes back to the original state. (The orange box is then permanently displayed)

Limiting transfer spots for servers but not allowing servers to approve each individual player before they hop into the server is asinine. The transfer system is no an Guarantee system. So you have to look at it on a daily basis. Unfortunately.

As the list changes from time to time, they check this in a few weeks or months.

The class swap event existed because previously there was no way to switch items once they were returned. The new profession allows you to use BOTH types of items therefore eliminating the need for the swap event.

To use your nameplates use the swap tickets you were given, or buy more with gems. Please note this isn’t a bug, but done by design.

The bot isn’t correct than. If you don’t see the server at transfer menu ingame at the tap with blue icon than you can’t transfer to this server. Only to the server who are listed.
The transfer system is not an guarantee system. Server can change daily.

If your desired server is not currently listed, then check the ingame list in a few days or weeks.

Previously, the March is used to return mid way when the supply box is taken by someone else. My march never went to the empty location and came back.

But this time the march is going all the way to box location which is empty and coming back even there is no box. Which is a bug and this needs correction or update.

It's not about slow or fast it's about basic thing if the box is taken then the match sent for it should return back without going all the way to empty box location and come back. Hope I am clear this time

I cannot agree with that. Simply you can cancel every march and bring them back so quickly. But if you do nothing than the march go to the location and return after he is at the point you start the attack.

That option is not there. I tried to recall but it won't work in supply. Sorry to say this but seems you don't have basic idea about supply contest and how it works.

Next time try to recall your March which is sent for any box. It will display a message similar to "March won't be recalled". In supply you can only speedup the March but can not recall it once it's on.

If there was any actual 'Customer Care,' the Developers would have seen our initial pleas on May 23rd (yes, 10 Days ago) and done something about it by now. We have over 50 Players who have been SPENDING on Transfer Tickets since January in anticipation of 1302 Opening up to Transfers on May 11th. However, the Devs scheduled EL right before our Transfer, pushing us back a further 9 Days. Now, when we're in the middle of our move, we are blocked AGAIN. Some of our Players have been patiently waiting since Last Year for this Transfer, and are now looking at nearly an entire Month of Additional Developer-Caused Delays. We have all been patiently abiding by Timelines established by the Developers and Relying on them to follow the schedule They themselves established. This Additional Delay has been caused Solely by actions the Developers have taken and are leaving at least 50 Players twisting in the wind. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed NOW.

Sorry but scheduled events aren’t scheduled around your transfer window. Sometimes schedules clash, that’s the way the cookie crumbles. 10 days (as per your post) is way after the implementation of the moves, your post were seen but irrelevant the the bigger picture alignment.

These developments have been requested by the broader community for over 18months and have been in process for over 6months.

Phase 1 - aligned EU and new servers in the US. This improved stability of the app and game play for many.

Phase 2 - aligns Old US servers to the new US system. This breaks down barriers of play for the many. In time this will make servers more accessible and open competition.

I’m sorry you aren’t satisfied but many players are in this situation and are being patient knowing that the few extra days/weeks of waiting is of HUGE benefit for the greater community and the long term growth. This isn’t an issue just for your server (my transfers are impacted too), but you will not skip the current schedule set out. You have been given a date for the alignment of June 6th pending any other issues.

If, as you say, these changes have been in the works for 6 months, why did the Developers not post a Notice with at least an estimate of the Dates when Transfers would be blocked rather than an ambiguous reference to re-organization from months ago? At a minimum, the Developers could have at least announced the closures of specific WarZones a week or so in advance with estimates of how long each WarZone would take to complete.
