If I had to guess, they noticed 5% were impacted by the reward/winning issue... they had to block those players from redeeming winnings before it caused a bigger mess and an imbalance across the game with the other 95% of players. The quickest way would be to block those players, clean up the mess, then release them back to playing. The other 95% got to keep playing because they didn't have the rewards issue. If that makes sense. At least it's they way I'd handle it if I was the developer.

Nemo is pretty slow in activation and effect for his skill doesnt last long even with lvl5 exclusive.

Nemo should target only enemy heroes with ACTIVATED abilities and his skill should read " ... random enemy hero with activated skills".

Really, you didnt do heroes beforee that can waste their skills. I consider such behaviour like a bug. If Prohibition zone has no VALID targets it should not activate at all.

I switched my base skin to the farming skin : the skin tab show me that the farming skin is now active (selected), BUT in game it shows me the previous skin.
After I restart the game 2-3 times, the new selected skin (the farming one) is showing on my base on the map.
Doesn’t matter between which skin you change , it looks like a huge delay in showing the new selected base skin on the world map. (The base skin tab shows correctly the new selected skin is active)

So yea I didn’t win anything before it was fixed but I did spend 35k+ on it and now my progress is 0 on the leaderboard. I get that it’s not the amount to “win” it but it’s a substantial set back. Honestly I would prefer to have the hero taken away & gems spent refunded, basically a complete reset on this rather than 1k gems that would give me 800 points. Not to mention the fact that before it even became clear this was a bug the event prompted people to spend more gems than normal and buy additional gem packs.

It's not a visual bug. The VIP pack compensation is not 100% of the new content. You still get to keep the items from the old packs. So the compensation did not include all Amalia exc skills that are in the new packs

EL Bug - same location on map, the graphics are not accurate one picture shows our facility in the middle of the enemies territory the zoomed out version shows enemy territory was back further than it shows. Also the power stations do not always show they are burning but the status does or your MM tower will still show it is being built but in reality it has already been built. All of this is causing greater lag during EL which is impacting the enjoyability of the event.

This battle report appears to show a bug in the proc chances. My opponent procs on every attack, with multiple heroes. Where i proc maybe once? its hard to tell. There is just no way I should have lost this. I have 500% greater atk and HP, over 100% better dmg decrease, 40% better dmg increase, and 22 greater march size. in addition, I have higher level exclusive skills. Details : People's profile pictures is missing, instead, it shows their past default profile pictures used, such as Blackwidow or Bob's or any other default or heroes's profile pictures.
But they do appear if the player shares his location or someone's location in the chat.

Everyone's player pictures missing everywhere else, I more or less tried every solutions possible to see a player's custom profile pictures but it always shows their defaults. It even shows the Chinese heroes looks for Foreign players or players using Wartime's Browser services!

I have no idea if I should be or should not be able to see player's profile pictures, but both interactions sure seems contrary to each other.

And If I can say my opinion here, I'd wish we're able to see everyone custom profile pictures, it gives us less reasons to buy the Black Card and make chat lame for Browser Player seeing every time the same profile pictures.

Moving an entire server comprised of mostly NA players into EU is nonsensical. Doing so out of the blue with no warning when our players have been spending their time organizing transfers into our server so the longevity of YOUR game continues is like a slap in the face to your players. I have many friends now stuck on the other side. Tons of people from various servers have been saving tickets for months to transfer in. You need to address this.

Sir, point being made here is we had a list of 40 transfers coming to 1577 that can no longer come. What is the reasoning behind it…. Literally I came from 1483 all my friends were coming and now can’t.

If EL is a server based event..then why are there more alliances being able to collect rewards from the same server...every server shares alliances to boost the entire server but when the rewards come out you must be in the number one alliance or you will miss out on rewards like i did.....

Problem is that our server won EL as a team shared into 2 alliances teaming with best players etc...at the end of EL i was in the second alliance as ''backup'' for the number 1 alliance. there for i got rank 10 alliance reward instead of rank 1 reward.

This makes me miss out on 10 ancient tokens and more....can you compensate this and next EL fix it so that everyone that joins the best ranked alliance get the reward instead of every alliance on its own???
Pretty sure we used to be able to hop between alliances in the past to get the best reward availeable for the server....

They have decided to turn off the ability to transfer right around a prime transfer time again. They think right before another EL is a great time to lock out transfers. Servers in conflict zone participating in current EL can’t transfer to any server higher than 1350 because they have all been moved from US West to US East servers, as of today. It’s not a bug, it’s just trash decision making on the devs part and is causing people to quit the game.

Didn't get rewards for top alliance. I rotated to that alliance, I have over 300k honor, and it's the reward stage. Not sure if the mail just hasn't been sent out yet or what but if it's a problem it's a big one considering that can be the difference for skins or heros.

Is the bug in the transfer system going to be fixed?? And before you say it is not a bug, a bug is a mistake that makes a system not function as it is intended. You make us all jump through hoops gathering transfer tickets (which takes ages or huge money spend) and then give us limitations on time ranges to try and meet it. Add in blockages for events and limitations on numbers that can transfer into servers. The whole process is nasty. Then you go and randomly move servers to other regions with little to no advance warning. So people spend months and months getting tickets or spend large amounts of cash to buy the tickets. To find out you locked the server due to el and the migrated 95% of available servers to a different zone. Making the functionality no longer work as intended. Hugh bug! Screwing over a lot of players. One way or the other a mistake was made in the process. If moving servers move the entire age range or don’t touch them at all.

New hero bonds make it impossible for F2P, and difficult for most of the players that casually spend. Its a huge benefit to those who spend a lot, and max out each hero. It's going to be hard to convince F2P and casual players to stay, if they feel there is no way for them to compete. Please reconsider some of these bonds to bring balance to all players.

I cannot see anywhere in the transfer rules or information we are supposed to use for transfers that says “you can transfer to any server in your zone, BESIDES servers that the devs decide to move regions without any notice” so your months of planning a move (yes it takes most players months to plan moves due to your insane ticket costs) are destroyed because devs decided to mess with part of a zone and not all of it. HUGE BUG. All servers in the zone should be available for transfer. What do players do not that you have ruined months and months of planning????

Servers were in the list and available to transfer from and then removed. Does this not mean the intended functionality of the transfer system is not as intended. Servers in combat zone just disappeared.

Isn’t a bug. The list isn’t Guarantee that this remains the same for months or years. The list is to be considered daily up to date. New ones are added from time to time. And from time to time other servers change the category. Collect the tickets and if you have, than check which server are possible. After that transfer to one choice server.

So how with your transfer requirement of so many tickets that are very limited in availability, is someone supposed to transfer to a server they want to? If you are just going to take them away last minute???
But I will add to the never ending list of feature request (that rarely ever go anywhere) to have the transfer system work as it is intended and stated it works in the games descriptions for said process.
