Defense settings are useless now because they are not following my setup. If the main march is out, say goodbye to the remaining troops in the base. Why it was changed??

I setup 1st backup as army and select the heroes but if someone attack me while main march, the defense becomes navy with random heroes.

I wrote the following in the complaint.
"We bring in hundreds of thousands in revenue per month and we treat this as operating expense for our accounts.

It's a monthly investment for us.
At some point, if people see this investment turning bad because of bugs in the game, they will stop that spending and write that off.

These issues are stopping us from enjoying our investment and we are at a point where the players will suffer and will stop spending"

1258/1112 SvS started at UTC 22:10:00. Per the rules of SvS, capital must be held “for a certain period of time” before ownership is taking over. As shown in the battle log, 1112 started a 1-minute timer to take over ownership of capital at 23:09:06, which is 54 seconds before the end of the SvS event. SvS should have ended with 1112 needing 6 more seconds to obtain ownership of capital. Therefore, there is a bug and 1112 should not have “occupied” the 1258 capital, and 1258 should retain a capital leader.

(This is in addition to the lag causing the server to crash and not allowing anyone in 1258 to be able to battle for capital for the remaining minutes of SvS.)

Oh I don’t disagree at all. I was having so much fun months ago when I though el would actually happen every 90 days. Now I see that it’s twice a year we get to play for, frankly, not 2x a year quality rewards. I don’t have nearly as much skin in the game as a lot of people. I’m starting to wonder why I’m still here. Seems dumb at this point. Game is working on its third year. The in game support is a complete joke. Events are forever spaced. Hello. Why is Arabic language not allowed in Cross-warzone chat? I personally don't speak Arabic, but I have friends who can only type in Arabic.

Whenever they try to type something, they get "mind your language".

Occurance: After contacting in game support, once the chat is closed, after game is restarted.
Times happened: 2 times in last few days.
Bug: after the chat with in game support is closed by support staff after the issue is addressed, on restarting the game, the existing chat is removed from chat interface( this is expected). But a new chat is opened in its place without any pre selected options/link to forms. All it says is : How can we help you?

What has been done to rectify this. We were not able to send any troops for last minute of the capital.
We don't care about 200 gems .. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per month to build towards competing in these 2 events per month.

Thanks, I was following up on that comment.
EL is coming up and this issue has left us without a cap leader.
We had 35K+ troops sitting in the capital last minute and we couldn't defend it because of this issue.
We were basically sitting ducks and no one couldnt send reinforcements in after being hit.

This issue was happening across all players in various continents from Australia, Asia, America's

That is not a bug. Army heroes have more offensive properties (i.e deadly missiles) that other forces' heroes don't. Hence, army tend to do bigger damage.

What is going on with the damage in this game...??? so many inconsistencies of damage is causing losses that shouldn't be losses. This is happening regularly for multiple players, resetting does not fix the issue .

The breakdown is this, I have recorded the damage the unit deals normally on the 1st attack, each subsequent unit attack the damage drops. By the time the 6th stack attacks total damage us 12% of the damage the 1st stack dealt.

I lost this fight when I should have won with flying colors.

This continued on until 6th stack dealt 12% normal damage. 7th stack dealt 3% total damage and it had more units than the 6th stack so your argument is flawed. Unit stats determine what a single units dmg is. This is multiplied by units in the stack (that are still alive by the time that stack attacks). It’s always been like that. Stack 2 has typically higher dmg than stack 1 or 3 because of formation (if in normal pvp not warzone exercise). Your dmg looks normal from what you posted

I am going to be honest and you can say I am bias since I'm from 1112 but I think it's probably unlikely you will get capital back as compensation. You can try to get Odinium or gems compensation but arguing over unpredictable outcome is truly hard. Both side were lagging and both side had argument that they can defend the capital especially 1112 was able to hold capital before it lagged and even other ruins with a strong defense team back home ready to assist in stealing capital.

There is no illegal activity happening other than top war bad networking which both side experienced so with the playing field being equal the outcome is what it is. I am sorry it's you guys, I would be piss if it's us too.

We are not talking about any illegal activity here. This impacts everyone 1258, 1112 and every other server.
SvS is just 1hr battle every 2 weeks, that should not let us divide from holding Top War accountable to delivering the gaming experience that we all paid for.

Regardless of the outcome of the SvS;
We were not able to compete for the last minute of the game because Top War failed to deliver on the gameplay experience.

Just between our two servers, we are looking at a monthly bill of over $300k USD and we have atleast $5 million USD worth of assets sitting on the server.
The least we could expect from them is to deliver the experience that we are paying for.

This is not about individual severs, this is about holding Top War accountable.

Our SvS did not come down to the wire. 1112 was the clear victor and no one is arguing that. The issue is that Top War moved the goal post. SvS is a 60 minute event, but Top War arbitrarily decided that servers could lose over a minute of an event (especially, arguably, the most important part) and write it off as “server fluctuations” with no compensation for their fault. (I can’t acknowledge 200 gems to be compensation). This being especially frustrating as this has been a constant issue for Top War despite the massive revenue they have brought in.

A) Top War needs to do better to ensure actual stable servers for their events, and hold themselves accountable if they fail to do so.

B) A quantifiable harm done to 1258 in particular was we lost out of the final minute of the event that would determine if we continue to hold our capital (disregarding the argument if we actually would keep it or not, this is not the forum for a p••sing battle of strength). As Top War seems to want to refuse to give a proper compensation for all (which we in 1258 would lobby for), we are asking to be made whole for specific damages caused to us by Top War’s failure to deliver

Both sides were lagging in 1258 vs 1112. This was taken on 1258’s server from a member of 1112. Marches from each side were en route to the capital.

I’m posting this just to clarify that there were in fact marches headed to 1258’s capital from 1258.

I don’t believe any further action needs to be taken based upon this. Each side of the server was lagging within the last 1 minute to 30 seconds

I don’t care about winning either. You guys won. No one I debating that. But 1258 was damaged as a result of the lag and Top War refuses to acknowledge it. We can agree to disagree if we actually would’ve won it back, but considering we were holding it for a length of time before the lag, it is reasonable to believe it is possible. And we were robbed of that possibility.

In reference to the direction of the arrows, the same applies to 1112 as well. You had marches going both toward and way from cap. Those marches were ones already in motion when the lag occurred. But no one had control of those marches to speed up, recall, send new ones, etc. and even marches that reached capital during this lag, the battle didn’t commence.

I’m sorry if you’re tired hearing about us asking to recover our damages, I’m not asking you, I’m asking the devs. We were damaged while you were just inconvenienced.

Cap was seized before the lag endured. I apologize you feel that way. I hope Devs do their best to resolve your issue you’re encountering

This may not be a bug per se, but more of a concern for future bugs…. Wouldn’t keeping all the alliance gifts, and not clearing the record log, cause more data to be processed that would potentially cause more lag? I don’t know the technical terms for it, but seeing as the game lags enough as it is, isn’t that adding more things it has to process every second, slowing down either the game servers, or the person’s device playing the game, or both?

Tara is a mod, just so you know Mods Do Not work for River Games, besides that it could have been a glitch on a server or a routing point outside of there servers, or it could have been a hiccup in the system, if the issue keeps happening your best best would be to contact in game customer service ans report the issue ASAP as there is a better chance for the game to log the issue for it to be fixed from a dev PoV as it may take a grab of the code that is running at that time, I do not know what happens when you report as bug, but it dose ask for a time as for them to better look back at things like logs

There is no change in top war response.
They feel that if they send 50 coins, 50gems, 200 gems and everything is good... Its not !

Issue 1: map graphics are slower to load in.

Issue 2: getting constant connection warnings.

Issue 3: when switching between base to world map sometimes doesn't show base instead shows different map location.

Issue 5: Current update has removed several useful functions from the Decor page namely

You can see my two accounts of 80 and 56 levels with the same camera angle. I can see the dark legion from the side account (right) but not from my main account (left). This is a bug that prevents us from teleporting. (I shared it in alliance chat and asked other players, accounts with 80 levels will never see it. Only low level accounts can).
This gets us in trouble in SvS. Luckily I was able to catch this error.

Proc was the wrong word but it never shows my 3rd hero shooting anymore. All components are fine but my sandtable went down even after adding a purple blueprint. Something seems off. Is it normal to not show the 3rd hero ever when fighting (not just in a replay)

I had a similar issue at one point and it was super frustrating. Clearing the cache actually helped. I hope it also helps for you!

Open settings > App manager > Open Google play store and then storage > Clear cache > Open Google play services and open storage > Clear cache > Restart device and attempt the purchase one more time.

Yes he activates start of battle. Rest of his animations were removed to speed up battle replay as they were redundant and unnecessary. The is 2.5 million reasons you sandtable could have changed, decos, skills, class perks, components, your base skin alliance badge, it's not Bassel. This update was done about 2mo ago to his battle animation
