You cannot claim the greyed ones.... It is NOT all the awards. It is negatively progressive, meaning if your alliance allowed HP damage you dont get the first, ONLY the second, and if you allowed more damage you ONLY get the bottom.

And they only hosters and can not decide tomake their own game content like special events for their players so I think there is still rivergames responsible for keep it fair. and like I said there is a easy way to solve it. In your case its for sure harder to solve because they cant change event for only 1 server but I am sure there are maybe ways to do it too or just send a mail with rewards to ppl of your server. Question is if they want to do it or just saying we dont care these players because mayority is getting all stuff and the rest we dont care, because it feels a bit like it.

BTW its only a level 70 unit, you need 1024 of them to make a lvl 80.....
You should focus on the gems and not waste resources on easy to build troops....
Also close the game completely and reopen, should fix it( other things are. You either have to be in base or in world when your claiming it) one of the 3 works.

I think the drop rate for level 6 RSS facilities and gears from gathering should be reviewed. Combats on our server are frequently getting plates from dark forces and after reviewing a months worth of gathering reports (including almost 2 weeks worth of exclusive 4 marches in level 6 ruin RSS and level 6 facilities), I have gotten 1 gear and 0 class items from level 6 facilities. I have also seen combat reports of getting plates/choice chests from the facilities, which is not a fair drop rate for us mechs. Either review it and raise the drop rate for mechs or give us the ability to gain them from dark forces also. Thank you!

Additionally, landing on the space following GO (the starting lit-up tile) feels like trying to win at a fairground booth -- almost like the odds look at face value as if they should be normal but have been tipped to prevent people from landing on it (Not impossible, just much less probable than before).

Why has this happened? It really puts me off this style of event. I hadn't seen anything to suggest this was patched or updated so it feels a bit misleading.

Just to say I am on the same server and have never had the “luck” to get anywhere near these amounts even with the same level of spending, so is there something else that is driving the “luck” because it does not seem random. Two years of playing and I have never in any event been “lucky”

Regarding the issue I reported earlier. Somewhere there is a bug in the payment process, it gets corrupted between Google and Top War. However the issue is easy to fix. Purchase an item thru Top War with your Credit Card it will work. Then go back and purchase another pack with Google, it will work and continue to work going forward. Hope this helps.
