I have a player in my alliance that his account is suspended for the 5th or 6th time. He noticed he had negative gems for the 5th or 6th time a couple days ago and now he cannot log in. There is a bug in warzone. When I set defence and if I change hero skill the change doesn't take effect in defence. For example when I set defence in warzone that time I gave a hero HP skill but after sometime I change the skill to Attack skill in Hero skill page but the defence im warzone still shows HP skill.

After resetting it two three times only change took effect.

This doesn’t seem odd that the first four levels are ‘off’ by an order of magnitude relative to the last 6? That level 4 alone costs more in resources than levels 9 & 10 combined? That the progression in the amount of resources required doesn’t match the progression of the time involved? Is there anywhere else in the game that for an increase of an attribute the costs involved decreases (by 86%)? I would say this would nearly be the definition of a bug.

I tried to have in game customer support help fix a bug of wrong hero selected for defense. Provided picture proof. They now want me to prove defense was set up correct back in time which is impossible. So customer service is bugged on the service part. Its merely customer handling. When error happens, it’s annoying they can’t fix it or do anything to correct it rather than ask the impossible; a time travel back to prove something I never needed had it not been bugged. And I don’t proactively photo doc all I do in game pre and during svs. I realize that’s what they expect now 🙃🙄😂

The hero skill for bassel and Nimitz only affect their normal atk and it works like dmg. It’s multiplied by combined unit atk(all units and navy atk) and multiplied by your dmg increases.

Usually those ones are timed, and once the timer runs out, you can pick the bottom options. With that one the timer never existed for whatever reason, but it’s definitely still clickable. I had the same problem lol. The bottom says “this is the only option” not “the other one is the only option”

If you buy one of the items for the Valentine event it won't let you buy the other items. So if you bought the Candy you can't buy the Balloons or the Flowers and vice versa. They didn't mark them as different items in their database but the same.

I'm sure everyone got called in, placed into a WAR room, and are frantically working to resolve the issue. If it's at the server level fast fix, at the app level is a bit longer because it needs to be deployed to the app store first. They will do a ton of testing first to ensure it doesn't break something else.

Worldboss rewards come after last boss and last boss comes in about 3 or 4 hours from now. Droid killing reward is based on which type of droid you have activated. All droids don’t give killing rewards if you haven’t participated in killing it. Specially if your alliance has called for help

I dont think the gathering calculations work properly, or I don't understand the math. It says the base gather speed on a level 3 farm for me is 202k. I tested with Flora only, with no skills equipped, and she's supposed to increase gathering by 11.4%. It went to213k when she was on the tile. But 202k + 11.4% = 225.02k.......so she isn't increasing gathering speed by 11.4%? Also tested with skills and same results. The skills don't increase the gathering speed as much as they should. Are we getting ripped off on gathering?

Easy mistake to make, happened at work all the time. If their math is correct, rather than say increase by 11.4%, it would need to state "11.4 points" (rather than %), which is how their current computations work. Good catch on identifying this. Thanks.

Did you take into consideration how much extra gathering speed you have without any hero? Like check your base stats for gathering speed buff based on skin, vip etc... I don't know if it would still add up, but just in case.. 😅 .. I'll also check mine and share the outcome it would be worth to

In my case, it seem fine.
My normal gathering speed shows 158k per hour
With flora (without any skill) it is 172k per hour
From base stat, the gathering speed boost is 73% for me
So my actual base gathering speed = 158k/1.73 = 91.3k
Flora gathering speed up= 13.1%

Calculation for with flora= 91.3k *( 1+ 0.73 + 0.131) = approx 170k

Now also take into account that this 158k might be an approximate rounded off number, so it is most likely correct .

You will need to get your actual base gathering speed and then calculate. Hope it helps

I think this is a bug. I only have 2 unit (army and navy) type encirclement for damage increase but it seems like the 3 unit type damage decrease appears on the battle report. This was during personal defense. Screenshots are just for sample purposes but it shows in all reports even at 2 unit types. I also saw the same thing in the report from my alliance mates.

I am aware of that but i am certain that isn’t the source of the stats i am reporting. As you can see, those two limited time stats are 20% and 30%, which is what encirclement provide. The reports are from combat elites btw.

by the looks of it that was PD so base defense? on base defense encirclement works all the time as long as you have 3 unit types in base so need to mix marches therefore not a bug but game design not many know about
