I’m seriously upset. I’m older and not tech savvy. I have a family, three kids, and a stressful business that’s I love. Top war is my get away. Multiple times the game has changed and it always puts me behind or costs me. I’m nearly a VIP 16 and sure enough class change occurred this morning. I get to combat elite and it says I need to complete tech before I could open it. (It should have said in my opinion, if you want to choose combat elite hit the button below). So I completed the general (which now I realize is the suppression) tree thinking it would allow me to complete my combat tree. Now after being fairly close to completing the old tree I don’t even have 3hm. I need this reset so I can complete it properly. I didn’t want the game changed. I can’t begin to explain the level of pissed off I am. Im hoping a Dev is on here so I can get my tree reset now that I know my mistake so I can fix it.

I really suggest that you try before upgrading live servers what you did on beta testing server.

Now game is extra lagging, I barely can work in world view.

And if you think it's because game has so great graphics to ask for really high powered phone, I have to wait and wait for keyboard to appear in chat.

And I guess that chat isn't extremely high demanding for processing power.

At least put some dime in a beta testing on something that isn't live servers

Censor needs to be fixed. In a war game, you need to be able to string together words that end in S and words that start with hit without it showing as *****ting. Ie Is hitting, Was hit, etc. This is almost as absurd as when we couldn't say size, when that word is in a skill name....

What about the time we all spent to upgrade perks and 86.9k speedups only, most of players are having issues with the new update and especially with the speedups topwar provided, what about our gems and our speedups we used what about our 1 year we spent on to upgrade all the perks 😑? Topwar is getting too worst now 86.9k 5minutes speedups = 434500 minutes = 7241 hours approx. = 301 days approx.

It’s not just for low level players it seems though, because from what others have seen it happens to all levels, so far I’ve seen it only on inactive players so it might just be for inactive players, but also it could be for lvl70’s below because my friend has quit and he doesn’t have a shield on his dead base and he’s lvl70+.

When i go for an attack it puts the shield on but I still put a march set up out, when I press enter though it says failed to March. It’s also a possibility it’s just a shield glitch where it has to many things going on for it to load until you actually focus on it (as in click on the base). I’m sure it would be sorted sooner or later as you always do but for now it’s fine because it’s not that much of an actual problem.

Yeah I think they are over doing it with the events, they should really focus on the lag issues and how to cut down on things that would make it laggy, if they do that and make the game run more smooth then the players would actually appreciate that more than anything

Delta droid rewards are problem.

Just to remind you, you need 3 of anything to get it one lvl higher. So, you need 9 lvl 3 components to get one lvl 5 component.

And check rewards for delta lvl 3.

N3 reward is worse than rewards from n4-n999, and n2 is worse than n4-10.

It's like punishment to be n2 and n3.

I think the way they view it, it is 20 random lvl 3 so almost no chance getting a lvl 5 out out of those 20 boxes where 3rd would get a level 5. The hole is that level 5 is gonna be crap most likely. Please delete this... They gave rewards out based on whether your actual score was 1st, 2nd highest etc.
So if 5 players got 3876 they all got "1st", then 6th place on 3860 got "2nd" because it was the next best score.
It goes against the way normal placings work but hey, we all got better rewards so.... 🤫

Please can someone explain why, after every update the game never works... It always takes 3 separate updates ( main update then 2 other smaller updates) to work.

Usually the 3rd update is midway through the day. Then it usually works... 2 days ago the 3rd update didn't come till yesterday morning and then it work.

Is there something you can do about this? At least send a message out the night before... So I can send my troops to gather in a normal field. I usually lose 12hrs of gather or like yesterday a full days worth.

as a player, I have a question ... but what does the radar and money have to do with it ??? it's free ..and how much did you spend ..5000$ like me ...

because i paid money to level up ahead of the server. i also paid money for extra radar tasks (especially for elemental items because the only other place to get them is island store). So it has everything to do with it. I am now behind because i am not getting any elemental tasks. Which means I am stalled while the rest of the server is progressing. if you get levelled up even 4 days earlier than other players that’s a ton of radar tasks and elemental items you’re getting before other players. because of how things get exponentially harder to level as levels get harder, early on it makes a huge competitive advantage to beat people to unlocking radar and elements. If i knew this was going to happen i 100% would have made different decisions. Ie not race the server or spent money doing so.

I haven’t gotten them since like the 6th of january…. at low levels that is probably a difference of having elements at 15 compared to 30 or higher. would have to do the math, but it would be something like that.

In the new tree, when you choose to reset your Talent, it shows the items that will be refunded to you from the Mechanical Master Tree, but does not show any thing will be refunded from the Trainee Officer Tree. I contacted so called "support" about some issues during Piedmont Event where I used real money but I didn't get what I should have and they never replied to me or reimbursed me. And we got 200 gems as "I'm sorry but we will give some more points to other server because reasons so they can win" compensation! And I used 8 hours shield with base skin that should give me 30% more shield and guess what? I paid with real money for that skin base.

Very very slow loading, tons of lag. (Don’t tell me it’s my device or phone, that’s a bad reply- I game and stream across many platforms, this is the only game that has problems)
Anyways This is glitching/lag is unfortunate when you get hit with a magnet and 99% of your base won’t load. Can’t repair what you can’t even see. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃
However, This video was taken afterwards when I was finally able to repair, it was simply just me entering my base. And not trying to merge or repair.
Also many bases have been glitching, they will just flash on and off, seems the dragon skin does it the most.
Lag and glitching has been complained about non stop. And I haven’t seen it improve. Please go back to staggering the play times. I feel sorry for server thats losing and has this much lag. I’m only not mad because we won.

Additionally many more items random show as black boxes instead of the graphics.

If it's a base attack, the defending force will have encirclement buff as long as there are units of the types still left in the base. So even if they defend with navy only, as long as the base consists of army and air units, it'll have encirclement buffs too. I assume this ties together with the fact that base defends resupplies with single unit types after initial garrison is taken out

If that’s the case they should put it on a side note of the explainations. With that extra buff applies simply just have these units in the base but not in the march, it will becoming impossible mood for whales to lose much of their units. I honestly think they screwed up

I too didn't believe it until someone tested and confirmed, while it may sound unfair, I believe it's equal to how TM had their Encirclement before the revamp, and I also see it quite differently, since you cannot setup your base defense to resupply 3 different types after initial battlefield is killed, the defender would effectively lose their Encirclement bonus for the rest X amount of rounds before they win or defeat. I think your message should stay here tho incase some devs sees and wants to add to it

Instead they should offer a function that after initial heros are defeated, or the defending set of heros are out of base, they should give you the options to choose the next set of hero in line. But this way just makes it impossible for a lower vip to get a higher vip player. Most whales have all 3 forces, some of the super whales have two sets of fully perked heros for each forces type also. It’s just making the gap become too big

I know myself and multiple people have noticed doing an exceptional amount of LESS dmg when hitting world boss with alantis and arc enabled. Has anyone else experienced this. This is the 3rd time I have opened a ticket for some issue of some sort, and I was advised it was being addressed and while awaiting a response, it closed itself. This latest ticket, I need reopened or completed. I have all the screen shots if needed.

I added contents to the ticket on Sunday 1/15/22. Ticket was responded to on Monday 1/16/22. Then I found it closed when I opened the game on 1/20/22 at 6:30 am Est.

The ticket system, no where says we need to keep sending you messages asking for updates to ensure the ticket stays open. This is the 3rd or 4th time a ticket has been closed in similar fashion. I honestly can't recall what the other ticket were for. Only remember that one of them was for the system did not give me the items in a $1.99 purchase, even though I was billed. The amount of work to get receipt and details of the purchase, I did not bother trying to get those issues resolved in the past. But the ticket I opened here, I need completed. Refunding is strictly against the ToS and will depending on amount land the entire account banned, I'd reach out to customer support if I were you to try solving the issue as I believe they only keep the account open for certain amount of time while gems are in negative.

As for perk tree, if you send me a screenshot of where you were in the old tree, and what you got back, I can compare it for you if you like?

As you see, my main defense is out of the base, then I should be defended by air, and then by army, and for army it should be Rambo and preycise.

This is correct. Unfortunately if your main defence is out the auto select will choose the next defence. Until it switches to the backup. Backup only comes into play once a full March of that unit type is used.

It doesn't make sense, if first setup is out, then the game should use what I have setup as backup. It's logical. I can have units out fighting, and I might count on my backup to take care of it.

Now, it just means, whatever game thinks is best, it would be used. Which, in almost all situation means we all lose.

Hello guys, "little" bug discovered today for mechanical masters.
The facilities are normally 1x1 things. When you build them it's a 1x1. Buuuuut, if you have a skin other than the default one, the game will tell you you need 2x2 space. Even if after building it it will take only 1x1. You can cover this bug by switching to your default skin before building the facility. But I am pretty sure it is not the way it is suppose to work. Can you please fix this asap ? Thx a lot.

Why so, I've been running the game via Huawei App Gallery for a while, I have balance there, made many purchases and I prefer it. So what's wrong!!. BTW the currency sometimes shows up in my local currency and other times as you see in the photo. But converts to local currency when I start the purchase.

It seems they are trying to even up the playing field again so if you wish to use Huawei purchases make sure you create and play a new account on Huawei.

We held the enemy cap during our SVS and it didn't credit us with it. 962 vs 950. Please adjust. This isn't the first time we've gotten screwed on points recently. It's getting old. Sharing the battle report where we took cap at the end and svs record as proof.

For alliance defence tank awards, there's a gift for 50 vit, but it's not a 50 vit capsule. This award, why isn't it like other 50 vit capsules that can be used when you're low on vit. It's buried: you have to find it in your inventory. Please don't use this award. Screenshot to come.

I have the "Can't merge Tanks" bug in SVS

I contacted huawei csr, they said it's from the game end not from their store. I also downloaded and registered a different game from Google play. Then I downloaded it from huawei App Gallery and login with Google account. Then purchases went fine without restriction. That confirms its from top war side not from the store as they said.

Same thing on 1343. We took cap twice, shield came up, our troops were expelled, but magically it gave cap back to the other server

In SvS tournament when you take Capital at the end of svs it goes back to the original server so they can hand out rewards and such

Happened twice. Not just at the end, and the stats claim we never took cap. We took it twice. Glitch being reported by several servers.

I Believe it’s due to the Dragon Boat decor (for navy) because it prevents degradation, it makes them normal level 80s. It sucks but elites will be gone once you get update so

My sons account is pulling up under my login. And now we cannot access my main. Both accounts linked to separate Facebook accounts. My device has none of his Facebook login info. But I had him login to mine two weeks ago for a droid. Now after svs. My game restarted and this is happening. We’ve deleted all apps. Facebook and TopWar. Reloaded and still issues.

Mines have issues. You click one and attack and it ends up attacking another one. Don't you folks test things before deploying? No one asked for the redesign of the blocky mines and yet you go and break something that's working. Ridiculous!

Yes this is common units not degrading. Elite units are created from the barracks, etc,

My weakening facility clearly covers the range of space taken by this ruin. Yet when reviewing battle reports, the facility effects were not present.
