You can’t help with what I want so now I want to go straight to the source the developers to resolve my issue. I’m beyond tired of being in a server where I have to hit the translation button every 2 seconds when I was unaware I couldn’t transfer to an American server after reaching level 80. Absolutely nothing warned me I needed to switch to an American server before spending me hard earned money on an account. I personally believe that this is wrong and wish to just be moved along with my wife. I don’t see how hard it can be to help two people move to a server where they fit it rather than feeling like they are outcasts because no one else from their country is there.

If you can tell me one place where it says you can’t transfer to another nations server like my situation then I’ll drop it. Being from a brand new players stand point and knowing nothing about the game and constantly seeing people talking about being able to transfer to a server once you reach level 80. Don’t worry I’ll wait…..

You have spent a long time getting to 80 in this current server. We are asking you to wait a little while longer while the regional locks are fixed.

Further to this, a mail was sent on Aug 20 before the regional locks telling you that it was coming in.

So your telling me to move to another SOUTH KOREA server and spend the tickets I received and have to pay for in order to get out of the server I am in? This is stupid, i just got mute for spamming in the game.
The only time i have many messages towards someone is when i explain alliance rules to a new member personally or when they do not reply my 1st message, i send around 6 7 messages in the span of 5 hours or so, it was 1 or 2 message every time to prompt them for reply but I got muted for spamming... Maybe, if possible, the algorithms could be altered or changed to make WoO actually winnable by both parties. Going in there seems to be a waste of pulling gatherers off the original map to do. I was actually thoroughly impressed last week during SvS at the quality of game play we had as far as not being laggy whatsoever.

It's all luck ... you can find yourself either the 1* or the 8 * of that server, I can understand because it happened to me too 😫 usually it has to be the server to help the small alliances that go to face in odinium war (there is no matchmaking and no server help ... 95% of the time you will always have at least a level 80, next time if matchmaking doesn't resolve, try to get the big alliances to help you)

The new alliance menu banner thing sucks. We can not tell if anyone has been attacked unless we are on alliance chat itself. So I have no idea who’s been attacked for a counter attack unless I’m actually on the chat.

Please fix the matchmaking system. All the time they are one-side game, unable to compete. From min 7 the enemy alliance had already captured everything. This is not fun, for either side. We couldn't do anything and neither could they, just sit on the structures and wait 1 hour

This is due to a lack of active players on many servers. There is just not many active alliances anymore. So the result is all of the garbage match ups. I don’t think the developers really know what to do so we are kind of stuck with it like it or not.

@tepid stream - The match making currently is not base on CP at all. My server has reached out to some of of the servers we were matched with to find out their CP, and in all of the cases my server’s CP was just much higher

Question for a possible bug. Server transfers are based off of cp history, so when limited to 40ee if someone has ever had their base over 40ee including due to troops they can't transfer in correct?

They guy transfered feom server #1111 to server #1378 while cp setting was at 40ee. He was just under 20ee when traveled, but has definitely been over 40ee in server 1111

For the past week I, and others on my server, have noticed that Odinium is barely showing up in dimensional mines. The game is showing them once you start to spend gems, which I think is wrong. I used to see them on almost every page, but now I dont see them until I have spent gems at least 7-10 times to get all of the ones for my marches filled. Other players have noticed this same issue.

You're lucky. In my server it is the opposite. Dimensional mines are 90% odinium. I have to spend 5 gems on each pass so many times in order to find other mines that aren't odinium.

If you look at the battle, using fenrir on slot 2 (aka special extra damage) :IT WILL NOT CAST the extra damage. Using the Magic Blow skill from Flying Castle skin is supposed to give 20% atk boost to all units in the march queue. It is also supposed to stack, so if I use it 5x on one march it should give 100% atk boost. While this does show up in stats, 100% of the time the hit will be lower than not using the skill. I've noticed this for months and have never received improvement on atk when using the skill - atk actually goes down if you use it more than once on a march even though the stats show higher atk %.

They are 2 ways to do it. Random or cumulative chance. Random is like flipping a coin. You get 50% chance of head or tails everytime you do it. If you flip 100 times the chance is always 50%. Cumulative chance is like putting 2 coins each in 1 box. One heads up and 1 tails up. The first box has 50% chance of being head or tails but after you open it you can 100% certain of what's it the other box. If you do that with 100 boxes then each time you open a box the probability of the next one is constantly changing. Previously when I got 26 chests from Amalia, I got on average a gold shard every day and if I didn't get one, the next day I would get 2. Therefore I assume it was programmed with cumulative chance. Suddenly Amalia stopped dropping gold shards and now they drop very rarely. So I assume that the programming has been changed so that each chest is now 4% chance and totally Random everytime you open a chest. I think also deep sea diving has been nerfed in this way also.

So deep sea always has 30% chance of legendary no matter how many times you do it. Amalia gold shards is also 4% chance every chest. Rather than keeping track of what you have got previously and increasing the chance the more times you do it.

That is part of svs, if your rivals select the zone your hive is in it becomes the battle zone and you cannot shield in it. Should always have leadership move one fortress on opposite side of map from where your hive is for that reason

Fenrir is bugged for explosion damage. Fenrir shoots 3 bullets but only 1 counts as explosion;thus, you only receive 33% damage of what you should be doing. I’ve reported it before but they don’t fix it. Fenrir is still good against other players but it’s just bugged with explosion damage.

So anything happening with the warhall reports or just being ignored ? Im tired aswell as many others of losing troops because the game doesnt switch to your backup team in warhall when your main is out.
Ex. Main is out - game chooses random heroes for the 1st round when defending - after 1st round is done it goes to backup team. Why have a backup team if it aint being used ? Any upcoming fixes or?

Main defense and backup defense have nothing to do with what heroes you got in your formations.
As example:
If you got Katy Ben Amalia as main defense and as backup Optimus Bradley Villers.
If you now send out your main and you get attacked meanwhile they're out of the base your backup should be the first to defend your base. Not some random lvl 60 heroes nor a formation 1-8. The backup is there to kick in when your main is out but it doesnt at the moment.

Not a bug with Valhalla. The damage of fenrir ships are cut into 3 so the elemental explosion damage is also cut. The Jormungar ships are much better on word boss because it doesn’t fire 3 separate rounds but 1 big attack

I think that’s delta ( it’s says every crit hit 300% dmg so the only difference is how many crit hit happens) the difference could be 5 times between 2 different attacks

Believe me when I use to pay on mobile network, I face this issue. Even player teleported near me that's ok I am watching him, but suddenly he attacked and when I try to attack him back he is under shield... Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but occasionally damaged elite troops get turned permanently into regular lvl 80 troops (that do not switch back to elites). Demoted elites (red wrench), results in lvl 79 troops which can be merged back into elites. Yellow repairs (repair facility), return elite troops. I believe the problem occurs as a result of the dragon boat and twins rocking horse decor effects, but have not been able to confirm. I’m guessing this is a bug since regular repairs returns elites.

Are you meaning the amount of marches?

Because a +1 match size means the amount of troops that fit into a March, like if your March was 79 and you got the skin it makes you fit 80 troops, this is not a bug it's a poorly explained addition to the game

The Max amount of marches you can send out is 4, 5 if you have capital and 6 if you also have an extra March ticket

Using the Magic Blow skill from Flying Castle skin is supposed to give 20% atk boost to all units in the march queue. It is also supposed to stack, so if I use it 5x on one march it should give 100% atk boost. While the attack boost is visible in stats, the hit will be lower than not using Magic Blow. Every time. I've noticed this for months and have never received improvement on atk when using the skill - the actual hit is lower if you use it more than once on a march even though the stats show the atk % is higher. @proud sail Sorry for tagging you but have complained about this multiple times with no response.
