The new radar is not readable for people who have low vision contrast. It’s white text on a white icon. Additionally, the animation bounce makes it more difficult. I have vision issues and I basically can’t even see the new radar design icons. The old ones worked well for my limited vision.

I had the same issue but then realized they show up in inventory, not decor and you have to “open them” in inventory to get them in your decor. Try that.

I just want share with you the very bad service that i got ... 4 marches + the 1 monthly (cost 30k spending) i add a march for 3 days that i never had - and the absurd things that always they expect that the service is 5 stars

You get 2 marches, one from perm, one from monthly and the 5th is from extra march queue. All march queue addons stack with their time. Only other way for extra marches outside this would be through EL tech or being your server leader.

First things if you own the capital march are six - so avoid to tell wrong things about 5 march ... learn the game first and after talk.

As previous people have mentioned there is only 6 marches.
The only way to get a 7th march is by doing Eternal Land by upgrading the tech.
If you already got 6 marches "by holding capital and being leader" and have a 30d march running and then using another 3d march the 3 day march time will be added to the 30d march and not give you a additional march.
I usually don't agree with the costumer service but in this case they're correct.

I would like to say that EL has been a complete let down for our server (1202) just like with Odinium and Svs for the past few months. We were matched with a much stronger very experienced server for EL(1135) we have never done it before. We are not merged and very weak. We couldn't even get out of the first gates.

Please can you look in to how your matching algorithms work as we are getting to the point where the whole server will quit playing. Permanently matched unfairly is really getting beyond a joke now. At the scheduled time we went back to check and the other svr had ported over and began attacking us so we figured it was on and began participating. There is currently an eternal lands event going on. All members in my server, 1378, who went home to participate I. The SVS event during EL lost all progress on their eternal tech tree in eternal lands. We would like a refund of everything we have spent in eternal lands as we are now behind the curve and unable to participate like we originally where doing.

Along with the svr 1378 EL tree issue. We received a system message that we were not supposed to have Svs today but the svr we were against wasn’t in el and wasn’t cancelled on their side. So we ended up having limited participation and most of the svr missed out on Svs rewards.

Tara while your using my UID can I also suggest looking at how eternal lands power is unbalanced between older servers where plays can transfer into and others? There's been about 3-5x power difference between the strongest and 2nd strongest servers

Really not sure if this is a bug or it is working as intended. Ark states it skill can stack 2 times and Atlantis stats it can stack 3 times. However, when Ark and Atlantis overlap, only the 40% ATK bonus from Ark is in effect.

@austere needle just to summarize the 1378 issues since they are spread out over multiple posts 1. Svs should not have happened due to EL but did. 2. Most of svr missed Svs because they were not expecting it and missed rewards. 3. Those who participated in Svs had their EL tech tree reset losing out on a week of time put into it along with thousands of gems used in speedups. 4. Now our svr is at a sever disadvantage and unable to compete in EL since we have now lost all those buffs that the other svrs still have.

I will expressing many players opinions now. Few problems but this one’s blocked to enjoying the game. Their bases cannot be attacked even if the power stations are without power yes, that's intended feature and how it's always been. You need to advance ahead and kill the power station covering their base in order to attack their base.

They cannot advance ahead with power stations, and I don't believe they can attack your advancing power stations even if it's touching their links when power is out, so taking out power is brilliant way to advance

No spent $350 on eternal land. To turn around and lose the tree which made us lose all buffs and get out played. We already went up against a sever we shoulder have. The turn around and lose all the buffs some of us paid to speed up to be able to fight it out. Then lose them and while we lost them they pushed us hard till we had no fort and power stations. Y’all gave 2k gems which I don’t think it fair at all. Eternal land is over for us. Nothing we can do now. I’ve spent well over 2k in gems in the eternal tech tree.

They they have marches of 120 and full buff to our marches of 80 with no buffs couldn’t even take out half there March. Also individual points dropped 30 ranks when I could have been higher. I’ve used well over 75 caps this eternal land. My points should be way higher then what they are missed out 30 hours of 20% more points

We've all done in game tickets and only gotten the answer "Thank you for your feedback", we've requested to speak with devs and keep getting ignored. This was a major issue and since our strongest members were the ones affected, it resulted in our entire alliance/svr being unable to compete fairly in a huge event with large rewards. If you have any idea who we can turn to, we are all ears.

Im not disputing that fact. But messaging the bug channel in 6 hr intervals isnt acceptable. The point of this channel is to log and help fix the bugs. Filling the channel with repeat requests does not help issues be dealt with or looked at.

If your issue was dealt with by a mod or dev, I suggest reaching out to that mod or dev for further information.

Further to this a dev that can provide these answers has not been on in the time period between the first and second post. So you need to give people fair amount of time to respond.

Could be any number of reasons. Repaired troops, looks like you sent different volumes, katyusha trigger rate. In battle one you are 77% with 9 troops meaning you sent 12 troops. Battle 2 you are 96% with 22, meaning you sent 24 troops.

Bro, this isn't a bug. Our attack teams have done this many hundreds of times last few days during EL. We see someone marching in to hit an empty PS or RSS tile, a 3HM player nearby will speed into it and wait for them to hit us in what they believe is an empty station/tile. Dirty? Absolutely. Bug? Nope. Just taking advantage of people who aren't using speedups to get to the facility they are attacking. Just like slipping in reinforcements during KE when someone is slow marching to the hive.

Bug report on new alliance log. Red dot on alliance buildings tab can't be erased. Feedback on new alliance log: JC guys, hire a UI/UX team before you just randomly place something this horrible in the game. Or at minimum give us the ability to turn it off. Don't want it, don't need it, and wasting valuable screen space with something that is broken as it is released.

So in addition to questionable design choices, and not giving the ability in settings to deselect the alliance log, it is also poorly done. For one thing, the building names are nonsensical, and the coordinates can't be clicked on. For another thing the coordinates don't exist and the date/time stamps are rubbish. So for a TopWar update, I'd grade this as "average".

That's because they weren't there when you scouted. And they rushed their march from a short distance. I know, because I killed over 8k units last 4 days doing exactly that. See your incoming attack line, tap speedup once or twice, I'm in the facility waiting for you in around 3 seconds. I spent 14k gems on speedups this EL just so that I could get the easy kills.

Hello, I know server 1064 reported this issue last night but not sure what the resolution was. We held the El cap at 4 seconds after its closing time and won the defense that occurred at 4 seconds after, but still did not retain it when it finally went to peace. atlantis , will show water, ark will show a blue orb , dragon will show orange dragon , u must also consider each buff has a time limit or limited number of uses , if they dont show you may have used it already
