With stuck I mean frozen. My screen got frozen. I couldn’t move my screen on the map, could not switch the screen, could not move my base. The screen was just stuck for 5-10 seconds and then I got beaten by an attack that I couldn’t see coming because everything was frozen.

Screen freeze when sending a March, this happens for months now... Even on Df.. It does send the March wich shows ur location to enemy's while ur rebooting the game.

Screen keeps blinking that ur getting attacked but No one is hitting you or the March line isn't visible.

Sometimes when enemies are attacking me, I could see their lines, but their base was invisible so I could not attack back even if I clicked where the lines were coming from. Ruins would disappear randomly and I would have to go back to my base and then back to world to get them to show. When I did attack, my marches were very delayed for as much as 3 or 4 seconds before they would send. This gave them the opportunity to hit me before my troops would even send, putting all of my valhallas on my main March at risk. Lost them all several times because of this. Very laggy SVS.

All of my odinium has disappeared without any of my Valhalla’s being repaired. I had over 120k odinium and now have 94 not 94k but 94. Spent over 400 bucks last night on odinium and the game has glitches and taken all of it. Of course durring SVS so I was unable to repair any of my troops or even demote for that matter. Being in the top 3 of my server that drastically affected our SVS results. That as well as the latency and lag issues!

Just got back from work. While I was playing SvS when I pressed to dodge someone attacking me I kept selecting 1 tile when my base is 4 tiles and it wouldn't let me port to dodge. Happened a few times and I took some hits off it.

Well here we are again, another SVS in the books, another waste of time participating. Still lagging issues. Got attacked with no red screen, only saw defeated banner when I finally got the report I had been attacked three times and lost the last one. Happened multiple times in event. Ported away, merged and repaired what I could to get back in event only to have it happen a few more times. Need a merge all for units not in garage, hanger, or docks. This is really becoming a complete mess! I’ve reported this the last three SVS events now. There has not been any further compensation for those events. When you lose 3-400ee in CP because of the issues in game it’s frustrating to say the least! Please fix completely! Or suspend SVS events until it is no further issues reported. Can someone explain how the garrison settings works OR this is a bug? i have never set ganso as my defending hero but every time i get attack, he is the first hero to come defense? and my settings is army first then navy, but why when i get attack, navy come defend first and with wrong hero. You have navy as your main defense. Ganzo is a bug it seems as you have your defense main set on first screen. With Nimitz, bailos, and Akatora they will go on defense first if they are available. After they and your navy get chewed up army is up next. Then back to navy from what I see

Where to start? During svs the lag issues were bad when scanning the land and bases not showing up for like 10-15 seconds, teleport was hit or miss even though I was trying to teleport in the correct area, timer lag was bad when troops returning to base and and timer went to 0 but wouldn't let me port while troops were out. I wasted a ton of gems 40k+ odinium as well as almost all my lv82 and 81 troops. I thought this was supposed to be fun

Svs I sent a attack and game froze instantly and lost over 419ee and about 370 Valhalla troops! Game came back after about 30 sec and I had been ported so I repaired everything used up over 30k in odium and all my speeds and about 9k in gems. Issue 1: On multiple attempts trying to port when I had no marches out and was attempting to port within the battle area. I received location error messages as well as notices which stated failed to move.
Issue2: During the battle the victory/defeat message failed to work when a battle was complete.
Issue 3: The repeating request asking if I want to attack after I select the attack button is wasting too much time and keeps popping up even after selecting to not show again.

But the chat was super delayed, by like 20-30 seconds (we use voice chat and share to alliance chat locations, we would miss half the targets because it took too long)
Also general map loading was insanely slow, I would follow a red line to see who was attacking me and there would be no base at the other end of it.

I feel bad when I am looking the response of the game provider team of this game for all spenders. We play legitimate game in a legitimate way, but the response of the game provider seems like they don't like legitimate players rather they only want money and rest they are happy with play who exploit the game bugs, glitches and bad scripting of game.
Why I say this...

1. When issue about bumblebee purple shard was raise, Since we all have upgraded to SSR with the item. They said they can't do anything for free. Where nothing is free, a new player who has spend nothing just exploited the glitches and maxed out bumblebee perk before upgrading SSR and now it's SSR with all those perks. Wow.
2. Facebook issue has been faced by us repeatedly and if we ask a simple question out of frustration we have be called unfair and even after all lose of event time weekly packs loss of gems etc till today no words about compensation.
   Many others issue... Since we spend we have no right to be heared properly and the person here will have one answer and he is just a mediatior and nothing else.
   I will definitely stop spending on this game until the attitude and behavior of the game provider doesn't change in this game. I am happy playing other games and welcome those who want to play game in a fare battle field.

Another thing, has anyone else experienced the radar not storing the missions for them but rather taking away missions from the stored positions? Log in and check and it literally decrease every time by the number of missions placed on the radar screen? I have a player on my server that has shown it happen in front of my face! They have never been able to accumulate 50 stored missions! Actually I don't believe they have ever seen a number above 18.

If you leave the missions they will build up. They add twice a day, once at reset and 12 hrs later

Our entire server (921) experienced crazy lags, hits from shielded enemies, location errors, and the usual svs errors. Smooth is that last word to describe it. Did you really just ask us all individually to report this massive serverwide continues saga of failed SvS instead of TW just doing what game promise, we paid for, and - rightfully so - expect, and just fix the fundamental issue or cancel svs until they got it sorted?!

We are still waiting for compensation from previous svs. But sure, let’s report this one also in hope in game “support” finally answers within days with a solution rather than “did you take a picture of the non red screen?”-type of answers.

I fully get the google pay players requesting refunds and accepting game expulsion. That’s less upsetting than this continues broken game. \rant-off

On 8/8 I upgraded battle round cap to +15 from +4. In the 8 days since, Sandtable score has dropped by average of 100B even though I almost always have troops left alive at end of round. WB score has fallen by nearly 50% with same heroes, skills, comps, and perks that I would always use. Alliance Droid score has also dropped considerably since adding the extra rounds - it also has troops left alive at end of final round. When I went to +4 from standard rounds, my score on all of these went up, but after adding the extra 11 rounds the score went down everywhere. @proud sail Sorry for adding you but been several days with no response.
