According to the description, the Arvak plane should shoot 4x at random targets. for some reason this feature does not work against WB. Arvak only fires once like a regular plane. At the same time, Fanrir, as described, shoots 3 times at a random target, i.e. in this case it hits WB 3 times. Can you improve Arvak so that it works as described in the same way as Fanrir? Wb is the only reason why you should use Arvak planes and as long as it is broken its existence does not make sense at all :/

You probably has bad connection which makes it takes too long to load and it times out! Try to use cell data or change to airplane mode and back to restart your connection!

That's the tricky difference in wording. "attack 4 targets" means that there must be 4 targets to shoot at. "Attack 3 times" however doesn't have such restriction

There are many heroes in the game whose skills work similarly and in all cases I know "random targets" means that the draw can take place even if there is only 1 target. he then just has a 100% chance of hitting each attempt

Sorry to bother you Mr @iron comet , but there seems to be a mishap in the distribution of event prizes. I do believe this is what is known as a bug in the mobile world. To my intelligence and own eye sight, I can confirm on Server 782 that I, Scar, witnessed the bug that displayed and distributed 100 universal hero shards to those who reached the 15th rank of the beach landing event. I can also say with confidence that I have friends who claimed the 100 gold shards and held them in their accounts. I shall send screenshot proof of this once my 15 minute time out is over. I later witnessed the game switch the prize back to 10 universal shards which is quite simply unfair and unjust to those who never reached rank 15 in the beach landing event in order to claim the then 100 universal gold shards, and that people such as the 3 hero Grand Marshals in my server, 782, managed to claim and use 100 universal gold shards. It would only be just if 100 gold universal shards were distributed to every player in the game as compensation for this bug occurring. I thank you for your time spent reading this and hope that this structured form of complaint appeases you and your preferred way of receiving complaints. Have a good evening 👋

Meanwhile when I got to the prize it only offers me 10 shards. I purchased 1K missiles for these Orange Shards. I have also spent one 1.5K VIT. I have included pictures of each. we are different servers, but have the same issue. no do not DM me. i do not want you to hide the issues we bring up. slow mode sucks yes, it sucks even more when you delete our comments. think about that. if you are frustrated and want to go to DMs, imagine how pissed the player base is with your terrible mod ability and attempts to hide the truth. This is a long standing bug. When you click join on a rally from either the world map or your base, when the join popup shows up, it takes you directly to the rally screen and expands the rally to show all participants. If there are more than one rally, you can scroll down to see the other rallies....however the back button only works if you scroll to the top of the page, if you have scrolled down the back button no longer works. I believe this only happens when a rally has been expanded to show the troops that have joined in the rally. Very easy to reproduce if you have many rallies in your alliance and you join one, then scroll down and then hit the back button it won't work.

I’m sorry, I’ve been playing this game over a year now and have seen no improvement whatsoever in Customer Service or satisfaction.

Yes I got the shards and then alerted my alliance and server, jumped over and did the same on my second server. Many then spent money and time to gain this.

TopWar devs think of many ways to penalise and raise costs. This was an ideal opportunity to build there reputation back up, by buffing it as a PR exercise - a secret gift from TopWar.

Instead they sprint to correct glitch and steal from my inventory.

Daily I see more long term players logging off, and this has my finger hovering over the delete app button.

I know typing here is pointless, but at least it allows me to vent?

So not only do they mess up and give you 100 shards - which you legitimately use. Not only do they then correct their mistake by deciding to take them away (I know exactly where I used them and took screen shots of everything so better not mess it up). But now they also kick you out of game for close to an hour. Saying i’m not happy is an understatement.

@next storm mate they took the shards I have been collecting for new hero, after the 100 given which I used to finish perking rockfeild. The shard they took where legitimately bought in preparation of EL hero which i would prefer to lvl rather than perk my air. This is just not on - I want my 100 shards back and rockfield perks reduced - I have screen shot of status of my account at the moment notice was given that shards where going to be taken away

When you reset my hero to remove the beach landing shards it forced all my gathering troops back, all 5 marches. I had 4 gathering on lvl 6 RSS tiles and 1 in the alliance facility. I am missing out on 10 to 15M of food and 15 to 20M oil along with 5 to 10 of each gemstone type for components. It needs to be fixed.

That isn't exactly accurate, from reading the messages here, taking those 90 shards has caused a lot of good players a lot of problems, half my alliance has quit over the deceptive technique and gone for full refunds
