I lost a lot of troops because it either did not allow me to teleport (I had all troops in my base and was within the battle zone on the other server) or it was giving me a location error. There was also a pretty bad lag where it wouldn't load the area so it looked like there was either no bases or ruins in the area. My scout reports also did not always show up so I gave up in using them and my marches did not go out several times.

There few lags in the start on 775 server.. I couldn't get the scout mails. Or scout pop-up info for a while.. even with restart but it went away .. I started after10-15 mins of start..and the game was bug/glitch free for me from around 20mins of svs

Beginning of battle was terrible, pls focus on repairs!! That game feature bogs down significantly when in battle! In addition base not loading was a huge issue again. Only had 3 times I couldn’t move in the battle zone. So good job getting that to work a bit better. The staggered times for SVS helped to some degree but still a ton of work needed to make things truly playable. Got ported a lot to start because my base was invisible and I couldn’t do nothing so pretty upset about that but I think repairs is the #1 things that needs to be fixed in SVS

Yes, seems to be that when you repair all and then merge tanks or ships etc. The merge won’t work and then your base goes blank. When you go to map view your base becomes invisible.

Server 348-An improvement but only a baby step, a better svs can see the effort, but still really bad lagging in my location 😕, I hope they will continue to work on improving the network robustness and speed in Texas/ central USA. It was impossible to perform port, blitz attack and return, port maneuvers like stuck in quicksand watching your base go up in flames while waiting. Porting was slow and mostly so delayed it was worthless and the same can be said about using march speed ups. Another primary issue was the screen going blank intermittently and randomly during whole event- still a big issue😳. Battle reports and scouting reports randomly available but mostly unavailable. The main thing though was the speed of other server was insane compared to my concrete gloves. No red flashing screen just you have been ported for safety of your base. Inability to do anything on the same speed as others currently is still like playing a fps on dial up modem versus everyone else using fiber network connections. Compensations have not been fair to those who are most invested and active and it is a shame when we continue to support the game that a more accurate and fair repair of damages has been performed. The real issue is whether there will be enough focus on fixing this game as well a the relationships with its customers. Currently I am concerned with the mindset of customer service , customer oriented relations is non existent. With the current approach it is always the customers fault for being naive enough to spend money and trust the developer. I am losing my patience, naivity and faith in this company" to do the right thing." PLEASE continue to improve the game and these issues but above all stop blaming the customers for only having realistic expectations 😉

Valhalla went to normal repair. Or immediately degraded, I only use Valhalla for defense too. Just like last time many of us were destroyed past the 15 minute mark (which was reimbursed last time) so getting our troops back is a lost cause unless it’s given for the full hour. 🙃 still location errors. Several thousands of gems and real money get spent on speed ups and ports only to get destroyed because location errors during ports.

If Valhalla were cheaper to repair and we had more Valhalla training areas this would help out a lot. It takes more than 2 weeks to produce a full Valhalla army. There is no possible way to recover. #834

Reports slow to come in. I found out I was attacked by seeing it in AC. Done with SvS until I see this channel report free for one SvS.

Additional: Today the capital on our server was supposed to finish voting for a start time at reset instead of that time being the one honored the capital instantly went up for grabs. I sent one group of troops, hit it one time and it immediately went to my alliance. Not sure if this is intentional or not. This would've been the first capital contest on our server as it's a newer one.

A few "unable to teleport" cases, but not as many.

Opening my hanger (not touching units) after getting base entirely wiped out caused all units to demote. I then got hit as expected for the third time and sent on a free scenic tour. 🎉
I had been saving the broken units with the plan to demote them after I got ported. One cannot strategize well if the game acts on its own.

Also, there seems to be a large difference in latency between a Asian and US servers. After a port to a random area, the other server could find our players and surround and port them before the scenery was even loaded on screen.

• being unable to teleport or send marches until after they were ported the first time
• shields disappearing early and leaving them open to attack
• troops failing to march with troops available and no incoming attacks
• scouted ruins showed unoccupied only to actually have troops present
• battle reports mail showed unread mail dot, but no new reports were visible

Side note: dimensional mines and SVS warzone locked us out once the first server of the day started playing, not just during our time slot. That is wasted time.

In general, better and faster than last week or the week prior, but there are still noticeable issues needing remedy.

Server #947 SVS still had lagging issues for lots of players. Still trouble with some valhallas not going to emergency repair room and this game has severely handicapped using plus 1’s, 2’s and valhallas to attack enemy bases with these units going straight to demotion status instead of repair. In every other type of war game I’ve played your repair room / hospital fills up and then the overflow become damaged and demoted. We as players have answered your call to mine ODinium, massive amounts and resources to build these units and then repair but, when they go straight to demotion all of this is for nothing. This has to change or I can assure you players and spenders especially will tire quickly of wasted time and money. Fix these issues please before it’s too late. Incidentally the last 3 SVS events and the issues have caused participation in SVS to be at a much lower rate cause of the expensive losses incurred during. Kill event arms race day (today) is quickly becoming the same thing. No one wants to lose higher level troops just because they are the attacker. Make it the same across the board…… attacking/defending. The current configuration does not work fairly for all. Many have the same sentiments as I do. Thanks TRNWREKR server 947

Kind of a gray area here, not a bug... yet... but, it ties in to this discussion. Please tell me these issues are being taken under close consideration BY THE DEVS, because if we have issues in an SvS environment, I can only imagine things being much worse when they release Eternal Land. Frankly, if we are only making minimal improvements in SvS experiences, and they plan in releasing EL soon, this channel will be swamped with angry people. Maybe fix SvS first, get it solid before opening up the doors to another slew of issues that we all know EL will bring. Hello. Server 1131. I personally never suffered big lag or bugs during previous SvS events. Today I had the biggest problems. In more than 15 occasions, when I tried to teleport i suffered 2 grapic problems: 1) If the teleport succeeded, I could not see my base; 2) In most of the occasions, I could not see the natural obstructions in the map. So when I tried to teleport and believed I could actually port in a certain spot and that I was safe from enemy attacks, in the end I couldn't. This led to several free attacks from opponents and consequential massive loss of units. Thanks for attention

S986 not all of my Valhalla troops went into emergency repair. After each attack i gemmed to ensure both emergency repair and the repair garage were clear for the next battle. My base also showed two skins so not sure which buffs were being applied and there were lags at times (better than other svs) where i couldn’t see my base or the base I was porting to to hit. Just like in any business, people need to be held accountable for their actions. I’m sure the developers are on the hook to explain all these problems, back to back to back and the compensation they provide is seen as loses to the company. However, the best thing you can do when you mess up as a company is own your mistakes and take care of your clients. Top War has failed to do that today. You basically just spat in your customers’ face after providing a subpar gaming experience full of glitches and bugs. S1049 during SVS: laggy, porting often lead to invisible base for 10 or more seconds. Just the marker in center of screen with no base, and no idea where your base actually was. Also attack screen was very slow to load preset formations, missed a number of attacks due to that. Also no scout report notifications when I scout, no just got attacked or just got scouted notifications when I was attacked or scouted. Messages are there if I go to battle reports, just no notification dot.

I can understand people's frustration and anger, during svs Ive seen how the game glitched, how bases where still present on screen when attempting to hit them it would say invalid target yet the bases was still selectable. You could also see target lines of enemies where present in one location and you follow the lines only to find no enemy base at the end of the line. The other issue with svs is not everyone get the same issue at the same time, an example of this would be several people post a link of an enemy base but when you click on it, it turns out to be a Warhammer, and you ask if the person has moved and they say no but again you click on links and again no enemy base is visible. Yet again all these issues are blamed on someone else, a partner to topwar etc etc etc. It's the same every two weeks masses of people come on here to voice they unhappiness at the issues during svs granted a small progress has been made, but then again if the load balance cannot be sorted so that you can scroll the map properly instead of having to wait several seconds for map to finish drawing as trees resources, bases. People should be entitled to scroll the map looking for targets and it be responsive enough to keep with actions of other players as well as ourselves at the same time.

You will find alot of players have not even commented on issues within svs as people know speaking or adding they comments here leads to nothing be done and basically a waste of peoples time to make any formal issue regarding it as top war team do not care existing players complaints as a long as they can get new players in to spend money. Existing player that have been here a while are basically less forgotten about by top war, when you hit level 80 the only thing left to do is farm. Svs has been a bane since it was reintroduced, more and more people are dropping out or just leaving the game as they cannot get basics correct. By this I mean map load times when scrolling around. Bases still present when attempting to attack invalid target. March lines with no bases attached, being attacked by no visible target. This was just not present on the server number you have list, as people are sick of coming here explaining they issues only to be told or not be told for that matter, after an investigation we found nothing wrong. Since topwar do not like hearing negative feedback they ignore it. It is a fact 99% of the people that come here with issues get that sick waiting they just give up. As per the issues you have this also happen in S1014.

In 1055 we still didn make a svs without lags, its not 5 or 15m its during all the svs, but sometimes we notice more than others. Of course when we try to teleport to onother location and that location takes some seconds to load is impossible to play. Just spending money in the game and they dont fix things right.

I know I'll probably get yelled at for posting this here but given I was pretty vocal about the last 2 SvS debacles I feel I need to step in and say that our experience on 778 was pretty great. There were a few lag spikes, but overall a much better experience.

I was pleased with the 1k gems (and 50 gold which I personally thought was hilarious) as compensation for the small lag I experienced, but 200k Odinium and 100M of each resource is over and above.

Imo - ya'll clearly stepped it up the last two weeks. It wasn't perfect, but I wasn't expecting it to be perfect yet, and it was definitely playable, whereas it was unplayable the last two events.

Thanks for your hard work - looking forward to next week's updates (class update hype!)

@austere needle Recent update should cost farm attack from 5VIT to 50VIT per attack in a period of 4hrs, but what we observed it work well for regular farm but not for the lv6 farm which are spwaned from lv3 resources ruins, you can keep hitting continuously for 5 VITS always

Was attacking a reinforced ruin and using my preset #1 march, but when I looked back through the reports, I noticed that on some of my attacks a combination of heroes was sent that I would have had to select manually.

S1049. Dimensional Mines: used all 30 detects and only found 2 Odinium mines. Not vacant Odinium mines - Odinium mines period. So with my 5 collects, I can only collect 2 since there are no more detects available. Time: approximately 10:40 pm Pacific time. Secondly, the confirmation on detect is horrible - at least add a "don't show this again" checkbox for those of us brave enough to risk it. Finally, please bring back the "bug" that we enjoyed since I started playing Top War whereby we can use a formation, god forbid even the same formation, to capture all of our Dim Mines.

Too many glitches in SvS this week! Compensations not worth the loss! And why discrimination on compensation? Lvl80 players got handsome additional compensation. What wrong lower level players have done? Do you want to have a game for level 80 players only?
Bugs:

1. Teleporting was lagging. Did not work for 3-4 seconds and lost units multiple time as by then high level player burned base
2. "Marching error" for multiple times. By then opponent either attacked 1st or he got teleported
3. Couple of players attacked even being in shield. Return attack was not possible saying they are shielded

Also 1210 looks like bots. Not a single message from 1210 players on crossserver chats. Also surprisingly they were finding my base even after teleported on random, remote , unoccupied locations. Which is bit suspicious!

So I have posed this question several times before, but haven't has a response. I have A160 Valhalla Planes and Kraken Ships. The A160 requires Oil to Build and the Kraken requires food. As far as repairing is concerned both are using Food, **is this correct or is it a Bug? **. This situation makes it extremely difficult to maintain enough food to stay in battle. Surely if you build with oil you should repair with oil?

I play at server 1172; where like 30 players are level 80 and rest of active players are mostly between 75-79. The latest compensation pack placed a total wall between current level 80 players and others. I have to collect odinium 7/24 for 352 days to reach the amount gifted by game as compensation.

When a member of my Alliance is under attack and I want to reinforce him and use a few speedup 25%, my reinforcements bounce and return directly to my base. The member under attack is defeated and because I the reinforcements bounced I don't have a battle report. It has happened me 3 times in the last two Kill events

@proud sail So your intentions were obviously good, you were compensating people for losing stuff they spent money on. Which is definitely what was needed. But you guys admit that the way you did compensation gave stuff to people who A. Didn’t have Valhalla’s, or B. Didn’t participate at all/weren’t affected. And you admit that this wasn’t exactly fair. There were several people on my server who despite being lvl80, I could beat at 76, or wasn’t far behind at all, I.e only lost due to troop lvl, because I’ve PAID way more for better stats. Your compensation basically handed these people several hundred dollars worth of a lead over me. So that now even when I hit 80, they will be farther ahead on their class perks, AND they’ll have free Valhalla’s. Meanwhile I, someone who’s spent several times as much as them, will be wayyyy behind them when I do get to 80. There are several people just on my server alone who feel this way. It’s basically like getting slapped in the face for having spent so much and it’s pretty obvious too. It puts an extremely sour taste in peoples mouths when you hand people who don’t deserve it a massive lead over the people that have actually paid your guys salaries.

I agree that the SvS event should be pulled until such a time it will work smoothly for everyone. I appreciate the compensation, but that does not compensate me for the 82's I lost. I still have to shell out time and gold to build Valhalla units. I have to write test harnesses to stress test our designs all the time. IF it is a problem with the your cloud provider, I would demand a time of free use (as in zero cost) to do stress testing. If they (Google) are not willing to do that, I would in all seriousness look to move cloud providers. I personally do not like how the different cloud providers try to lock you into their platform. You gave them ( 200M rss & 200k Odenium ) as a compensations. and that’s made a huge gab between them and all the players who are less than 80s

Just want to know why would they get that compensations and the other people don’t?!
I know some people had lost their Valhalla units due to the game bug, but many of them had not even reached their troops lvl 80 !!
For example me a 79 player who can reach 80 by just one click but won’t make a difference on my power it’s just a lvl 😀

That was really unfair and upset me and many players, Some of us are really thinking of quitting the game for the gab that compensations made
200k Odenium?! That’s months of gathering for us !! 😡

So please understand the idea of this objection, we only need to play fairly.
at least include the people who are close to lvl80.

@olive birch Not at all bud, I’ll get to 80 eventually, spending on stats is far more important. That’s why I can and have beat 80’s. I’ve always been able to swing up considerably because I was buying the right things instead of vit and crap like that. Participation has NOTHING to do with this. The f2p and light spenders who had and lost Valhalla’s all got the resources. They weren’t fouled by this compensation. The people who were are the people who have invested a lot in this game but are going to be at a disadvantage to people the f2p and non-participating lvl80’s who didn’t deserve the compensation they got. For example the lvl80’s that I could beat were the non whale lvl80’s who were rocking lvl80 units and decent stats. I have spent considerably more than them to have an advantage. After all this IS 100% a p2w game. Now this compensation (worth several hundred USD) was given to people who A. Didn’t have Valhalla’s, B. Didn’t participate, and NOW C. people who just turned 80 in the last 24 hours. So people like me who could previously hit those 80’s have lost that advantage because they know have free Valhalla’s to bridge the gap between our stats that I paid for. So YES the only people actually wronged by this compensation plan are the medium/heavy spenders who aren’t lvl80 yet.
