After that last horrible SvS event, I expected this event to run smoothly. But S323 event was the worst yet! I’ve spent so much money on this game just to have these continued horrible end game experiences. No scout reports, no battle reports, just lag lag lag of several minutes. Not able to teleport, not able to shield, just sit and watch your Valhalla units burn.

This is a critical game bug that needed addressing weeks ago - and it’s getting worse!

800 SvS was extremely lagged out, scouts were taking 5-10 minutes to come in.
Ports were taking 30-60 seconds to confirm then to load your attack were taking another minute for the enemy to move or hit first.
Putting us against a Vivid/TopWar server was also BS...

3 things should happen due to the continue poor performance in SvS:

1. pause SvS events until you find and fix issue permanent,y
2. compensation should exceed last SvS compensation as we were told issues were corrected giving us expectation of no performance issues. People wouldn’t have played and saved Valhalla troops if they expected more issues
3. restore all + and Valhalla troops. We not only pay money for these troops but valhalla troops will take weeks to rebuild while much of them were lost due to performance issues (not able to get scout report to know whether to attack, map not loaded so can’t port, etc)

SVS - awesome event, but extremely buggy. The map wouldn't load and what I would try to warp somewhere, it would stay invalid location. I was getting attacked before I even knew where I was. I couldn't see any of my reports to know what type of troops to send in. I didn't know if I was winning the battles because there was no banner saying I was winning or losing. I lost a lot of good troops so I paid for and I'm kind of disappointed. It feels like this is every server versus server. I put quite a bit of money into this game.

I come to report through this post the following events during the SVS battle:
Servers: S704 and S987

1. Couldn't see anything on the server map.
2. I couldn't see ruins, bases, resources and any type of building inside the server.
3. It was not possible to port anywhere on the map.
4. Could not use gear throttle when map opened.
5. There was no sign that my base is about to be attacked.
6. It was not possible to read reports on suffered attacks, attacks carried out and scans of opponents.
7. I couldn't access the alliance chat, everything that was sent disappeared and failed.
8. Shield activation outside the war zone after 5 minutes failed, and could not activate.

Due to these events I was not able to make any score for the two servers I have an account. My base was destroyed on both servers.
I had an expense buying teleports and gear acceleration for simply during the event not being able to use them and also losing them by pressing the button several times to use and nothing happens.

Emailing every game offering rewards for system errors during the SCS event is not enough to recover all the damage all players suffered from system errors during the SCS battle.

It's becoming unfeasible to go to SCS battle with so many mistakes from the game itself that's been happening.

The bugs in this game you can say to blame google wont change the fact it's not their fault. The issues were much worse this go around than last event. The fault lies in not testing these things at all. If you want to make it better and happier people please make the repairs in svs like aar of odinium can use gems or repair ti keys on Valhalla units. As of right now my server is on a spending freeze till you all fix this stuff. Or actually listen to your player base I know for a fact my spending easily put one of your kids through a nice 4 year college. If your servers can not handle every server doing svs same day and time break it up over time like you all do with war of odinium let us choose a day and time out of options and spread it out so spots fill up first come first serve. Then team us up against each other based on players. I mean we got teamed up with a server who had well over 200 80s we have like 50. How do you all do the math on these things. So yes my server is on a spending strike till we are heard and the devs make drastic changes.

RESET EVERYTHING. This SVS 777 went up against a generally Asian server. They moved through our server with no lag at all. It feels like our server was intentionally lagged out so they could attack us without us being able to defend. This was an utter joke and most of my alliance was zeroed out because they could not do anything to defend themselves. What are the devs going to do to remedy this situation. This is completely and totally unacceptable for how much money players spend in this joke of a game.

Aside from the issues that svs has continued to create, I would like to point out the bug that is called customer service. You can no longer get a human ticket response.. It is completely menu driven and never has any follow up once a ticket has been placed. Has anyone had any follow up on any of their tickets in the last 8 months? This compensation is loaded for the casual free to play players and insulting to the more involved players that spend more money and time on the game. The "reward" for playing a horribly broken and terribly tested game, in which many many people spend thousands of dollars (or whatever their local currency is) is terrible. The bugs have been reported, mail system and scouting was unavailable, location errors, extreme lag, no ability to see incoming attacks or move out of the way, all led to millions of resources lost, tens of thousands of Odinium, and hundreds or thousands of lost troops. What was given in no way is any form of adequate recompense for this. I myself have spent thousands of US dollars on this game, and if this is not made right, I will be asking for a full refund.

During the last SvS, the bug/lag was resolved relatively quicker than this SvS.
The inconvenience was caused but the compensation made up for it.

But this time, the lag was way too much. Since beginning i couldn't scout players although my VIT was deducted each time. Then i saw red lines everywhere but NO targets when i trace them back. I didnt see red flash but lost troops. And then the Game CRASHES !
For 1 hour long event, i would say we lost almost 15 min due to that.

And the compensation you give is even less than last time.
Do the devs really think its appropriate like this ? For so much awited event in the game, such a big issue and you give us that ? Feels like you dont seem to care much, just the usual "yeah it was a glitch. We are sorry. Here have a couple things. It wont happen again"

I would like to add 1 important thing which devs aren't considering.

The compensation you gave you, it consists of gems, +2 units and 5 gold shards+ 30K odinium

Do you consider that the amount of time we lost, we couldnt fight / get points while we ourselves were prone and so many players got easy points.
Those points affect significantly the server ranking and overall points earned.
Which later can be easily redeemed for items like gold shard and odinium from svs store.
So you feel it is justified to return shards, odinium what we could have got by ourselves had there been no glitches ?
Then what about the odinium required to repair so many valhalla troops and the disappointment caused by the game, (yet again i must say) ?
Please be more considerate guys. We spend so much to be where we are.

I had a weakening tower that gave me the right to the first attack, + reinforcements from others, I just didn't upload all the screenshots. But because of the arson from 914, 70% of our troops were unable to strike even with an advantage in attack speed. If the hydrant has to extinguish 95% of the fire, then this must be fixed, otherwise why did we pay for the resources when buying it.

I am demanding a response to the removal of my 35,000 gems in an apparent "refund request" that was never asked for. I am now blocked from the game due to "negative gems" and customer service has just indicated my only solution is the purchase of gems to resolve the deficit. 1. No refund request was made. 2. If it was it would be a hell of a lot more than 35k gems. 3. No evidence of any "refund" has appeared in my bank accounts. This industry and type of platform is very expensive. But, its very profitable.

I've seen the cash flow and the rise and fall of Zynga, Playdom, Rovio and many other companies doing similar games.

The games lag has carried over from svs(which was a whole other issue between the lost gems, ports, and units from the server lag). Bases dont show up right away and ruins stay invisible until you move on the map and come back, sometimes 2 or 3 times. Makes it hard to enjoy the game lately. Many people on my server are getting sick of it and losing interest in the game completely. Between losing the troops and gems and ports these last few SvS's,the game lag which hasn't really stopped, and the impossible task of obtaining a server merge, people are either quitting or transferring out of our server.

Hopefully there is a solution to this in the works and it gets fixed soon because the unplayability of the game has made it unenjoyable and stressful. Its supposed to be the opposite.
