The latency and crash issues in USA specifically Texas were worse then last svs. Issues were 1) game locked for first 10 -15 minutes unable to do anything at all, 2) after resetting multiple times finally able to play but with severe game play issues - unable to get reports, unable to read mail, unable to teleport, no flashing on incoming attack, the screen going black for 3 to 5 seconds at a time, and this was worse then last svs ! I had to close and reset game multiple times. This was not an improvement. I lost more troops and spent money on a game that never even answered my last customer service request and moderator that takes a week to reply says "you got your compensation." This game is on the verge. Right now the game is broken and so is the customer service. The friends in this game are the only thing keeping me and many others here. HOPEFULLY, your developers will get this fixed before we all leave.

This svs was way better for me but worse for others, I mainly had lag for the first 15 or so minutes then I was able to teleport and scout freely

I did have a mail bug though

i didn't get any points for defending the capital at all. Which cost me in total points. I could not even more or hitt ppl. so i sat at th cap and took it with troops parked there to get something

This is bull we have a strong server and we lost two weeks in a row to weaker server due to these lagging and location errors

For the amount of money the game makes, how is it that you cant invest in better servers and networks for your game which gives you a lot of revenue. It’s frustrating not being able to simply play the game, as it lags and bugs out everyday. Even worse on svs when most people are online playing!

terrible lag. lost all my troops due to the lag. More upset about the valhallas that are expensive to repair. Spent 3000+ gems repairing troops, buying ports that didnt work (when they did it was such a terrible lag it was pointless), all my +1 units (95ish), all 160 ships i had in stock. this was a terrible, expensive experience.

Got ported 3 times before I could even attack anyone or anything. Showed my troops attacking, out of base, but not marching and all the sudden destroyed. Worst svs yet. So expensive. Lost svs due to lag.
The svs have progressively gotten worse since they started. The one thing I look forward to and it gets destroyed by a lag.
Ended up with loser rewards and no capital leader.

Not worth it to participate in this anymore. Its getting worse. Unplayable.

Seems like the more I spend the less fun and usable the game is getting. I hope you get this fixed.

Too bad they can rewind the server and give us what we had back.
