This SVS was terrible for technical reasons:

1. Scouting often didn't return a report and said to check my mail, but nothing was there.
2. Same for battle reports.
3. The aforementioned reports would finally arrive 20-30 minutes later.
4. While I got the red screen flashing when an attack was coming, I got no notification of who won when I got hit.
5. About 25% if the time when I tried to teleport, I got a location error.
6. Some opponents showed up inside the old cross-server battle area in the corners where I can't teleport to. Why are these areas still off limits?
7. Overall the game lagged a lot the entire time. I even had to restart the game a few times because it just stopped responding.

the excesive amount of iterations between each base to the database is what make the game freeze and increase the lag. this started as soon as the Emergency Repair was implemented, pretty sure each time a base gets hits, the base ask the database for each single unit, where it can go? is the hospital filled? it can go to the emergency room? it is valhala? add this to a common base with 700 troops and is easily 2100 iteration from a single base.

Compensation? What 100 gems tops? Here’s an idea, postpone it until there is enough bandwidth to support the server. I do video game programming as well and biggest thing I’ve learned is to listen to the players. I’m not noticing very much of that. Every update I’ve seen SO many complaints. I mean. We're talking hundreds of dollars for repairs. So curious what the compensation will be. That's not meant to be overly negative. I honestly go into every single SvS expecting that what I bought to prep/repair for it will cost me more than any rewards I get out of it. However there is a difference between an honest loss you need to rebuild from, and something that was out of your control when you went into it in good faith with a solid knowledge of the "rules" of play (both stated and the ones everyone knows to expect, ie., a little extra lag, etc.) There's been a different series of errors with every SvS so far that I've done in this game. Eventually you reach the point where you ask if it will ever be "right".

I don't play this game to build a trophy account that sits on the shelf and collects dust - I play it to fight, and I expect bumps and bruises along the way. I don't expect the floor to fall out from beneath me while I fight though.

Why have Valhalla units at all if they are going to be damaged and not repairable if you use them as the attacker? SVS events shouldn’t make you change your attacking march just to save Valhalla units. Make them repairable again. Lost almost 80 Valhalla boats. Lost the ODinium and time and money used to build them for this? Please resolve. Last time this happened we got zero actual compensation for lost Valhalla units. Just a few gems for our trouble. Very disappointing!!!!!

Things happen . Technology isn’t perfect . I get it . As long as compensation takes into consideration I ended up spending dozens of ports, thousands of gems, and $10 buying more gems as a result of the multitude of glitches : scout reports unavailable , location errors, inability to hit cap on defense side if they had a troop in the cap , inability to attack or even click on an enemy to share location, etc etc etc .

During the SVS event for 1226 and 1192, there was 20 seconds remaining on the capital in our own battle zone. MANY of us tried to attack it and it would not let us. It gave us an error even though the capital was not at peace. This persisted for the remainder of the countdown and none of us could attack our own capital. After about twenty seconds the capital went to At Peace and now we don't have a capital for a week because of lag and glitches. This is just the crux of the errors we experienced. Most of it has been mentioned about scouting reports, laggy combat, teleports delayed and not registering, etc

Facilities in the bookmarks (Favourites) lose their avatars. When I open Favourites the first time, they all have their avatars. If I do it again, all avatars are gone. This applies only to facilities. The bookmarks of bases keep their avatars without a problem.

The SvS rewards aren’t fair, level 80s are getting 50k odinium while level 70s ain’t. I try hard in SvS for odinium in SvS store while some level 80s don’t. SvS is what makes this game worth playing when it is right. However nothing has been right about the current mechanics. It seems like there is always latency and buffer overload type issues, nothing happens in real time. A battle game where the enemy gets to attack and attack why you try to attack or port, port, crash, reload, and retry just to repeat, while it seems the enemy is not held back by same set of handicaps? I am very close to leaving the game. It seems players are the least important link in the chain, and especially ones who are dumb enough (like me) to spend money on the game. I spent much more on the battle then the compensation in money but when you factor time into the equation it gets insulting.

For my issues with the lag porting and other issues I got 1k gems a couple gold shards. You're checking on alliance member. So you're on the wrong page. You need to go to the fortress to invite instead. Try territories then move base then invite.

One ruin had 11 hours left when I checked not that long ago and the other had 16 hours left on the shield. Why is it that both opened up and reset at the same time? These glitches are getting old and need to be taken care of... First svs and now this. A lot of us players have a life outside of this game. We can’t check every minute for glitches like these. I have an alliance to look out for and I should be able to count on the dang timers on these shield to tell me when they reset. Not expect them to change for no reason. Now I have to wait another 2 days for my alliance to gather at these level 6 resources. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Hello. There seems to be a bug with the odinium item from legion store. I have been buying the item for over 1 month, daily, and when I looked yesterday in my backpack it showed only 53 items, 50 of which was received as a compensation from the svs glitch. Looking at my "in hand" odinium(from farming, dimensional mine and other sources), it shows 46,8k. I want to mention that, until today, I have never opened an odinium item. After the svs glitch reward I checked my balance and had 53 items and around 46k odinium in hand. Today, after I purchased the odinium from legion store, I had 53 items and 46,8k odinium in hand. THE RUINS need a different set up, abandoning them to Mini alliance, then just wait and reclaim at your leisure. ABANDON is fine but the timer and reset need to stay the same. This is seriously departmental to the game.

Bug in skin share mode. If you click on the green arrow in your skin selection screen it clears all buttons for screenshots. But there is no button to exit that mode. Even worse if you click on your bsse while in this mode and enter your base there is no button to leave it again. None. You have to force quit the game.

Hi, server 975.
In my base i've synthesized deco of Fountains and Lamps that give bonus in coin minting. After it, the bonus did not grow as i expected but halved. Of course i have less fountains but with higher rank, so it's a no sense, seen how the game works for every other thing.
Even benches, with 2 lvl1 benches and 1 lvl 4 i have 7.2% bonus on march speed, with 1 lvl2 and 1 lvl4 i had 5.6%
I suppose it's a bug.

The game is weird that way. You want to set out the maximum amount effective (which I think is 5 for both of those. The decor building will tell you the amount) then upgrade those as you get more. Since it takes 3 items to merge, you’re actually losing one in the process. IE: if 3 level 1 benches are 1% and a level 2 is 2% ( which probably aren’t the numbers, it’s just an example) it’s actually better to have the 3 level 1, than a single level 2

Not a bug, your DEF attributes are saved when you setup the DEF layout. Meaning component change aren’t live - it’s based on the components you had active last time you adjusted your defense layout.
