I plan on it. The game has been so damn buggy since the update. I’d really hate to quit at my level, but I won’t throw money in the garbage. These sort of things should be fixed quickly, and efficiently. If people start to believe months of time and thousands of dollars can be erased because of a bug in a single update, no one will spend money on this game again.

I have been zeroed many times in the past. I have no problem taking the loss if it was due to my own actions. I lost almost 100 supers taking down another GM a few weeks back. This wasn’t me

@next storm I have invested over $20,000 into my account. Tonight, even though my main March was in my base AND assigned to defend my base, a second March of terrible heroes defended instead. Because of this I lost hundreds of super units and over 100,000 odinium to repair the ones that weren’t gone. I lost countless 81’s and 82’s with the lot. I will post proof under this message. I have played faithfully since almost the very beginning. I am going to quit if I don’t get my things back. There is no point investing thousands of dollars into a game, if a single bug can take away everything you’ve spent months and thousands accruing. Server 631. I had JUST ported to a location, and auto join was disabled. My heroes were assigned as they should’ve been. There was no reason the bad March should’ve defended, but they did. It caused a massive loss.

@austere needle the long and short of it is that the game bugged out and caused my base to be defended by crappy heroes and not the heroes assigned. There was absolutely no reason for this. Everything was setup the way it should’ve been.

Earlier today I swapped out to lvl3 skills on 2 heroes, and only had 1 of those return to inventory. Then I realized (after an alliance member mentioned it) that I set up a second skill page on one of them, and that’s where the other lvl3 was being held up.

This is because charges made on your account have been reversed. Sometimes a bank will believe it's fraud and suspend the transaction and the game will reverse what you purchased. I'd call the bank to make sure everything is approved for the charges you made or if you need it now just buy the gems to get to a positive balance. The gems will come back when your bank releases the funds.

I have been testing a lot with suppression as the numbers didn’t make any sense and I think that my Chinese friend might have helped me find the bug I have so desperately been looking for. The English description of the attack suppression is wrong. I did a number of tests and it seems clear that the boost from suppression in attack is not a dmg increase but rather an atk bonus in the formula (I only get 4% damage change with a 90%+ suppression boost - which would be OK if it was atk bonus since I have over 2000% atk bonus from perks etc. but would not be consistent with damage increase as my damage increase is much lower than that and the impact should therefore be much higher). Talking with my chinese friends it seems that the chinese version does indeed say atk bonus rather than damage increase, while the English version says damage increase.

I have asked for support a couple times and I keep getting brushed off. There is a big in the Treasure Guards. If I attack and leave the guard with less than 50% HP, and I appear to do the most damage, I should be awarded first place. This seems to be the case when someone in my alliance attacks the guard but if someone outside my alliance does, they can take first place even with less damage reported. I can't post the other players battle report, only what I'm told. These 2 screenshots are from the latest time it has happened.

I have messaged a mod and support on the matter today I recalled a gathering troop with 6 million food from a level 6 farm 10 seconds into the March the server went into maintenance. Upon logging back in minutes later I had lost my food from this gathering I was placed 2nd in the arms race. The 6 milllion food would have brought me to 1st place. I’m looking to have these resources added ASAP or want adequate compensation for loosing the arms race due to a bug. After comparing some stats with another member, it has a bug. It's maybe not a bug, but certainly is confusing and not helpful.

Thank you for making the game more fun and introducing another event. However, it's a bit more than just unfortunate that there's no information about item drop rate/ probability.

Many players had hoped to get more than just one "formation manual" and they spent a considerable amount on accelerators to use up all 300 "digs" to learn that probability of getting a "formation manual" is 0.003%.

All top tier rewards in Vein Miner event are of similar cost or more expensive than they are in value deals store, such as 10 green carts = 48h ≈ $9, 5k odinium = 48h ≈ $9...etc. I dont even want to refer to other events where those items are considerably more affordable. So, those who decide to accelerate are mostly accelerating for additional "formation manuals" and not additional arsenal carts, orange shards, etc.

With all due respect, do you find it problematic that your error had created an environment where players who got "formation manual" after, say, 23 digs and without spending on any accelerators, they spend to accelerate and use the remaining 277 "digs" in hope to get the second formation manual? It takes two to upgrade the formation to lv5.

If you do find it problematic, have you considered any ways to address and even compensate those who used up all the "digs"?

After a year of playing, i dont think there's any other event with drop rate of 0.003%. 😅

I think it’s worst than this Valter. I am yet to find a single player that had less than 1 formation dropped in the miner event (out of those that did all 300) and a single player that had more than one. In other words, I think these are not even drop probabilities, but that instead the rewards from the event are fixed (ie 1 formation, X green equipment etc.). This is not the way it looks nor the way it is described, but it’s very much what the data we gathered seems to suggest. I think the issue, as usual, is in how the event is described - if this is the case they should state that rewards are not random and that each day X rewards are dropped for each type.

yes - i have double checked and there absolutely is a new bug in my gold harvester...i emptied it at 00:22 time this evening, It is already more than one third full with the green bar going round in just 25 minutes...which is consitent with what i've observed all day - it is getting full in well under 2 hours. This never used to happen, it would run for 8+ hours and not be nearly full. im on S971. How do i escalate this fix please since it is killing my gold production where it stops after a couple of hours collecting overnight or whilst i am offline? It may be a coincidence, but at the weekend i reordered my base and moved the position of the collector...that obviously shouldn't be related or cause a problem, and may be a coincidence. ive checked the figures for the rate of production per minute and that is all correct, it is as if the capacity of the gold harvester has suddenly got miscalculated/changed. It's ridiculous to have a gold harvester which fills and stops collecting in under two hours. Please let me know how i get this resolved - thanks

ok i have the exact set of data from my gold harvester to help you debug the problem. I emptied it at 0:22 time. It was completely full at 1:37, so only 75 minutes later! I produce 28.8cc gold per minute and it was full with 2.18dd, which is the correct rate of production. So the gold production rate is correct, it is the capacity of the harvester which is the problem. Previously, it would run overnight for at least 8 hours not being anywhere near full and collect over 13 or 14dd....it is has gone suddenly from being able to collect much over 8 hours to suddenly filling after only 75 minutes! please can you log this bug for me and please address urgently - it makes the game almost impossible to play until it is fixed since my gold production is destroyed when it can only collect 75 minutes before all my gold mines shut down - thanks

I believe I'm experiencing the same problem. I just got up having not logged into the game overnight and my harvester was full with 15.6ee gold. This is about 3 hours production for me and previously the harvester could hold multiple times this capacity.

Could the crit application be bugged? For example i have airforce crit rate 80% and all units crit rate 15% but i watched a lot of fights and roughly only 1 of 4 attacks is a critical strike. So if you just look at the trigger rate this can't be possible in my eyes

Remember it only buffs the original chance for critical hit. Meaning if the original chance of crit is 15%, and you buff that by 80% - you'll only be at 27%. Note that the "base" or original percentages are unknown, just assumed.

Ah ok then it's fine that wasn't clear to me when I read a tag saying 80% crit rate i assume it's the actual rate and not only a buff to the existing crit rate that's not announced. Perhaps it would be better to name it something else then

Otherwise people could reach more than 100% Dodge/DEX or more than 100% Hit, which wouldn't be feasible. All buff percentages are enhancements of the base/original value - not purely increasing the base/original percentage value.

So I had done that. What I found out though as a few have had this problem is you need to place any random comp into every spot on all 4 groups. Then the comp reappears in inventory. The thing was showing there already until you went to merge. It is like it is ghosting in the group until you replace all. Wasted a day without weapon and armor buff

Exercise Unit and Expedition Unit are two different kinds of buffs - two different situations, hence why it doesn't show up in the attributes you're displaying.

Yeah, I understand, but please try what I suggested and DM me if it doesn't work. If that is your top heros, they may have been auto sent into an amass if you have auto join on and ticked of "all units" on deploy there, for instance.

Repeated messages/emojis is an easy way to get yourself muted, indeed, unfortunately there's no easy steps to get unmuted - as it's temporary, and even if you reach out to Customer Support it has likely expired by the time they even review it - as it wont last that long (depending on how many times you've been muted in the past).
