Hi, I'm having the same problem as other people with the blue coin event. I bought coins and then tried to purchase components chests. I received a purple blueprint and it cost significantly more coins than I intended to spend.
I also tried to purchase Amalia shards and got 10 bassal skill token's.
I've raised a case through the contact us section in game but I haven't heard anything back in over 36hours now. I assume there are lots of complaints to get through. Any ideas when the developers will be sorting this out?

If the "quick collect" makes you instantly collect 6h worth of mining, the least we cant expect is that this 6h limit is the limit of the collector. Not some random 5h ish limit 😉
So my point is the collector limit should be reached after 6h of mining

@austere needle Hello 🙂 so two days ago I purchased two packs of blue titanium coins. for 19.99 and 4.99f to unlock the Bessel hero. I had 1,580 coins. I clicked on the Bessel icon and was surprised to get the Kuruzo skill. I counted 130 coins apiece. I repeated the operations one more time and the same thing again.

I wrote in-game to support. After two days, they gave me back 1000 blue coins and took some of Kuruzo's skills ... 500 blue coins are still missing ...

When in these reports shows the glich, shows the fault of the developer and the game messing up. We the CUSTOMER pay money for little boxes to help us but then we lose them or troops, ports, VIT, points exc. The whole time you the game makers take your sweet time and we have to play with those lost items not in our inventory and it then effects our game, our experience our alliance. I purchased titanium coins to get Amelia skills and did not realize till I bought 9 of them it gave me kuruzo shards which were 70 coins each but I paid 200 when it gave me those instead of Amelia. Agreed, I mean, everyone makes mistakes, though I am not sure how such a silly mistake could ever be not noticed in any beta environment. But hearing nothing at all in game after 55+ hours is really annoying. Yes I pmed Lokiney in here, but many of my friends do not have discord or are not well known with reporting problems. I pay nearly twice the price of a tripple A game for some content and get wrong content which I can't change back, which I get no response for in game and which makes me miss out from AND affects me. This game is supposed to give some fun and distraction but these type of major problems, involving that much money for many people, gives quite some stress and anxiety.

The Valhalla units are a mess. There were so many bugs that we as players had to report and keep following up on to get them fixed. Not all of them are fixed yet. There is a bug with 914 that was reported more than 2 weeks ago, they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. Saw the same bug again yesterday. Reported again, no response. The game freezes when there is a lot of activity going on at times like capital and silo. Those are the most critical times when we need the game to be reliable. Instead of adding new content, they need to stabilize the game, fix the bugs, improve the performance. That will keep the players happier than untested, buggy new content like Valhalla units and this new “war ruins”.

Guys about the mess today -

1. Fixed the vanished Barn, Oil Refinery and Gold Mine
2. For all resource tiles at different levels: the gathering speed are the same, but with different storage. Before, your troops will get back once they are fully loaded, and now your troops will get back after they gathered all resources in each tile.
3. Legendary Craftman: Gathering Speed buff is still effective, and not limited by the storage. Facilities built by them will vanish after the countdown drops to 0
4. Warzone Monuments: they are back. Yeah your Xmas Tree also has an icon there but it will be removed after the update on Friday

Again im really sorry about the bugs and problems. The team's discussing about a compensation for the resource mess there, should be sent via mail in 1 business day.

Why were the resource tiles nerfed? What is the point of having 5 different levels of resource tiles if every single one, regardless of level, is going to have the exact same collection rate?

Why would anyone collect from a level 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 tile (special tile from ruins) when the collection rate is the exact same as a level 1 tile? Plus a level 1 tile has no storage limit, so you could farm from that tile for almost 4 days before you have to recall your units, and with higher level tiles, you're troops can't farm for as long. Additionally, the original system where each increase in level also increased the collection rate, gave added value to legendary craftsmen, because a legendary craftsman could extend the life of a higher level tile by building on it and allow multiple alliance members to get the added benefit of the higher tier tile. Without this differentiation between tile levels, that is no longer valid. As a legendary craftsman myself, I liked the original release with higher collection rates the higher the level the tile was, because it helped add value to my play style. The game is already so heavily oriented towards Grand Marshalls, and the nerf where all collection rates were equalized took away a feature that added value to an alternate specialization (the legendary craftsman). So please reasses this decision to make all tiles have the exact same collection rates.

It’s been 5 days since the titanium coin store opened, which means it has been 5 days since I submitted my ticket about the game giving me the wrong item when I tried to purchase Amalia shards. It has yet to be resolved, the wrong item has not be taken away and my titanium coin has not been returned. There are only 2 days left to the coin store so I will not be able to use the coins as I intended wasting $100. Also, since Amalia is a reward collecting hero, your bug has cost me 5 days of not being able to use her. Or the software does not physically separate the servers from each other, so that one server loads the other. it can make sense for one server to take over the tasks of another in a server network. unfortunately, this can also affect the performance of the individual server. hope the translation is correct, use a translator as this exceeds my knowledge of english language

Would you please make up your mind about resources tiles? They change (both in BUGs and features) every time a new update is pushed out. Now, for example, all Gold Mines are reporting the same storage ; Oil Fields are dropping out troops before the collection is completed (and yes, the storage was full and the field wasn't used). Resource structures created by Master Mechanics won't accept a full party, even if they are empty or well under the maximum capacity: trying to gather with full troops results in "Attack Party Full!" error message.

If I build a resource building on a level 2 tile with the most limited storage capacity, the building allows you to collect from that tile for the entire time the building is there; so it makes the limited storage capacity irrelevant. With a resource collection building, a level 2 tile is equivalent to a level 5 tile with a resource collection building on it. So again, having different level tiles without increased collection rates as the levels go up makes the levels pointless, unless you're solo gathering.

Furthermore, my alliance is now in control of one of the level 3 Resource ruins, that allows our alliance to spawn level 6 resource tiles once every day. However, because you cannot build on a level 6 tile and because collection rates do not differ by level, why would anyone ever choose to gather from one of the level 6 tiles? Collecting from a resource tile with a resource building on it will give you better collection rates, so the level 6 tiles are made useless because again, there is no increased gather rate based on the level of the tile.

Even if a player were to choose to solo collect from tiles (and I have no idea why they would choose to do that, given they would collect much slower than if they chose to use a resource building constructed by a legendary craftsman), the level 6 tiles substantially high resource capacity is made useless by the time limits on these tiles. A player will never be able to fully empty the tile of its full storage capacity because of the 4 hour timers on them.

Yes, you can put your march on the tile, and the tile won't despawn as long as your march is on it, however, if you take a level 6 gold mine as an example, it has a storage capacity of 154ee gold. My units are level 80, and with the resource collection skills I have equipped, my troops can stay on the tile for 1 day 9 hours. My troops can solo collect from that tile for that amount of time before they reach their full carrying capacity and automatically recall to my base, at which time the tile will automatically despawn because there are no longer troops on it and the timer has expired. During that 1 day 9 hours, I'd only be able to collect 11.2 ee of the 154ee gold that level 6 tiles has for it's storage capacity. So the massive storage capacity is made irrelevant by the timer limitations that were put on those special spawned resource tiles. This limitation plus the fact I'm getting a lower collection rate by solo-gathering from them than I do when I put my troops on a level 1-5 tile with a resource building, makes this new feature useless as well. YOU GUYS NEED TO GO BACK TO INCREASED COLLECTION RATES for every increase in resource tile level; otherwise the introduction of these new resource tiles with different levels makes absolutely ZERO sense.

Everyone who had the same problem, who I know off has got their coins back. Why haven’t mine come back? Or when will they come back? There is less then 2 days left of the “NEW OFFER 2021” event. Solo gathering is useful if you plan to not log in every few hours and for gathering points arms race. And that you can bypass the storage capacity by placing a facility on that tile makes master mechanics more useful. This might not be very relevant for a lvl80 with a fistful of high skills and perked heroes, but for smaller players and young alliances it could be.
Higher level tiles in the center of the map draws people closer there. I believe the idea is to fight for those tiles. This is supposed to be a war game and not a farming simulation.

And how is this new system better for long term gathering? Under the old system if I solo gathered on a tile it would take almost 4 days before my troops would complete their gathering, because resource tiles weren't limited in the number of resources they held. Now the maximum time I can gather from a level 5 or 6 tile (the tiles with the greatest storage capacity) is only a little bit over 24 hours. Anything lower than a level 5 resource tile has an even lower maximum gathering time as the level gets lower. People on my server who like solo gathering are complaining about this new feature just as much, if not more than people like me who can be on the game every few hours. If you have a very busy work schedule or really busy life, any tile under level 5 requires you to login to the game more than 1 time per day in order to keep your marches actively gathering.
