Hi this isn't a bug, but there's no section for my problem, I've raised a ticket in game regarding the island battles but my ticket was just ignored, the first time just lying to me that the island battles resets for everyone at the same time, the second time closing my ticket as I never replied to their question, but I've never been asked anything.

I asked if is possible to change the time of the 48h battle to reset after the 24h one, as I never have enough time to do it, the gap between 2 of them is just 2h while others players have a gap of 22h.

Another thing that can be considered as a bug is when u hit the WB on the report is impossible to tap and see the atributes, it never opens it.

Black Cat Deco I just paid for is not calculating correctly. Normally you get 1 VIT every 5 mins. (for easy to understand math) if it was a 10% reduction you would save 6s every min, since it's only a 5% reduction, you save 3s per min. 3s per min over a 5 min normal recovery is 15s total per cycle. 5mins - 15s = 4 min 45s. but when the counter resets for the next cycle it starts at 4 min 46s. over the course of a day that's a loss of 288 slightly over 1 vit per day. Can you fix this.

I’m not sure what o should look for in the battle report. It’s a boost to a single unit and until now I haven’t been able to see those in the report.

Here are 3 tests. One is with navy 2 only, one is with navy 2 as well as other unit types and the last one is without navy 2. You can see there is no difference in both the HP as well as the attributes in the reports. @next storm

There is a bug with 914 when he is used to attack a base, the first wave of base defense is killed, and for the second wave, his fire does 0 damage. If you have diana which reduces VIT cost when attacking dark forces by 2 effectively making it only cost 3 VIT per and you try to attack with only 3 VIT the game doesnt consider you have her and requires a minimum of 5 before even letting you choose the commander

This was already reported I think, but there is a bug in how the damage of trigger heroes is calculated for the Valhalla unit navy-3 (Fenrir). In the screenshots below you can see the difference between a Bellevue trigger damage with a normal level 82 vs the one of a Fenrir. As you can see the damage is significantly lower with the Fenrir despite the fact it should be higher (30% damage increase). I believe this is the case with all Valhalla units that hit “random targets”. @next storm @craggy anvil

To give more details, a normal level 82 does 2.65T total damage and the Bellevue trigger does 2.42T damage x 3.
The Fenrir does 1.35T x 3 (4.05T total damage) but Bellevue only does 1.95T x 3.

Fenrir F-4x bug:

When atacking with the navy, each unit already does 3 atacks of the 1st row as per 1st atached screen shot. When atacking with the fenrir instead this atacks brakes into 3 random hits. During the atacks I've noticed that 1 normal hit for example 1.2T of the normal troops dealt already on 3 units, so it becomes (1.2x3) damage dealt overall.
When using a Fenrir this normal atack brakes into 3 random hits (1.2 =3x0.4)...
This makes the Fenrir just weaker than a normal navy unit.
Shouldn't be that this 3 atacks that a normal navy unit is doing to be split into 3 (so it becomes 9 hits from 1 Fenrir)?
P. S. Numbers are just an example to make clear the idea, my test was done with navy lvl 81 and Fenrir lvl 82. But compared to navy lvl 82 Fenrir does less dmg exactly for this reason.
Making another example trying to make it more clear: If a navy lvl 82 does at the same time 1.2T to 3 units, a fenrir will do 0.8T to one unit and 0.4T to 2nd unit and won't touch at all the 3rd.

I tested with lvl 81 navy this is why the dmg appeared to be higher, the reason of the discussion I started was the number of the hits the units are doing, as u can see from the attached screenshots, the normal units are hitting an entire row (3 hits already) while the F-4x hits 2 units only (2 hits on one unit and one hit on 2nd unit, while doesn't touch at all the 3rd one) my question was if a normal unit hits 3 times, it not supposed to be that this 3 hits are divided into 3 as per F-4x description, while it appears to be that only one of this 3 normal hits is devided?

Level 82 was not a critical hit. Those are the numbers for default attacks

The default for lvl82 of the Bellevue trigger is 2.42 per hit (or similar) while critical hit is 5T+ (you can see in the screenshot I posted one of the three is a critical hit)

I think this is a bug. When I go to world and use full screen mode hide every options and them hit back button from my mobile to enter the base there is no option for me to exit the full screen mode or to go back in world.
In order to get those back I have to exit the game and restart it.

I think the new pop-up for when you don't arrive in time for a rally is a really good idea. It will (hopefully) stop people that are far from the hive joining. However it doesn't work correct. I just joined a rally with 45 seconds to go from someone inside our hive. I got the pop up eventho the march time was only about 17 seconds.

I've been watching my components due to reaching certain goals as Hrof 10 when I diden't have it
Had 2x Hrof 9 & 1 Hrof 8 equipped and 2x 8 in inventory and once unequipped there was only 2 left in inventory when there should have been 3
That's just one of the times it happened
It feels like if you're unequipping them to quick or perhaps lagging during unequipping there's a chance it doesn't register ?
I keep good check on my items and it feels wierd indeed for it to disappear but it did

i laugh at this remark. as part of a developer team, i can see where you are coming from but its not working as it should because the logic is incorrect. Does it require fixing? Yes it does. So its a bug.

However, i agree is not game breaking however is causing confuse for your end user. This need to be corrected.

I got this message on all the rallies I joined today and didn't miss a single one even though I got that warning message. I understand @mellow saffron and that is why I retested it as when I first saw the message and read the in game system message but agree the logic on the message needs to be reviewed. Once the dev team comes online this evening I will bring it to their attention. I've already earmarked the video posted by Seth which is super helpful!

@radiant lantern i do have a question on supply drop event.. as it may be a bug.. seems like a bug to me, but perhaps how intended. I get the message that I can't intercept sometimes because I won't make it in time.. but often this player has like 5+ minutes remaining in their march, and obviously i can use speed ups to be there in like 5 seconds, but in reality i can often intercept in less than their march time without using speed ups. Yet, I don't even have the option to send a march. However, supposedly if you teleport in front of their march you can intercept.. this seems buggy?

This is by design. No speed-ups for intercept, or carrying supplies to Fortress.

I agree that the logic for calculating the time should be similar for supply intercept as it is for joining rally. It would eliminate false positive dialogs from interrupting the game play.

That is actaully how it works, and since you cannot use speed ups when intercepting. It is a slow march when you intercept. If the enemy is within the range of reaching their area base owned on the map and your march is too far it wont allow you to intercept. As the others have said above

It took me a while to be able to prove this but. Island Battle - HP bonus is either not reflected, or not used. I started with 257B HP, Stage 2, I picked up +5% HP to ALL UNITS. This should make my HP 269.85B HP. but it still only shows 257B, so where is the other 12B HP bonus?

I was going to fuse a life component at level 9, so I removed the level 8 life components that I was using in the tanks and in the army but when I removed them they did not appear in my inventory, only a level 8 life component appeared.

I didn't delete them because if I go to the arsenal to equip them, it shows that I have 3 level 8 life components.

And I can equip them individually. It's just that only one appears in the inventory and obviously I can't merge it, or by pressing the merge all button either.

Look, in the inventory i only have one, but at the Arsenal i have three.

If y made any refunds the game will deduct double gems of the refunds amount
Once you contact customer support they will help you and guide you how you can fix it
For example if you bought a pack for 1.99 and then make a refund the game automatically will deduct gems for the amount of 2.99

What u have to do is buy gems for 1.99 and send the recipe to customer service and they will help you sort it out
