Hello, I am facing lot of problems within the last update.
Lot of bugs such as troops disappear and all in a sudden reappear again, sometimes while I am building they say there is no empty space while it is empty, game hang a lot also today I found that my tanks rank has fallen down, never the less I shielded my base before bed time.
Actually I accepted everything, because sometimes faults happen. But to find out that my tanks has been downgraded which I took lot of time to make them, this was the peak point. So I decided to complain.

When you guys updated the game, I had been saving up my "mining" for almost 2 n a half weeks.. I had about 40 of every single level 1 component, atleast 20 of every gem except the moon gem(as I couldn't mine that one, and I know this because I was about to collect them when I had it so that I had 40 of each with my inventory and I was trading people what I had to get my moon gems up close then I was going to collect..) plus I had 4k of each type of rocks.. and a few level 2 boxes and stuff.. I LOST ALL OF THAT.. instead of you guys just forcing us to get our stuff from mining and then revamping the system.. I lost everything I had been storing for the past 3 weeks.. you have basically set me back a week or more in growth, especially now that your system doesn't seem to be giving gems as much.. this is absurd.. I put a lot of money in to this game.. and you basically gave me a big ole screw you with one change. Hell even a heads up woulda been nice.. I want my stuff back.. please fix this..

@modern geyser you can put buildings on top of trees as if you're removing them.
There were various land-colored mud puddles and other obstacles in the areas that are now just more vibrantly colored. Additional ones have been added yes but it isn't as drastic as it may seem initially. We're glad to hear that you like the new design! ๐

I took that pic last night then did all my gold collection from today taxes, ect then built and delete gold mines, to get closer to 62. Then I went to open the red boxes. To get the final gold I need to level, and it didn't give me as much. I already did IF.

@marsh raven please send this coin boxes photo to customer support and explain them u have not received the gold out from boxes. They will look into ur account and will come up with an answer. If that doesnt satisfy you, then with their answer you can come to the mods here and send them in pm about customer support reply and say it didnt help. Maybe then mods can take it to a futher step.
Mods can help directly if there is a general bug on servers / players. But your problem for now seems like happening only to you. Thats why customer support has to look into it and mods cant be very much helpful rather than giving you advices about the steps you have to take which i also explained above. Will be pretty much the same ๐

@marsh raven land unlocks vary based on which pieces of land are unlocked, some trigger free unlocks, some trigger the next unlock being 1 or 2 levels away. By level 80 all land will be able to be unlocked.
