When I try to link the new google account (signed in to it on my phone) it doesn't bring up any of my other google accounts (2 work, 2 personal). It kept bringing up the old account I had linked.

When I removed permissions for my old account to connect to the game, it just spins the google circle indefinitely on a white pop-up screen (see image).
Still giving me the bug. About to head home from work and try on better internet, but if someone has ran into this before and knows how to successfully link a google account after un-linking a google account, help would be appreciated greatly.

Land mass we build on. Since this is in Betta testing there is land squares that seams bs to open even. Opens a sea square and a single land square.. and the smells if beta reasions. I do believe that I speak for everyone when I say the land needs to be changed around.

Does anyone know the procedure once you buy a limited hero voucher and the they are in your goods locker? Do you remove them from goods locker or how do you utilize them in the exchange system at the advanced map exchange? Please advise I removed a total of 4 limited hero vouchers and they never showed up anywhere in inventory and it has been a week on a few of them in the past crystals showed up after 72 hour hold but I am concerned that there is a problem in removing goods from the consigned purchase locker and there are no detailed instructions anywhere and customer service is iffy at best?

But seems like it only happened to you so far, so you can try fixing it with customer support, they are very helpful when it comes to help in the issues as well. Due to latest update, the last 3 rewards from growth found, was automatically showing “ collected “ even tho he didnt. When he asked the customer support, they claimed he spent gems on research techs. But he spent those gems with actually purchasing from gem packs too.

Problem is, i spent that 4575 gems with an actual other package that i bought in game by paying also. ( gem purchasing ) So they make it seem like its the gems i got from growth fund. But i claims its not, those 4575 gems was spent from another package i have bought and i never got chance to claim my last 3 rewards from growth fund as it says “ collected “ even tho i did not.

Explained him that he just needs to prove that he did not receive those last 3 rewards of the growth fund. When customer support checks his gems spendings, they see 4575 gems spent on tech upgrade. But he lost 10k gems by not receiving / being able to collect last 3 rewards from growth fund after the update as it was saying “ collected “.

Okay lets say, on your device’s main screen, u get a notification. xxx person sent you a message. You see the message and click on it, u logging to game, it directs you to messages but you dont see this person’s message. Only way is again closing game and re-entering. Then u see their message. I dont know how this can be fixed tho.

Dinny, what i can suggest, before taking it to applestore, give developers time to fix the issue and syncronise their former data with a new one. Probably error occured during maintenance and they had to make like a factory settings.
Syncronise can take up to 1-2 hours possibly.

@atomic meadow Every alliance on s364 lost their AreaBases and have to reclaim them. Most seem fine and able to be re-captured. However there is also a bunch that appear to be in eternal peace state. Locked and no war state timer.

Apologies if this is not the correct channel. The 364 server issues yesterday cost a lot of lost resources, time, and set us behind for SVS. I myself had to use gems to port back to my alliance base because when you all reset us you scattered us to the winds. Will the developers be doing anything to compensate us for this?

S364 is back online however there are still a bit of bugs with the server. Know it’s been asked but do we have any new response to this? In game customer service says there’s no issues... we have a server full of players saying otherwise and I personally just lost 1000 gems.

I assume you gotta know about this already, but switching components is buggy. When you remove something it might get stuck thinking its in use and wont let you re equip it without restarting the game

@heavy sand it has been roughly 24 hours since 364 has been back up. Most of our areas are still stuck in peace mode and we cannot get areas.

^ and that’s still after the server was down for most of the day prior. We still haven’t heard anything in regards to the down time nor received any compensation/ inconvenience gift.
