Noticed that the description is incomplete on the decor in the ED Match Up Store. Crystal of Power only shows the dmg+ when clicked on, similar to Eternal Ice below it. When looking at the decor preview, you see that it has def+ on all units. This might make players believe they are the same and the second one looks better as an option. Especially considering the crystal can NOT use decor shards to upgrade.

Dear Support Team,

I am a TopWar player, and I am reaching out to report an issue with my account progress being reset.

Today, I accessed the game as usual via the Android app, and everything was working fine. Later, I logged in through my browser, as I find it easier to organize my city there. However, I had cleared the browser data (cache, history, etc.) a few days ago, so the game prompted me to log in again.

After logging in via the browser, I noticed that my account progress was completely reset, and the game started as if I were a new player. I initially thought this was due to the browser data being cleared. However, when I went back to the Android app, my progress there was also reset.

Here are my account details:

Unfortunately, I do not know the server name or my account ID, as everything was wiped. I am also unsure if the server is still the same after the reset.

Since day 1 when I start playing the game, 4/7/2021.

Description:
I'm losing resources out of nowhere. Today we had resources falling out of the air and I chose to collect those that had been collected from the conversations because I didn't remember if I had collected the free vehicles that are offered every day. I had collected 720/2000 of them and left the rest to get later because I couldn't wait any longer. So after hours I reconnected and went to collect them and they were gone. All this has happened before where I have lost similar resources of this kind or diamonds or gold pieces, but mainly the first two just like that since I've been playing the game. Look at what kind of error you have there and fix it along with the lost resources. But if it's theft from hacking there you need to take tougher measures.

Description:
Commander Sam’s skill only hits the target that was attacked, but the description says it is applied randomly. Other commander skills that say randomly affect random units in the enemy group, not just the unit attacked.

Without randomness this skill is pretty useless because you usually kill the enemy that was stunned.

The Xsolla login control that allows you login via browser using Facebook is busted, it’s been 2 days and still broken. Existing authenticated sessions unaffected, but if expired or initiating new authentication request, sent to Facebook, Facebook allows you to click continue as “player name”. Error code for XSOLLA is 010-015. Social network authentication failing as the Oauth request not receiving correct token, as if giving back bad access token. Some text on hero skill and runes are blue highlighted (open a more detailed information).

The "bug" is: When I push a blue enlighten text in titan gear runes the information popup works but when I push the blue text on hero skills there is no popup with information.

It's the same highlighted text so it should work the same 🤔

Please resolve the assignment of new tasks (2 hours after reset), that have already been completed (just after reset).

Assigning new tasks in this manner makes it difficult for people who try to complete tasks at reset, so they can get on with their day (work, family, life, etc.).

Please synch these tasks to be assigned at the same time as reset. Doing so would resolve thos issue. At the very list, give credit for competing these tasks if they are assigned after completion.

Probably server reset sunday > monday.

After reset and a new week it seems like ALL resources are lowered.

Gathering que have a lower rate per hour
Facility bonus for a MM have a lower "bonus" when destroyed.

Support says everything is normal but when compare the facility bonus before reset they are all the same and now 400k less for every building.
Also if everything is normal on my account, why are there other players who have the same problem?

Roughly calculated I guess this is between 2-3M daily we lose.

A friend did not register in time, was unable to play.

Since the last update iOS users of the game with Russian region Apple Accounts and English language of the game see USD as in game currency, instead of RUB. Changing the game language to Russian helps a bit - in game currency starts to display correctly as RUB.
For quite a while (like 4-5 months) iOS players in Russian were unable to do in-app purchases in RUB without using VPN connection due to some network connectivity issues. The solution to use VPN was actually suggested by in-game support. With the latest update Top War dev team even on iOS devices introduced some checks on the IP players are connecting with - now when I connect with VPN my Gold Blocks in RUB are not displayed and in-app purchases are not working at all. Checking of IP and restricting Gold Blocks on iOS is incorrect - the currency is defined by Apple Appstore region you have account on - not the IP you are connecting from. Please fix in-app purchases for Russian iOS users and bring app to the Russian AppStore.

Constant red dot on "World chat" category, which leads to the cross-server chat 99.9% of the time.

World chat is the same server chat. That is where the other alliances are. Getting a red dot for this, because of the spam in cross-server chat is unacceptable.

Doing individual defence whilst my base was burning from the new event, wasn't able to extinguish the fire since I was doing ID. Also couldn't use any of my buffs since when I tried to use them it asked me to extinguish the flames, nobody else could help either. Are you going to compensate me for a worse result than normal? Seriously you need to think about events you have running in tandem when you do events like this.

The matching algorithm is still horrible. Pairing servers with multiple CP100s to 150s in against a group of servers where the highest two CPs are in the low/mid 90s.. is horrible. No one wants to play... we are getting wrecked yet again. I struggle to understand why it is so difficult to resolve power discrepancies between teams... golf does it... bowling does it. The minds at TW should be able to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

SVS at opponent's capital I attacked and won. However, that main march doesn't comback or I can't see where it is even I click on it. I see the queue on left side, but it won't return to base and had 52seconds but clock doesn't move nor can't see where that march is at. I ported right next to their base at captial so, there's no way march time is longer than 4 seconds. But clock didn't run at all and it was stuck. Then, when I hit return icon on that march, it said disband the march. It's definitely a bug that needs to be fixed.

When using the auto hunt feature for a fixed number of camps (6 yesterday - 4 today) the game does everything okay but not the last camp. The game spawned the camp (removing from inventory onto game play) but then does not run the rally. This means that unless you notice (or an alliance colleague notices a camp that is not being rallied) then the camp and reward is lost. Is this a glitch? The fact it happened twice consecutively to me suggests it is not something I did wrong…

When I go to switch accounts with the Facebook log in it stays on the log in loading circle in the blue bar.
This is happening on both devices and when I un-binded lilkaisr and went to re-bind the same log in error is happening there.

One device is connected to a stronger signal from a separate device while my main is working off of phones own data.
Have updated topwar app on main device and tried again but the same error occurs and it’s not popping up as an error either it just gets locked on the loading screen after trying to log in with the Facebook account and this is happening on two separate Facebook accounts at the same time, so I have ruled out that something is wrong on my side over the past 5 hours.

When I open the game that I play, there is a navigational bug directing me immediately to the Value packs screen to try and make a purchase. This screen is filled with mostly bad value packs, more than 90% of all packs sold on this screen are bad.

To the devs, unsure if it’s at the direction of your CEO Hu Chao or some other dingus, please do not overtake my attempts to play the game and interact socially with heavy handed hints that you have a store. We all know you have a store. When we have to restart your game because of various shoddily written or vibe coded content, we do not need to be subject to an additional reminder of your deluded attempt at subtly informing us that you have value packs with full screen content.

Return to standard navigation, I will continue to commit this as an undocumented change and bug in software, if it’s not in the patch notes, then it is a bug. Welcome to enterprise IT and development.

Not so much a technical bug, more of a bug in how matchups are determined. Why matchup a server with 20+ CP100s, against seven servers where the no more than 2 CP100s exist on any server. The results of EL have already been decided before the battle even starts. It is unfortunate that there is no mystery. At least we have our individual accomplishments to work towards. Please, in the future, work towards a more balanced matchup. I ve been told there are a handful of matchups where one server is simply going to overpower the other seven. Thanks for listening.

The wrapping part of Christmas event binds players to their current alliance after they have wrapped one gift. But many servers are playing EL now which means their alliances are temporarily larger.
Of course devs didn't make sure to align timelines of both, wrapping phase lasts 12 days and EL ends in 6 days.
Does that mean many people will be cheated out of their gifts?

Hi, can you please explain to me how does the refresh button for trains works? It has a massive bug or delay. Fir example I'm constantly using the refreshing button for trains during the day, but I've get no trains to hit, then after around 2-3 hours it displays me a bunch of trains that have been hitted at the time when I was using the refresh button. It's exactly disappointing not to be able to hit trains. For example yesterday I was only during 14 o'clock until around 15 o'clock, I was trying to hit some trains, but I've got no trains, even though I have used the refresh button, then I went offline. At rest, 16:30 o'clock I've got online and it wanted to see if i can eventually hit some trains, I hitted the refresh button and it started to show me some bunch of trains that have been hitted between 14-15 o'clock, the time when I was online and I wanted to hit some trains too. So how does it works, why I doesn't Shows me any trains to hit, and only the hitted trains?

Installing modules in HT

Description:
I obtained from chests 2 modules for the blue HT. When I tried to equip them, it said they can't be installed because "leg" module was missing. Later I learned it was 4th module in module research. I assumed it is necessary to research all modules first, then install extra one from chest, so I did that. I had 2 modules from chests, 1 that I finished reserching, and blue HT with 3 modules missing. I assumed that now I will install all 3 and will be fully done. When installing the modules, only 2 were installed, 3rd one just disappeared, and there is one module missing to complition of my HT. I would really appreciate if you'd figure out where did it disappear. I don't believe I got duplicated module since I could not install chestopbtained ones, without installing researched one first. Hope you can fix this, thanks

The issue is related to my VIP 16 status. The Rivergame whatsapp chat says I have another open chat with Top War Aron, the chat with Aron says the chat it is not functional anymore. Despite being VIP 16, I have no support. I have even written to the in game customer support, providing screenshot of what is happening, but the bot goes back to square one and there is no resolution
