Issue: Morale effect DMG increase (I assume MM DMG decrease) are not working when intercepting an enemy march.

System seems to be tracing your string of Morale stacks but is not processing the respective value (shown as 0%).

This may be due to the fact your Supply event in E.L. is premature and requires patching like the Morale effect. Please keep us updated as players have spent 1000-9000$ to benefit from Morale tech and with missteps like these are making those investments worth 0.

Building: Forts during Eternal Land
Issue: Morale is not even working when engaging an attack/defense of a fortress during Eternal Land.

Issue: War beast effect is not working nor consuming stacks during fortress attack/defense

Players have their stacks unchanged and the system is again not reading said string to provide DMG increase and Decrease (MM) and ATK % (CE)

Again just like previous report about interception, PLEASE PLEASE if this is not intended PATCH THE ETERNAL LAND

You're ruining player experience indirectly and their 9000$ investment into the end game tech is not working and is worth 0%.

If this is intended then you should have a public and official announcement so players are aware of the usages and limitations of War beast & Morale effect. (Do this before others who pay 9000$ may ask for a refund). Please reply to this request in a prompt, urgent way or at least explain the full usages of Morale & respective Tech during Eternal Land and outside Eternal Land.

Found a bug where if you emote on your march you get stuck on it infinitely unless the march reaches the destination or you close the game. I didn't find any way other than those stated above to overcome it. Pretty easy to replicate just send a march and emote.

This happened to me for over 700 units I have bought with tokens, I have used them all out on the shop.

Because due to EL battle logic (and SvS if I recall correctly) which march defends first is random, so if there was 8 marches ahead with 1 stack units thatd charge those rages massively and not affect round count. Round count only goes up if the other side get to fire back (if I recall correctly)

And keep in mind rage does charge beyond the visibly 7 bars, and a scenario like that can mimic what’s seen in that video, that’s why I’m asking

The +0 troops are terrible now. If you try to spawn planes - they go in the open area and will not go into your hangers - you get an error saying not enough space.
I had 400+ slots open in my hangers and my tanks took up my open area and I couldn't spawn anymore planes. Realized this in the middle of a freaking battle too. I'm pretty sure I lost a bunch that just disappeared as well. It looked like it successfully spawned them but I had no additional planes and I had less +0 cards.

Update: I switched to normal map and suddenly without any further killings the guild task was done. This is definitely a bug.

You don't receive the tokens until the truck has reached the final destination (expedition base), and then you get a system mail you need to claim from. It will eventually reach destination, even without your march trailing it.

This isn’t a bug. There are lots of conversations about why matchmaking is the way it is…

It’s quite common that matches are 1/2 strong servers, 2/3 mid servers, 2/3 lower servers.

Because it’s not the way it’s done… I could say why should a big server be punished and get less EL tokens for the same reason…. But again this isn’t a bug and so we are in the wrong channel. Feel free to open that debate in #📮│game-suggestions or #📱│game-discussion

There looks to be some problem today with Starscream. I used the hero against the chaotic mecha in eternal land and there is a huge drop in activation rate of the hero - massive change from previous days. It is trivial to check the activation rates over that number of rounds and it is both repeatable and statistically impossible that there could be such a change just by chance. TW does not care how the other 7 server feel, as they spend less than this one big server does... in reverse they reduced a bit the difference how much less token we get... what they forget... nobody will spend money in such a situation...

I write this as defect:
TW releases more and more buy-2-play heros and those heros get stronger and stronger. Thus all other heros gets outdated. Please, adjust the older heros such that they get stronger. It would be a nice idea to have heros that work against heros x y z but not against a b c, etc. For example Gira can be improved by counting all attacks and not only the regular ones (work good against Katychka etc.). Maybe an annual adjustment would be an idea such that the latest heros are the strongest but they are just a bit stronger than the other (like 20% "better"). Furthermore, the free-2-play heros are also a bit weaker then the ones to buy.

It would be also an idea to introduce an hero that uses the enemy attack to shoot back. Would be funny when fighting against big hitters ...

Several of our players can't go to special rss since the end of EL, TopWars says they can't be interracted during reward stages. However, the majority of players CAN interract.

After a bit of talking, it seems all affected players use iOS phones, while the majority of us use Android. I think the iOS version wrongly identify special ressources

During 25 September I reported an issue with Starscream trigger rate (it had suddenly dropped from 27,5-29,5% to under 10%). Now eternal land is over, I have had chance to retest him and it all looks fixed and back to normal as before. Many thanks for the resolving of this bug and getting it corrected - appreciated! Might be a bug might not be. EL is over and everyone went back to main map. The team 1 still has over 200 in the team with a cap at 170. Will this be fixed or will they be able to stay in the alliance until they leave? This has caused all the heavy’s to stay in one alliance now vs disperse back to their associated alliances.

When you search for any level 5 tile it shows reapers. Edit. Can't do empire relics or search for warhammers

Empire relics no longer show up using the search feature and if you search lv1 empire relics it brings you to a lv1 reaper

When I traded my Empire Emblems for Encrypted Chips on my mini account I didn't receive the chips.
The Empire Emblems were taken, the line in the Reaper War page simply disappeared and the Encrypted Chips are not in my inventory as they are supposed to be.
Restarting game and phone doesn't help.

Same thing happened during EL. I did chores but was unable to claim the rewards.

Maximum is 80% hp and atk from alliance members buff, you will see other skins skills once ark or purple base skin time ends, but you can see the difference in you report -> attributes -> atk or hp -> others.

So I got something on the new hero.

Her trigger isn't shown and so I can't see if she is any good. In the ST no triggers and the number of attacks from my units aren't higher either. So we have no idea how will she works.

Seems like another awesome release on a new hero.

Next to the fact she and Max together aren't a great team as Max needs the first 3 slots for sure to have 170% DMG decrease and serval needs the back two rows.

In a sense nullifying encirclement or sacrificing 30% DMG increase and 20% damage decrease from encirclement. Doesn't sound very effective, next to the fact apperently as shown above she does minimal DMG 🤷‍♂️

Probably this isn't a bug but as a hero she works different than those we have. Kinda like nimitz. Her activation design doesn't count in the summarised number as the skill doesn't make damage, a unit makes the additional damage.
If so then all battle reports should show 0 for her. 🤞🏻

Hi all, for everyone on a new server who didn't get the hero/ or doesn't see anything

This event is not supposed to open in new servers, they will take back those shards and return gems or gold bricks if they spend

I can not say when this will happen but my apologies for the inconveniences
