Honestly, alliance duel isn’t even that bad, y’all just love to whine lol. Sure they can adjust some things but it’s something new. Maximize the points you can per day by running dailies, save upgrades for days that get you the most points and enjoy the new content. You don’t have to get 1.2M points every day, you don’t have to spend $1000s of dollars. Arms Race was old and outdated and just got manipulated by the same players day in and day out. Enjoy the team aspect of this, everyone is so focused on the negatives, y’all were the same people that complained about loot quest when it first dropped.

How many gems was for let's say 20 dark forces? You do remember all 3 lvls? + Ranking gems as well. Think about it.

Ie you are loosing 40 gems with base minimum gems this is not including the ranking rewards which is most likely another 100 gems minimum

As far as the censoring of words goes, it looks like they built a second table to censor in-game negative comments about the game and it didnt go as planned. You can't even post a discord link without some of it being hashed out. Just my opinion.

Just add arms race back, f2p every now and then would be able save up enough to max out an alliance duel individual points for more rewards, win-win.

I can see Alliance Dual being part of TW, but not weekly, and not the way it is currently implemented. Twice per year and have it be against 3 other alliances ... that would be fun.

We shouldn't need to hoard and save to max points, we should build as we obtain our skills.

As a past developer, and a lead over multiple devs and BAs, I would create a chart that shows the benefits of Alliance Dual over Arms Race. I would have also implemented it a bit slower. Introduced it, and then waited for feedback. After a bit, do it again, and wait for more feedback. Give people an opportunity to get acclimated of a new way of doing things. This makes implementation and acceptance for the user easier. Again, this is they way I implemented enhancements on my past work. Thanks for listening.

I tried to hoard and pushed so hard and out 3 of 5 accounts doesn't even managed to reach the first 3 boxes except I had to do the silly non-long term stuff: recrafting equipments

and mods says: just aim the first 3 boxes

why normalizing when players unable to clear the event? that's silly as hell, it's like you play EL and the recommendation is just fill up your map 1 and be happy with that, no need to go further cos you only have in total 50 ps

I think the only reason they are telling you the first 3 boxes is cause those are what’s equivalent to arms race dailies. Except it’s 40 gems less and doesn’t include the ranking gems. The first 4 boxes or 60k points should be pretty easily obtainable most days, like today it’s farming rss, then DFs/radars/tasks/whers. We make up for some gem loss at the end of the duel but not much, the one good thing is you get 2 or 4 purple catalysts no matter how many points you score.

I’m just happy I got to turn in blue/purple blueprints for something, same thing with comps and standard recruits. As a server lead, I try to be optimistic instead of letting everyone be discouraged. The more negativity that’s passed around, the worse things get for everyone. I know people are unhappy about gem loss from arms race but we also don’t know the weight these animals carry and arms race has needed updated for at least a couple years now haha.

I don't understand what point you trying to say cos it seems you are contradicting yourself:

1. 60k points are enough to get from basic activity to make up the arms race.
2. 40 gems less are barely something for crowded server which is already compensated by much more stuffs from those 40 gems: you get pet boxes and then something that people keep saying such thing as "ranking rewards" which is yes! I agree at rank 100 it's the same as arms race: 100 gems but only for top 100 who gets it. since you're a server lead ain't you discouraging members who is not into the top100 just give up at that certain days of alliance duel?
3. 2. Tell your alliance leader to start running a gem droid schedule if you aren’t already. But I encourage players to run dailies but hold onto stuff till they have enough points to get more boxes.
3. There is still other ways to get purple/gold pets. You can breed them or get them when you go fight pets in the enigma realm.
4. I don’t think it’s gameplay people are looking for but it’s way for people to finally use stuff they haven’t for years.

Allowing users to find bugs is a legitimate methodology- it's called being Agile. However, a game such as TW, where users spend a lot of #$$$, should never use this implementation methodology. They need to stay old school and use a waterfall approach- at least until they improve the design processes.

New users may think Alliance Dual is great. However, for us legacy players, it's not providing a good gaming experince.

Correct. Once every 6 months would be good. Alternate every three months between EL and Alliamce Dual. Have Alliane Dual be against three opponents, and when this happens, no SVS/TC event for the week.

If they put gems back( they put 180gems total for first 3 boxes) then its not really bad. We just have to shield on saturday and enjoy our weekend and drink beer. Old arms race was boring as hell. If matchups fixed prooerly then go for it. Just dont do more than 1.2mil( if that possible, impossible on comp boxes day) then more rewards than it was before. After Enigma event pets are exchanged hopefully with ht chips and cats. You dont have to win everyday in this AD, did you want to win everytime in old arms race?

Personally I like 2 kill events a week. Rather the duel was on Wednesdays. Just got to manage your time wisely and not over doing it on duel in order to make sure you have troops for svs. Planned hits on arms race is lame and boring.

To get something in AD, you need get in top100 so get 3 box daily wont get you in top100 if your AD is vs active alliance. So in many aspects, ADs have nothing better beside make everything worse.

seriously, i can't remember anything else in this game that made me more want to walk away from all the money i've invested in my account... when there were the daily arms races, they were something on top of normal game play... now i don't want to do anything today because it may get me points tomorrow... whether that's placing the decor i just got from the panda event, doing a bunch of radar quests, or even just opening component chests 😡

Because people pay too much focus on Alliance duel and forget its not even a main event. The main event is Beast which will release on Sun night.

Alliance duel is just another shell of the arm race. So why before 98% people just ignore arm race event but now suddenly all rise up and complain. Alliance duel is new ofc but if people just treat it like arm race and focus on the main thing is Beast, the problem will be shifted. The Enigma Field Hunt has 4 levels, starting with Level 1 unlocked. To unlock the next level, you need to get all rewards at least once. If you unlock a new level during a 10-pull, the 10-pull stops, and only the items used so far are used.

Each spot for rewards has a limit on how many times you can get. Once you have reached the limit, that reward is no longer available.

When you get the top grand prize (the highest level reward), the prize pool resets. If you get the grand prize during a 10-pull, it will stop, and only the items used are deducted.

The grand prize is guaranteed to appear within 100 pulls after its unlocked.

once again, alliance dual is fundamentally flawed. Our match up was actually quite good but we are the 2nd alliance, our first alliance is obviously set against much stiffer competition. Does the 1st alliance competition attack our first alliance? Of course not - one single whale sits at our hives and picks off every single player - at zero risk to himself. Much lower points per hit but there's a lot of them. We can't hit our competition as we have no troops, so our players just get frustrated. There is no point in giving points to attacks outside of the alliance we are dualling with.

Also KE 24h is just inner server so way more easier to communicate. While alliance duel 24h svs is involved at least 4 alliances from 4 different server ? How anyone can put the peace back like KE before only most servers trade kills ?

And the limit technically can involve up to 16 alliances from 16 servers if each server habe many active. How the leader of each server can control that amount ? Thats the biggest flaw about this and properly not thinking through.

Not involve only 2 servers like you said, at least 4 servers. Alliance A1 can come to the alliance B1 server along can also kill alliance B2 and B2 opponent C1. B1 can also come to A1 server to kill A2 and A2 opponents D1 and so on with others alliances . How does that involve only 2, you tell me.

It's not making clear that day 6 literally 1v4 not even 1v1 your opponent.

CP 0 means that player didn't log in after we got new CP system. Before it was based on units, now it's based on other things (perks, decorations, heroes, skills, you know...). So, game calculates CP when player logs in for the first time after this moment in time. Which didn't happened there, a lot of long time inactive accounts.

And, my theory (I'm not sure), it might be because of level difference between attacker and defender. He's very low level, and he's attacked by lvl 100, which is really high level difference. Thus probably there's a bug in code that doesn't limit the score. And yes, we get points for killing units as well as losing units. He is, obviously, losing units.

I'll also report this, so, let's see what happens.

You need to mention "cheating" a lot. Otherwise they will just ignore this.

From the tasks today, the only possible way to get 2B pts is to get 10m VIP pts. Which is still unlikely.

Or killing 4m troops. This one is also 99.999999% impossible.
