@rough jungle you know ftmo obviously can’t trade news 2 minute either side. What about limit orders for example I set a sell limit now at 3300 leave it all day what if it triggers during news that count as ok or not ? You know off tip your head?

I don't set limit orders but if it triggers via news I imagine that will be still classed as trading news as technically the trade was opened within the 2 minute bracket of news, your best bet would be to ask FTMO support though to get clarification.

If it was me and i knew high impact news was coming id just get rid of the pending order like 30 mins prior then re set it 30 mins after (providing that the analysis is still correct and news hasnt messed your analysis up ha!)

Be sure you don't have anything like a 'vol' indicator on your chart. You can right click your chart and click 'Remove X indicators' then try apply 2 to your chart again.
