Thats the sweet spot for price, close to bottom bin a die. Lower cl would be better, they have bins that go down to 6000 cl26, which will run cl24. But its expensive

Ventus thermals on the 80 seem fine at least, haven't seen 90. Just get an OC Plus instead of the others if you have to for the overbuilt heatsink compared to the others
