We had a ‘normal sized’ (lol I know great info) pond and pumped the water into a bed of gravel, with sugar peas in them, fed the fish and the products not used or secreted by the fish would be picked up by the plants and thereafter the bacteria in the gravel bed

I remember once, I did this freelance gig as a dishwasher in a restaurant in a city I've never set foot in. Used my phone to go there, but it shut down when I was done, so I had to make like ye olden generations and read roadsigns in order to find my way home. That and talk to dozens of people. And observe dozens of landscapes. And see a lot of Christmas decorations. And see kids playing outside at 2 AM, probably sneaked out of their houses just to do so. I think my favorite encounter was with an elderly couple who were biking home. Biked with them for a few minutes and they were calmly bickering about which way was the shortest route to where I needed to go.

It was adorable and... very calming. I'd think I'd panic if I got lost, but it was like a mini-vacation.

oh that usually depends on where i am, If im near the ocean i usually just sit and listen to the waves tbh, otherwise i like to bake, or do some nerdy shit with coffee (Used to own a café so i have a big interest for it). I love just walking around, listening to music, or sometimes just having a cup of tea on the balcony with a blanket ^^

It's too hot to wear baggy clothes and I dont have a binder yet unfortunately and I'm just really hating my body right now

Unfortunately I don’t really deal with my dysphoria so I don’t have many tips, but you could always write your negative thoughts and then burn them

It’s not the best, but it might help?

Is it too hot or too cold? If it’s too cold, you can always layer or wear a thick jacket, that’s what I do

And then I’m assuming it’s not too hot otherwise, like you said, baggy clothing

It's too hot unfortunately, I'm wearing normal short sleeves and two sports bras but it isn't helping

also if there's any part of your body that you do like at the moment, doing something to accentuate that could help
for instance, i really like my shoulders so even though it seems counterintuitive, it helps my dysphoria to wear spaghetti strap tops

its not anything big, and probs wont help much, but when i wanna feel more masc i usually slouch my shoulders more, maybe changing your body language can help?

Facial contour and applying mascara to the eyebrows might help, if you have that on hand.

I'm luckily at home but I just went out in public and that's when it really hit me, and I'm wearing a top that shows my shoulders cause I like my shoulders too
