I know how to do this @vivid orbit but when I go to stream deck and add the soundboard widget to stream deck and go to my soundboard for the sound it's not there.

1. Search the Elgato Stream Deck app for the Voicemod tools panel.

2. Drag and drop the voices you want to use: either from the Voicemod collection or created by you in the Voice Maker.

3. Choose the shortcuts to the functions: Voice Changer On / Off, Mute, Ambient Effects…

4. When you have loaded your Stream Deck with the Voicemod options, you’re done!

Well that’s probably going to be your best option for quite a while until technology advances. In order for it to become near real-time both processors and language models would need to be improved quite a bit. Also, unlike what sci-fi would have you believe, different languages have different language structures which would make it necessary for a sentence to be finished before processing can be finished and translation playback can begin.
