More consistent than Fennec but Fennec has the potential to kill faster. Mobility is great with both, so hard to tell. PPSH takes the lead with the hitboxes and effective range. Id use Fennec with a gun which can be use at mid to long range. But if PPSH, you can even use the slowest sniper builds and still do good enough with it
