What im looking at here is they both have basically the same ttk, but the difference is that the xm4 has more mobility compared to the type 19. So you could use xm4 if you want to be more aggressive, but could use type 19 if you want a bit slower and more stable gameplay

They're very similar, but mobility is the main difference

it varies by gun and class. lmgs have most shots to max BSA, smgs have least. this can also vary by attachments. for example, the UL takes 14 shots to max BSA but the chart shows 5 filled circles like every other gun. burst guns reset their taper bsa every burst, so it never extends past 3-5 shots depending on the gun.
there is not values found for all guns given the legnth of time and effort it takes to test, and additionally, the user that tested taper is, iirc, retired
