The problem lies in no stock - it gives a lot of penalty to BSA. I’d recommend running XLK one (skeleton stock equivalent). It won’t boost ADS time enough, but won’t hurt BSA and improve strafe speed.

Use Jak then, it forgives so much more the lack of aim, because if HS0 doesn’t feel reliable to you the issue is yours. That shotgun is the only one capable of putting down anyone (300hp) with one shot and the build doesn’t change that.
