Ok so let's start off by talking about ranged primaries (ARs/LMGs that you will be using for mid-long range)
The 4 variables that make a ranged primary meta are

• TTK: Basically how lethal the gun is
• Accuracy: This includes recoil, aim assist, and bullet speed
• Damage per mag: This determines how many ppl you can fight before you need to reload
• Misc: This is stuff like bullet impact and if the weapon has full body Disable
  Mobility is nice but is not a major factor
  Examples of some meta ranged primaries:

1. AK117: Double the aim assist compared to most weapons. TTK is competitive but nothing too special. Recoil is a bit random
2. M13: Very competitive TTK that doesn't rely on dmg multis. Low recoil. Fast bullet speed. Jack of all trades that doesn't excel anywhere but still strong in most categories
3. Bruen MK9: 2nd best overall TTK amongst all ranged primaries. Very high bullet impact. Disable perk applies to the entire body. Fastest bullet speed amongst all ranged primaries. Moderate recoil. High visual shake

Then there is the CQC secondaries (SMGs that you use for close range)
This time there are 3 variales

• TTK
• Hipfire accuracy
• DPM
  Mobiilty is more useful here but shouldn't be the main focus
  Examples of meta CQC secondaries:

1. TEC-9 burst: Top tier TTK, high DPM, competitive hipfire accuracy
2. CX9 burst: Triple the range of TEC9 while having near identical TTK but also a quarter of the mag size

Its quite common for meta BR weapons to rely on certain attachments which means that they are good as custom only and bad as ground loot
Bruen needs the 60r mag
TEC9 needs the burst repeater and taskforce barrel
CX9 needs burst mag

The BR format seems interesting compared to the simplicity of MP. Looks like there’s more factors taken into account for the meta

Although the roles of a weapon are a lot simpler

The main downside to CX9 burst is that its very reliant on ext mods

Because you need a blue one minimum to be competitive

It also has worse hipfire spread than most SMGs so you gotta ADS a lot

While using it I almost always catched players right before they got into cover something not many guns manages to do in the heat of the moment.

Recommend as second option for when you're about to get spawn trapped by skillful players.

the average build has around 18-20 bullet spread last i checked, thats good enough to crossmap at 30m with an average ttk of maybe 300-500ms give or take some missed shots

even with ultralight stock attached, uss9 has an ads time of 241ms, that's more than sufficient for aggro/flex/passive gameplay
