no need for visible laser or red dot, cus rus used for short-range so you focus on enemies not the iron sight

recoil booster, 13mm anti-material drums, 355mm rapid barrel, removed stock, and carver foregrip (use hipfire, fast ads, and long range perks)

For ranged, use: recoil booster, arisaka drums, 355mm rapid barrel, optic, and disable (use long range, precise, and lateral recoil mods)
