Not really. I legit used to be global #1 with M16. Range boost perk is less ideal than other attachments

Yes without anything boosting range it does become a liability

But ideally you'd use barrel for that. Perk is less than ideal considering you'd want to tighten up the spread at longer distances to assure better 1 burst performance
