Koshka is best for aggro snipong having 230ms ads speed blankscope timing till ab 30 meters and still fast 350 smth ms ads speed past that
Locus is 3th worst sniper having no pros over other snipr
Dlq is only good because scope and thing is you can use dlq scope on all ither snipers
Xpr 50 is a dmr that 1 shots chest till ifninity and arms till a certian range depending on attachments. 375ms ttk if you dont hit chest still gud. Its literally tundra turned into dmr

AK117 has both great TTK if you hit your upper body shots and great Aim Assist

Out of all the full auto ARs, HBR has the best TTK at long range
The only guns that beat it long range are MG42, S36, Dingo, and Swordfish

The only downside is that its not very good for close range but that's what your SMG is for
